THE FUTURE OF GUAM'S PRIESTHOOD

SENDER: Not sure who they are or if they are neo but they came out of a coffee shop in Agana with a woman this afternoon and the one on the right was flirting with her as he was saying goodbye. Very bizarre.

  1. Julius and Harold. To be ordained to the priesthood in November. What was that directive from AAA regarding deacons wearing their clerics? Disobedience? Never! Harold flirting? Happens all the time.

    1. They can wear clerics. They are transitional Deacons.

    2. Looks like poor Julius is just heading to the car while the other IDIOT is acting up. Do seminarians who have no dinero really neeeed to go out for coffee? (with a woman)?
All the 'families' going on mission with Pyope Francis were with priests holding the babies sitting with the families. Where do people think this arrangement is going? Strange and asking too much of young men and women who are already committed. Danger. And STUPID plan of Kiko the SINGLE MAN??? and the Coarse woman Carmen..*no worry there. Wierd Never saw any Mens Missionary Order sending men off with a familiy!!!!! Doesn't anyone else find this arrangement strange?

  2. Did the concept of " celibacy and obeideince " dissappear ? Oh dear I am worried about the current criticisms that the Church may hear .

  3. It's a public relations/recruitment strategy.

  4. Ow! Did they get tips from OJ? These men should be screened again and this time by a cleric and not an international lay catechists.

    1. The SENDER was at the coffee shop, observed and heard the conversation between him and the girl, and watched his little dance as he left. And right across the street from the cathedral. I've heard the Archbishop really likes this guy.

    4. Does AAA think this guy can accomplish more than Monsignor James? Monsignor James spent his entire life serving the church. He gained his administrative experience from working with Dededo parish for more and a decade before coming to the Cathedral. When he was ordained and assigned to Cathedral, he had been serving the church for several years already. We at the Cathedral don't need another incompetent rector whose only skill is driving....

  8. To the Priest down in Inarajan.. Rumor is that the current NCW catechesis is not going so well down there. the catechists are trying to have a word with him however it's been unsuccessful. Fr. Pius urges them to press on and hopes that Archbishop will replace the reluctant Priest down in Inarajan with one of these two candidates..

    3. Speaking of school, why don't RMS presbyters have Masters M. Div before they are ordained by Ordinary Tony. Hmmmmmm ....only Bachelors. Never heard of this. "Only on Guam!"

    4. Not even a bachelor's degree. Not sure if some of the foreigners even have a high school degree.

    6. 8:02 PM you should be asking if he will travel to Nigeria due to the EBOLA virus! Who knows the virus may have hit South America.

  10. Important need to resolve the relationship issues between priests and archbishop. It is these relationships that have caused a great deal of division .

  11. Forget it.... Wrong on Archbishop's part and dumb on priest's part.

  12. A Capuchin priest has has three knots on his belt to signify the Holy Trinity, but more importantly to remind him of the three rules to follow: chastity, charity, and obedience. Diocesan priests are only obligated to two: chastity and obedience, correct? Perhaps... things are different if you're a NeoCat priest.

  13. Aren't seminarians informed at some point during their formation to avoid all situations that may cause scandal? Doesn't matter if "it's only in my head". This is why priests were not allowed to go "out" until recently. To not take care to avoid the appearance of scandal is to contribute to the others sin.

    1. Well, you obviously don't understand this is Harold!! He's different. Especial!

  16. With these pictures. I wonder if tim told the sender of the pictures that this is stocking. Taking pictures of a person with out his or her knowledge and posting it somewhere is a crime. I shall report this to the authorities.

    1. A diocesan priest is not a private person. He is a public person and he has decision making authority over people’s lives. The public has a right to hold their priests accountable and the the priests have a duty to act rightly before them. So feel free to report to “the authorities.” Prepare to be laughed at.

    1. One seminarian (who is now a missionary in Africa) was angry that the seminarians drive with no license. Who cares? God Provides.

      Delete
    2. drive without a license is a violation of law in America. Why would anyone drive without a license? why and how do all these foreign priestsof the neo drive big cars around. Who pays for the cars. Who pays for the Gas, who pays car bills?

      Delete

    3. Most of us have to pay out $1,000 a month to pay off our car loans . Car payments stop most of us hanging out in Starbucks or any coffee shop flirting with women because we have to pay car loans. Harold is given a car, and seems has lots of money to socialize around Guam. No need to give Harold envelops at the ordination.

I am very sad for my island and all its faithful, most especially those who are completely unware of Archbishop Apuron character and morals.

I knew then Father Apuron and always felt his disingenuous shows of caring and abmitious climbing. And climb he did! He appeared to lack all the great gifts of former Archbishop Felixberto Flores - I loved Archbishop Flores as he was truly genuine. He made me feel all the joy of being one of God's children. I felt safe, guided, directed, cared for in his leadership.

No such feelings with Archbishop Apuron, though I say he has excellent showmanship. I am saddened for the many who are dazzeled by this showmanship.

I ate with then Father Apuron at his table. I told him fried eggs made my stomache upset. My comments were dismissed. As a child I felt I wasn't there, or, that he wasn't there.

HIS CHARACTER AND MORALS NEED TO BE CALLED INTO QUESTION!

His narcissism and power hunger has led him to remove wonderful, compasionate, genuine priests from their positions. This needs to be questioned.

His alleged _______needs to be questioned.

His continuing strategy to install priests to feed his narcississm and power hunger needs to be questioned.

WHY DO MY PEOPLE OF GUAM LOOK THE OTHER WAY? I know many of you know this wolf in sheep's clothing and are afraid for themselves as the wolf will eventually devour you.

ROME HAS SEEN TO QUESTION HIM! And he shifted the blame onto Msgr. Benavente, a truly genuine and compasionate priest which is what the parishes need more of, especially in these times.

Don't ask Apuron to resign. Would a Prima Ballerina ever step down - No!

QUESTION, QUESTION, QUESTION IS MAINLY WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN INCLUDING THE EXTREMELY SERIOUS ALLEGED SEXUAL MOLESTATION OF A FATHER DUENAS STUDENT.

Make me proud, my island of Guam; make yourselves proud!

I still cant eat fried eggs.

Mainlander Who Loves His Island Dearly!
