SPECIAL MESSAGE TO "TONY"

I don't know who's funeral this comment is referring to but it sounds like someone named "Tony" needs to get this message:

  1. By way tony if you are reading this best not to attend Monday's funeral as your presence is really not wanted there. If you do turn up basic respect would be shown but really people revile you. Please have integrity and do not show up.

  1. It used to be an honor to have the Archbishop preside as the main celebrant for weddings and funerals. In the past year every wedding and funeral I have attended are presided by OUR VERY OWN LOCAL PRIESTS.

It used to be a big thing getting married or having Mass of the Resurrection at the Cathedral, but not anymore.

I suppose the old folks saying is true.." måulekña un ke'yao kino un dåkon."

  2. Archbishop led the diocese into 20 million debt. Yet he goes to family events to make money to enrich himself and his Shamefully ostentatious life style. Shame on Tony.

  3. Even Deacon "For Sure, for sure" Claros was told not to assist during the Mass by the Family of the deceased. Now, let's see if these shameless neos will honor the family's wishes.

These neos use high profile Masses to show that there is "no division" in the Catholic Church. The division is created by CCOG and Tim Rohr, even though it doesn't exist (what?)

So, archbishop, is there division or is there not? Make up your mixed up mind. You are demented! Don't show up for the Mass. Just stay in your neo-pagan celebrations, where they pretend you are wanted!!!

    1. Beautiful. It can only be one or the other. Is there or is there not? You can't have your cake and eat it too.

  4. Very thought of Apuron or Claros presiding at my funeral would make me rise from the casket. Not the kind of people you want present.

  5. Vatican City, Jan 21, 2012 / 05:15 pm (CNA).- The Vatican’s approval of the Neocatechumenal Way’s forms of “celebration” only applies to non-liturgical prayers within their catechesis and not to the Mass or other liturgies of the Church.

“With respect to the celebrations of the Holy Mass and the other liturgies of the Church,” communities of the Neocatechumenal Way must “follow the norms of the Church as indicated in the liturgical books – to do otherwise must be understood to be a liturgical abuse,” a Vatican official who requested anonymity told CNA on Jan. 21.

Pope Benedict XVI met with around 7,000 members of the movement in the Vatican’s Paul VI audience hall on Jan. 20 for an annual event to send families to mission destinations worldwide.

The invitation issued by the movement to bishops for yesterday’s event stated that “the purpose of this meeting is that His Holiness will sign a Decree from the Congregation of Divine Worship recognizing the full approval of the liturgies of the Neocatechumenal Way.”

Instead, approval for the non-liturgical practices of the group came by way of another source. It was Pontifical Council for the Laity that issued a decree of approval – after having consulted the Congregation for Divine Worship – for those “celebrations” present in their Catechetical Directory.

In this process “the Neocatechumenal Way obtained no new permissions whatsoever,” said the official, who is familiar with the approval process for prayers and liturgies.

Tim, I know you or Chuck posted this before but I thought I could help the Archbishop with his search for the "approval" that he seems to be tirelessly searching for. Just recognizing my WWJD moment.

  6. Since its foundation, however, the group has been cautioned by the Vatican for inserting various novel practices into Masses organized by the movement. These include lay preaching, standing during Eucharistic Prayer, the reception of Holy Communion while sitting down, as well as the passing of the Most Precious Blood from person to person.

“The Neocatechumenal Way has no such permission for any of these kinds of things,” said the Vatican official. He claimed that the Vatican still receives complaints about the group’s “non-compliance with the universal norms of liturgy.”

He added that it should be clear that “yesterday’s decree has nothing to do with the widely seen liturgical innovations of the Neocatechumenal Way,” which “should be stopped immediately because they don't correspond to the law about the way the Mass and the sacraments are to be celebrated.”

Tim, I missed this very important part of the report. Maybe the Archbishop could clarify it for us even more.

    1. Well majority of Catholics no longer accept Tony as spiritual leader. Best to call him direct and tell him his presence is not required at weddings or funerals or any public event. I'm sure the family are very grateful that the old fool did not show up. Better off without him.

    Dear Mr Santos:
Why are you so impatient? If the Archbishop says he's going to find the info that gives him permission to defile the mass, why can't you just be patient and wait for him.
According to the count-up clock to the right, it has only been 231 days since he said that. I'm sure that every day, right after he verifies his Swiss bank account balance, he goes right back to the search.

Certainly, the delay is not because he thinks people will forget?!?

Sheesh Tony, why can't you admit that what you kikos are doing is illicit, wrong, and you just don't care what the correct form of worship is because kiko likes it his way? Too bad Tony has no oysters to admit reality. Poor Guam. We are stuck with the ultimate loser, and Rome refuses to defend him, or us.

ROME - do you have a strategy? Our faith is being ruined by a disease our shepherd is cultivating. When will you act? Waiting for us to act? You will not get the desired results, but we are getting desperate.

  10. I wouldn't go to Tony's funeral if he had one and that's for sure, for sure.

    2. Anon@11:19 PM; By attending his funeral can easily be mistaken that I'm paying my respects when I have none for this man. I'd rather not go. Think about it. For sure, for sure! Peace to you my friend.
