AND THEN THERE'S THIS

The Diana's rant continues:
We celebrated the Eucharist the way we had always celebrated it with the exception of the echoes......and lo and behold......this Cardinal who is NOT a "Neo" did not object to the way we celebrate it. This Cardinal who was assigned to GUIDE the Neocatechumenal Way since 1986 did not say that we are committing liturgical abuse.
So you see folks, the Neo's idea of approval is that there is no disapproval, and said disapproval is supposed to be public and immediate otherwise said silence is an imprimatur.

For thinking people, this is, of course, the height of immaturity. It's like saying to your friends at work, "You know, I was going 45 mph in a 35 mph zone and I went right by a cop and didn't get pulled over."

I am so glad I am not raising my children anywhere near these poor imbeciles where not getting spanked is the equivalent of a papal indult. LOL.

  1. What I say to this is that the Cardinal failed in his Duty to defend the scared practice of the Church. I say he turned a blind eye as not to insult his hosts. Shameful and derelict in his obligation.

    1. Sad to say that your unintended misspelling of "sacred" into "scared practice of the Church" is quite a suitable description of how NCW changed the landscape of faith here on Guam with such devastating and scary practices. This retired cardinal should have stayed retired, and something we can say similarly to a couple of "retired clergy" who will be doing us such great favor by staying retired: one who limps and the other one with heart issues.

    1. Thou shalt not place God or Jesus before me.
    2. Jesus was a sinner, therefore lie at every opportunity.
    3. If you are caught lying deflect by blaming the other side.
    4. If you have been found out attack the other person.

    1. 7. Do not speak against the NCW. If you do you are speaking against God.
      8. Tell people the Neocatechumenal Way is a gift from the holee speerit.

  3. Thou shalt not warble anything other than mine own songish compositions.
Thou shalt not forget to tell everyone that "fives popes......"
Thou shalt suspend thy rational and Catholic senses and defer all decisions to thy catechists.

    Maybe also:

Thou shalt not read my catechetical texts for fear of exclusion
Thous shalt wait patiently until the Pope finishes then bask in the glory of my three hour rants.

  4. The Fact that Cordes allowed the NCW banquet to proceed as they have always celebrated it does not mean that it is approved. Cordes himself is not the Church, and he does not have the capacity to change anything in the Sacred Liturgy, and don't kid yourself Diana, any deviation from the approved rubrics is in fact abuse.

    1. Maybe "cardinal" cordes is descending into early Alzheimer's and can no longer tell the difference between a Catholic mass and the NCW eucharist.

    3. Just how did the people of Barrigada "San Roque and San Vicente" loss their Church. Why did you have adrian do this to you all? It was your Great Grandparents and true Catholic that build this Church and for you all to just let the neo walk in and take over.

    4. Actually, the change took place during the reign of Father Alberto. He was the mastermind of the Kiko change in Barrigada. Agat, you're next. The change is in the planning. Where are my shades?

    6. Even if it was father alberto, the people of Barrigada let them (none oh! I meant neo) take their CHURCH. Once again, we True Catholic do not and I mean do not have any issue with them (neo) being here just go darn built your OWN church with your flocks of neos.

    7. I, too, have no real problems with the rest of the NEO (non-leadership role). If you all want to worship in your own WAY, go ahead but leave our churches alone. Find somewhere else to dwell.

  6. Anybody know what the professor Generrini was preaching about at the Cathedral Pulpit? The very same pulpit that Gabe Camacho told his sins from?
