We went over 4 MILLION views a week ago and we are now almost 20,000 beyond that. 20,000 views in a week might seem like a lot but that's slower than normal. Probably due to the holidays. Nevertheless, every tick of the counter is as loud to Tony and his losers as was Poe's tell-tale heart. 1977, Father Tony. No place to hide.

  1. I heard stories about Fr. Tony Cruz when he was pastor of Chalan Pago.

Fr. Tony Cruz and tony apuron. Sounds like they have something in common. And it's not just their first names.

Did these two have something in common in 1977? Only God knows.
And the altar boys of Chalan Pago Church at the time. And the parishioners of Chalan Pago. And.........

  2. The mention of Fr. Tony Cruz brings to mind another priest who was pastor of a village down in the southern part of the island who had similar proclivities. He's passed on now, but fr. adrian should know who he is. Maybe his relative?

  3. Diana should read this and weep. They alway claim that JW is driven by a few Neo haters. just a mere 2 mil and counting! Congrats Tim. Please continue to enlighten us and the world of this destructive cult. Kudos also to Chuck for carrying on the fight to rid our Church of this evil.

    2. LOL. Thank you for the opportunity to clarify that the actual count now is over FOUR MILLION. Typical "Diana disciple" actually drawing attention to something that benefits us even more. Courage.

  4. again, whispers and rumors about dead men. nothing will happen without someone coming forward.

questions: if the stories are true, who else knew and what did they do or not do? and could the laws, both church and civil, bring them to justice? in guam law, wasn't the statute of limitations expanded recently to cover these cases? (i think it was bj cruz's bill?)

    1. Actually someone did come forward to John Toves when he was here last year. The stories were pretty graphic. However, he did not want to be identified. So once again. The end...for now.

  5. I wonder why B.J.Cruz hasn't re-introduced his statute of limitations bill reopening victims' window to report. There would be a lot of support for it now.

    1. Cruz introduced the bill primarily at the behest of one person. That person testified at the public hearing. But when the bill passed, the person did not come forward with any concrete allegations. Cruz had two bills. One which lifted the statute of limitations on sex crimes against minors for two years, and another which eliminated the statute of limitations for all future sex crimes against minors. The bill passed in 2011 and the two year window expired in 2013. Cruz is not going to introduce another bill to lift the statute unless there are people willing to actually come out from behind their rocks and have the courage to testify. Apuron is personally very wealthy so they could score big if they do. The problem is the same problem we've always had - not wanting to upset family members. It's beyond me how some mothers are willing to let their kids get raped and keep quiet about it for the sake of "peace in the family." We get what we permit, don't we.

    2. Tim, thank you for the explanation. Hopefully, that other victim you frequently have been referring to on your blog will go through with his civil lawsuit. Since he is not going forward with his case on-island I assume he now lives off-island. I admire his courage.

    3. As mentioned the window for bringing criminal action for sex crimes against minors expired in 2013, so "the victim" would be unable to bring a criminal case unless the statute is once again lifted. That can be done. There is more than one senator in the Guam legislature who would be willing to do it and there also attorneys already committed to supporting such suits, but it is going to take more than one victim. The perpetrator(s) are counting on the "silence of the lambs" though. If you know some of them, tell them they are needed. Enough of this.
