BOB KLITZKIE ASK ATTORNEY GENERAL BARRET-ANDERSON "ONE EASY QUESTION"

Listen to the AG try to wiggle out of this!! But Bob stays on it.

Maybe some more notes later.

  1. Klitzkie kinda sounds foolish during interview. Seems like Patti may be siding with the AG. Or at the very least she is understanding the AG's explanation. A reasonable explanation at that.

    1. You’re right. He would sound foolish to people not smart enough to understand. That makes two of you. The AG and you. Courage.

    2. The AG was in the same room as Patti. I give Patti kudos for keeping it civil with the Ag who right in front of her was attempting to deflect the questions by acting indignant and failing to confuse the K57 audience.

  2. You have to love politicians when they get their foot caught in their mouth. Keep up the great work Mr. Klitzkie. The pressure will surely expose these neos for all they are.

  3. AG just lost all respect. No vote for her. Replace her. Listen to her tone and response to Bob.

    1. Most of us do not have law degrees and would be easily intimidated and confused by an Attorney General. But Mr. Klitzkie is a lawyer, has a cool head, has legal knowledge and, thank God, is not intimidated by anyone. Thank God for you, Mr. Klitzkie!

  4. So this is how the AG's office operates, similar to Dept. of Land Management, several Senator's/Mayor's office, Chancery, ....add to the list. Wake up Senators! We need a bill to hold these appointed/elected public officials accountable and reduce their pay and hold up apology signs on intersections for their stupidity if they can't perform their duties with diligence, respect, professionalism.

  5. Is the AG a NEO too? Or just a sympathizer?

    1. I am sure there is a connection she may be protecting. Actually, I am more than sure.

  6. AG couldn't weasel her way out of this. Bob has been practicing law successfully way before th AG became an attorney, AND his legal mind is way sharper. Thank you Mr. Klitzkie for helping us sort out the truth and holding people accountable.

  7. Whatever happened to Senator Tom Ada and his announcement to hold an information hearing? Or can we consider him another typical politician, trying to "make hay while the sun shines" just for the publicity of appearing to be concerned. In other words, "all talk, no action."

  8. It appears that because she is the top Law Enforcement for Guam she is better then the average citizen. WOW I'm at a lost for words on her tone toward a citizen of Guam. Hafa AG? Get off your High Horse Woman.

  9. Wait a minute. As the Attorney General of Guam and a public servant, don't you think the people are owed a little bit more of an explanation as to how the path of resolution went from petitioning the court for the correction to an administrative fix? Clearly all parties involved acknowledged early on that DLM would have to petition the court and then only after discussing with Jackie come to the conclusion that this can be fixed administratively?

When the Director and the AG's office "goes dark" in hopes that a controversial issue will go away, we regular folks like to call that a conspiracy.

In this particular case, the AG has taken it upon herself to interpret the ownership of the RMS as being on in the same as the corporation sole of the archdiocese of agana to the contrary of the actual language in the RMS organization documents. Really? How much judicial efficiency was gained by this one less case?

Public servant. Simple, self explanatory pair of words yet somehow when a person becomes one, she finds it impossible to do that very thing.

    1. This is the point the AG is trying to avoid and she deflected from just this very assertion: What happened to the "submitted" petition that was stated to have been filed, and, since the FOIA documents revealed there was no such filing, does she agree with the way her office deceived and fabricated this (mis)information in dealing with Mr. Klitzkie.

    2. She does like "judicial efficiency." Remember recently when the media asked her for her response to a legal issue, she deflected saying, "I have a lot on my plate."

  10. Oh my, bob! You just smoked the Ag on the air. How can she even go to work tomorrow? She just agreed to being totally baffled.
Time to find a new candidate for AG. I choose Bob!
