A comment on the following:
While Guam does have particularly shameful laws that invite "Divorce Tourism," per court records, divorce tourism is rare.
Go to GuamCourt.gov > Superior Court > Decisions and Orders, and search for cases that start with DM. You will see mostly local names. The few non-local names are usually military.
There is little to no "divorce tourism" going on. The divorce rate in Guam - "among the highest per-capita...in the world" is mostly local - and thus, mostly Catholic.
