Klitzkie Requests Corrected Certificate of Title for Yona Property, If Any Exists

Despite a statement from the Department of Land Management regarding the disputed Yona seminary’s ownership, former Senator Bob Klitzkie says he’s still unconvinced and is now filing a Sunshine Law request. In a letter addressed to Director of Land Management Mike Borja, Klitzkie is requesting to see all public records including the petition and other associated documents Borja claims to have given to the Office of the Attorney General of Guam. Klitzie says he doubts any of that paperwork ever existed. According to a letter from Borja in January, Land Management has prepared and forwarded a petition, and other associated documents to the AG's Office with instructions for the petition to be filed in the Superior Court in an effort to correct the certificates of title.
"I have a filed a Sunshine Law request. I want to see those drafts because there's no pending litigation. Kristen Finney says nothing further has to be done. What I'm doing is calling Mike Borja's bluff. I want to see the petitions etc and said he has drafted. I want to see what it looks like. See what he has. What I hope to get out of this is I want to get the Redemptoris Mater Seminary back in the patrimony of the Catholic church, back into the Archdiocese's property," says Klitzkie.

Klitzie cites a law that states that upon a request for a copy of public records, Land Management shall, within four working days from receiving the request, comply with the request. With that in mind, Klitzie says he expects a response from Borja no later than Friday, April 1.

P.S. Note to Rome: Pay attention. This is going to come back at you...especially the Kiko sympathizers.

  1. Apuron must be happy to now share the spotlight (or the hot seat?) with someone else (Mike Borja). It is beginning to appear to me that Mike Borja's compliance with the shenanigans of the fools at the Chancery is because he has done a lot of other things (for apuron and company?) that he must hide and is afraid that cooperating with Mr. Klitzkie on this matter might expose his other (possibly illegal) actions.

It is right to say that great doubt has been cast on the veracity of the certificates of title issued by Dept of Land Management, especially under the management of Mike Borja.

Mike Borja, the eyes of the whole island are upon you. Unless you can man up and tell the whole truth and direct the gaze to another,
it's all on you and you alone will suffer the consequences.

  2. If the paperwork in question was a draft or not signed due to no longer being needed, then it may have been shredded and disposed off. Just a thought.

  3. Sure hope Bob Klitzkie gets his Sunshine Law (FOIA) request with a truthful explanation. Otherwise, DLM is following a pattern (modus operandi) known only too well as that practiced by Chancery operatives - lie, deflect, and lie again. And if he doesn't get a truthful explanation from DLM, there are other recourses that I am sure Bob is aware of to ensuring that the law as stated in the Guam Code Annotated be followed to the letter. - JRSA (3/29/16)

  4. I just read on kuam.com that Senator Tom Ada, who is the oversight chairman on Land, will be conducting a hearing specifically on the Yona property matter brought up by former Senator Robert Klitzkie, AND all land titles within Dept of Land Management. Let's make sure this hearing happens and give our support (and votes) to the Senators who help make this happen.
And our non-votes to those senators who get in the way or just stand by and do nothing.

BTW, what's the latest comment on this matter from the Attorney General Elizabeth Barrett Anderson herself? No, we do not want to hear from the Attorney General's Office. We want to hear from the Attorney General
    herself.

  5. I genuinely feel sorry for Michael Borja. I've always known him to be a good guy and I am sure he still is. He may not know it but he's just the latest casualty and example of what happens to anyone who gets near the filthy disease spread by Pius the Putrid, and in this case, said disease appears to have been transmitted by a pathogen masquerading as a "trained lawyer."

    2. I, too, believe everyone is basically good, however, when faced with what Mike now faces, I wonder why he'd be doing the delay tactic scenario. Hey....if you screwed up...fess up! Don't dig a deeper hole that you'll find very difficult to get out of. Truly, The Truth Will Set You Free!

  6. Calvo got in a mess with bonus pay he then followed the advice of the AG. DLM got in a mess with a certificate title and Borja sought the advice of the AG and didn't follow it. He is an embarrassment to the Calvo administration and to the people of Guam. So will Calvo terminate him or will he resign or continue the humiliation.

  7. The media should file a FOIA request too. They need to investigate and report their findings to the community.

    4. Sad to say, when one has lied so much it is hard to believe him again. Sick? Or a big excuse to hide in CA or wherever? IF Ur Archbishop was well loved and trusted we would all know he was sick and would be praying. Sad to say, we can't know what to think or expect next. More than sad for Church of Agana. Archbishop Apuron, come clean before God and ALL your brothers and sisters. For this we do pray.

    5. which presbyter did Brother Tony travel with?

    6. Who knows! Who cares! Now don't you fret about Ton because Wadeson is on the other side awaiting his arrival. Wadeson will take care of him. The Neo community will pamper him to the ends of the earth. Ton loves living in the spotlight. It's not all for the glory and honor of God, but all for the glory and honor of Ton.

    7. Just how much are we paying Wadeson who doesn't dare set foot on our island? HOW MUCH, VG, you are in charge; right?

    8. Hey, Adriana, how's it going?

  9. Okay, let's give Mike Borja the benefit of the doubt. He has four days to comply with Mr. Klitzkie's FOIA request. Then, we'll see. Tell the truth, Mr. Borja, and the "truth shall set you free." Why take the fall for those a--holes who will drop you like a hot potato once you have lost your usefulness to them. And with all the attention you and DLM are getting from the Media, the Jungle Watch readers and now the Legislature, your indiscretions will surely be found out and your value to those who took advantage of you will be reduced to nothing.

    2. It's sure looking more and more that Mike will be just another casualty of the Neo-Apuron Virus. Best for him to come clean at this stage otherwise it will get really ugly.

    2. Sit on it 9:34AM. Reason for ordaining all these men and bringing in more seminarians is for a chance at a RED CAP. Not a good reason at all. Motive is to look good in the eyes of Rome.

    3. Anon@9:34am you must be too drunk from the KAKA to see what is happening..."Fruits" what fruits? The NEO Cult Presbyters are not Catholic...ArchNEO Presbyter Anthony Sablan Apuron gave up his seat as Shephard to Guams Catholics when he became brother Tony. Brother Tony dosnt listen because he does not care anymore. This brother of yours will face judgment when he favored earthly gain over the spiritual wellness of the flock he was charged to shepherd.
