NOTICE TO SUSANNA J. JAYASURIYA

Ms. Jayasuriya,

Be advised that in a court of law and under penalty of perjury, you will be asked to confirm or deny that you are the person below who accuses Msgr. James Benavente of a "white collar crime."

  1. Attorney Dave Lujan probably took note of Diana's libelous rant. More ammo for a court battle.

  2. Hope David Lujan at least writes a letter to AAA. Monsignor James does not deserve this horrible ordeal. amounts to nothing more than a smear campaign on his good character .

Yes Diana, they think your Sue LOL! A lay woman who has no knowledge of this but concentrating on her missionary work from the Pope. All she cares about announcing the love of Jesus Christ and she is already being malign and ridicule by the Jungle. This is a spin off from the informative Richard Untalan.

Gosh if he only remember when he made an oath to the Archbishop and turn on his father like a pit-bull. I hope sleeps peacefully at night.

  4. The story of the failed audit should be further investigated. The failure was not the responsibility of Msgr James as he did not cause the failure. As I heard, he wanted to hire a financial expert to overlook the budget much sooner but he was not allowed. He is not a financial expert himself. It is well known that he was expected to be the next bishop of Archdiocese. Neos were shrieking in horror when they heard this because Msgr James is critical of the neo. It is a credible assumption that all financial mess was created deliberately in order to discredit Msgr James and eliminate him from the short list of candidates who could succeed Apuron.

  5. Diana, if Msgr James had done this to the government, he would at least been read his rights. You can't seem to think clearly, can you? That's what happens when you have a hidden agenda, your mind hides from you.

  8. Wow!...Chancery blunder after blunder. The insert in this past weekend's Umatuna was/is a MAJOR BLUNDER. Wonder who is giving them advice in better promoting the Chancery's Cause and image, and who is giving them legal advice? I know this is not coming from the Chancery's Legal Council. I guess everyone at the Chancery is now an expert in Canon, Civil, and Criminal Law. Absurd!

    1. Yes, an impressive layering of bad moves. Moral compass has lost its true north. The Archdiocese should officially declare itself a Banana Republic.
