AAA's PERSONAL $532,535.00 PAD

So you gave us the "internal review" on Msgr. James, now let's see yours, Archbishop.

Rev & Tax says your private pad is worth $532,535.00. Not a bad gig you got going there!

Sure, your brother gave you the land (we'll come back to that), but where'd you get the bucks to build yourself a $300,000 bachelor pad?

What's your salary? How much do you get every time you show up for a fiesta? a confirmation, a school visit? What about the 2nd scrutiny? What's your take? How about Kimchee and those envelopes of cashee? Where's the ledger on that?

Let's see those financials, archbishop? Let's see you submit yourself to the same "internal review" you gave Msgr. James.

And about that land. Wow. That didn't wait long, did it?

As a Capuchin, you were prohibited you from owning anything personally. But you were relieved of that vow of poverty thing when you were made a bishop on Feb. 16, 1984.  And that nice little 2 acre parcel was deeded to you in March!

What? You don't like us asking these questions? You don't like your personal business being drug out in public?

Well then start treating your priests - ALL OF THEM - with some basic decency.

By the way, we're looking into who is paying for the utilities.

It better not be us.

  1. For clarification R/W is the right of way....what R3 is I am not sure off!

    1. Yep. R/W is right of way. R3 is simply the number of a lot. All of the parcels were previously part of a single lot which was deeded to AAA in 1984. AAA subdivided it in 1994, perhaps to later sell off the other parcels.

    2. is it truth that you wanted to get rid of Chamorro land trust act. because you're not Chamorro ? maybe his father gave him the land. the father the one who was there before you.

    3. Not sure who you're talking to. But if it's me, I have no opinion about the Chamorro land trust act, other than I don't think it really helps anybody but the politicians who use it to leverage votes. AAA's brother gave him the land the month after he was made a bishop and relieved of his vow of poverty. The speed of the transaction leads one to believe that it was already to go.

    1. Franciscan habit is simply a dress up game for Apuron. Doubt he ever entered into the true spirit of Franciscan spirituality from the day he professed vows. Always believed this. His entire life has been a fake. When I read today in 1982 he accepted land as a Franciscan it confirmed what he is simply a fake who used the order for his own ends. In the same way he used the Archdiocese after for personal gain. Sad reality of our archbishop. User of people And situations for personal gain.

    2. Correction. He accepted land in 1984 after he had been released from his vow of poverty which was when he was made a bishop. But it was certainly pretty quick: the very next month.

  3. Where does Archbishop Apuron Get all his money from?

Oh dear what happened to Poverty in 1982. forget to hand over the Land to the order? Shows we have an archbishop who was not sincere in 1982 as a priest. John, was 1982 the year Father Apuron was singing " all good gifts.". I guess this plot of land was what he meant" Always wondered how he build his house. All good gifts. Apuron you fake .

  4. Apurons are dirt poor . Where did Apuron get money to pay for the House? Apuron no personal family money so people should know where received the 300,000 Usd from?

What kind of business did archbishop engage in to receive substantial amount of cash? how about the Vegas property. That was sold after his private house was built for him. So we need to ask questions . Who built the archbishops pad and why?

  8. I remember way back when there was only one offertory, then all of a sudden there was a second offertory and the reason behind that was for the service and maintenance of the air cons. Any truth to that or to fund AAA's personal activities

    1. I think, correction if wrong here..first collection goes to pay the salaries at the church, the utilities, and what not. The second collection is used to pay off the loans for the church. Guess if not enough mulla in the coffer of the second collection, gotta borrow from the first to pay of the loans at bank. Loans not paid, church doors close. Shuffling of money for church to survive....I feel for the churches that were assessed xxxx amount of $$$$ for appeal. Wondering if this still holds for this year's appeal.

    2. Right now, that is not clear. What goes to what? Part of the "transparency" of the Archdiocese.

  9. Now that Apuron's real estate assets are out in the open, will his Neo bosses also ask him to deed it to them "in perpetuity"? Oh, don't worry, Apuron, your Neo bosses are not as greedy as you are. I'm sure they'll give you a 25% say in the use and disposal of your property.

While we are on the subject - ARCHBISHOP APURON, I INTEND TO FILE SUIT AGAINST YOU!!! - I AM SUING YOU FOR THAT HIDEOUS PERM YOU SUBJECTED ALL OF US PARISHIONERS TO AS PASTOR OF MOUNT CARMEL CHURCH! I WAS ONLY A CHILD!

