WARNING TO FAMILIES - PART 2

This is not the "breaking" document I was referring to in the previous post, but thought I'd share it now.

While people are free to give their personal property however they'd like, we already know that for many years RMS was marketed to Guam's Catholics under false pretenses. RMS was NEVER a diocesan seminary - which is why Apuron, once caught, opened the JP2 seminary as a "diocesan" seminary.

This means that many people and families may have been defrauded of their assets when giving to RMS, including this one:

  1. just wondering if this is the same woman who morgaged her home when Apuron was seeking help for payment of the RMS loan before the so-called donors came to the rescue.

  2. if i get this straight, this document grants the property to rms and not to the archdiocese or to the archbishop?

given the date on this paper (2002), i'm recalling that this was a time when the rms was being heavily marketed as a diocesan seminary. i even heard it called a "bargain" to purchase and run, when compared to sending seminarians off-island. i never bought into the hype, simply because of the size of guam. i didn't make sense to me. and now i know why my intuition was right. it was bogus all along.

keep up the good investigative work.

This looks exactly like a 2nd scrutiny "exorcism" as they call it. Throwing your wealth and assets into the fire. Supposedly for the benefit of a poor family on Guam. Funny, I still see the same HOMELESS families roaming the streets of Guam. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! SHAME SHAME SHAME!

    1. Thus says the prophet Kiko, at the conclusion of their Second Scrutiny's Rite of Renunciation of Idols (collection of donations of very valuable items, including titles to land):

“Now we will read the records of the spoil that we have torn from the idols in the victory over the demons. When Israel ends a battle, she picks up the loot, right? So are we. That booty is for the poor, and is the money that the selfishness had taken from the poor. That is why there are poor people in the world. There are poor and miserable people who are suffering because there is selfishness in the world, because there is sin.”

In a dialog about the role of the catechist in the Second Scrutiny, he says,

"Let's see. I want to tell you something, not only to you but also to all others. At this time the Church exercises through the catechists a power of discernment, help, and exorcism, through your reality; and I believe in this power, and that it is a grace that God gives to the catechist..."

Kiko forgot to add "extortion" to the list of powers given to his catechists.

  5. So this is where the idea that if "Money is the root of all evil", all one has to do to free himself or herself is give all that evil to the NCW and the person is free? I cant believe that there are actually people buying into this scam, but then again, we are talking about master deceivers who prey on the valunerable victims, the widows, elderly, the broken ?

  6. Truly mind blowing greed. Kiko and Company first engineers the gifting of Accion Hotel for the sole and exclusive use of RMS in perpetuity for the formation of NCW Presbyters to evangelize on Guam. Next they organize a year long fund drive for funds to be used to support the seminary they stole from us. Now they are preying on their flock to deed over their property and who knows what else? Have these people have no shame. Let me answer my own question. absolutely not!!! I would like to know what have they contributed to our Church. All they do is take not only from the Faithful, but also from their own members. Kiko what you and your top leaders are running is a scam to benefit on you and your leaders. Shameful, truly shameful. Please people wake up to this scam that they are perpetuating on Guam.

    1. You got it Thomas it's all about the money land. They saw how generous Guam folks are to priests and they sucked every cent out of the people they could. They already made millions out of Guam but you can stop them abusing further.

  8. Ai adai Adrian, this poor soul gives up her property for the love of her Archbishop. Why don't you give up your beach property in Ipan for the love of Kiko? You never will ! $$$$can be seen all over your face. What have you, Apuron and Quitugua deeded to the NCW? APURON SHOULD BE THE FIRST TO GIVE UP HIS HOME IN LATTE HGTS.

Nothing but a bunch of hypocrites. You graciously accept from others, yet you can't give up yourmaterialistic holdings. Tsk, tsk, tsk.

    1. Correction: They coerce their victims to give up their assets with the promise that it will reserve their place in Heaven. Lies, lies, lies! The NCW leadership (AAA, David & Adrian) and their half-baked presbyters do not care because they are the enemy. They are out to steal, kill and destroy the very fabric of our island faithful. We will prevail because God is not sleeping. They will all be judged when their time comes where they will be thrown into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’

Tsk, tsk, tsk, Quitugua, and you most especially, Adrian. How did this happen??? I thought you loved our Father? The incense and prayer you were there. Why this? Ok.