Why do you JW readers leave it to me to ask the painful questions? Was it not traumatizing enough for me to have had to see that very very wrong hair permanent he got! It was the talk of the village!

Archbishop, you play Pick-A-Part with the clergy, I play Pick-A-Part with youI. Remember, I have no shame, no dignity, no fear of you - You EVIL, EVIL, PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A HUMAN BEING!

SUE ME ALREADY!!! - You sniveling idiot! You have my name and you have my number.

  11. Anthony S. Apuron sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 4299 Livorno Ave., in Las Vegas (Unincorporated), to Sheila Y. Neste and Barry T. Neste for $290,000 on Dec. 6.
Built in 2001, the 2,558-square-foot, one-story home last sold for $237,711 in April 2001. It is located in the Southern Highlands subdivision.

  12. Oh I remember the famous perm . There was some poor nun who used to hang around him telling us she was the God mother . She was the one giving the pathetic perm. That nun should have given her time to teaching or pastoral work not perming the hair of this puffed up archbishop. What kind of a man perms his hair anyway?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Take the photo out of the permed AAA...there was a photo where his hand was over his chest. A look alike of Napoleon Bonaparte. Now leave the nun alone okay...she was his Nina not his Kimchee. Let her rest in peace.

    2. Permed hair photo should be published. Publish the one with straight hair then next to it one with the perm. They were official photos tony used so no harm to remind readers of the early days of the dictatorship.

    3. That dear nun was his Nina and a mother figure to him. Agree with 11:05, please leave his family relations out of this.

    4. He was better off with Nina at his house. He behaved himself better.

  14. $300,000 Usd. Is a huge amount of money for a priest to build a house. Most wealthy priests I know would not even build a house for self. My question is why would Archbishop build a house for himself. He has the episcopal palace of Guam and often said when he retires he will return to the friary. So why build a house.. Who is the private house left with after archbishop. ? Archbishop Flores left some of his estate mostly family wealth to retired priests pensions. Who pays for the private residence today. is the Archdiocese paying to maintain two houses, San ramon, and the private house. Priests people need to know exactly who pays for all this. When displaced individuals from Spain stay in his house who buys food, who pays power bill, who cleans the house. We need to know because Guam Catholics may well be paying for his five star living arrangements.

  15. Apuron give your own property to your cult and stop asking us for money. Guam has given you enough money, free food, free travel, and you did nothing for our Community. take, take take, that is all you did for 30 years. Well, Apuron, not much love for you today so keep your money your land, it will not bring you happiness. only people bring happiness and that is why you are a pathetic individual with few friends. Even those pathetic hangers on use you, and you use them. What a pathetic lie.

  16. Wow. I shall pray for the people of Guam, that they get a new AB

  17. Hey, Tim. You said his brother donated the land to Tony in 1984. Can you connect this with a comment I read in JW quite a while back where a relative of his wrote in and said that Tony CHEATED the family (Sablan side, I think) out of a land deal?

    1. Sorry, I don't know anything about the Sablan land transaction. Would be fun if someone wants to investigate it though.

  18. His "final house" should not be anywhere near the altar of the CB; no where near Bishop Baumgartner and ArchBishop Flores! He does not deserve that distinction nor any within the people of Guam's ArchDiocese Cemetaries! Send him to Arguello's backyard!

    1. Does not deserve to be near Baumgatner or Flores. Not even in the CB. Not a son of Guam send him to Spain.

From the "Didache," the teachings of the Twelve Apostles (mid to first century):
15:1 Appoint bishops for yourselves, as well as deacons, worthy of the Lord, of meek disposition, UNATTACHED TO MONEY, TRUTHFUL AND PROVEN; for they also render to you the service of prophets and teachers.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Many archbishops deserve our respect. But, not Apuron. He has, himself, shown disrespect to the office of Archbishop by his lies and his treatment of priests and laypeople, so why should he continue to be given the respect which he was initially given but had squandered?

To continue to refer to him as Archbishop, and to defer to him when he is in your presence,
is tantamount to telling him that what he is saying and doing is all right. Besides, calling him Archbishop is an insult to all the Archbishops who try hard to be worthy of that title. He is not even worthy to be called a priest. One thing for sure, my family and I would never want him to preside at any event of ours (baptismals, weddings, etc.)
