THIS IS EMBARRASSING

"Meanwhile, Archbishop Hon also rescinded another decree, namely, decree number 2016-022. That decree was never made public and in a statement to the media, Archbishop Hon’s assistant, Father Ted Novak said the second decree pertains to a private matter and details of the decree will not be released to the public." http://pacificnewscenter.com/local/9788

This is embarrassing. By definition a DECREE, especially when the term is used by the Church, is a PUBLIC act, an official announcement intended for all Catholics of a particular See, such as a diocese.

The truth is that the two clowns, David and Adrian, issued a DECREE instead of a letter of censure, which would have remained private.

The subject document, unfortunately issued as a DECREE, was, as reported by KUAM, a "gag order" on Deacon Steve Martinez after he publicly criticized the Archdiocesan sex abuse policy and Archbishop Apuron's apparent attempts to keep the policy weak in order to protect himself.

We already know that David and Adrian are not just incompetent clowns, but, along with Pius the Putrid and Eddy the Waldo, part of the evil cabal that has manipulated and prostituted this diocese into absolute chaos and pushed it to public rage.

However, the really sad thing at this point is the performance of the Administration sent here to fix the problems these despicable clowns created.

Instead of acknowledging David and Adrian's initial error, we now have the new guys not just covering for them, but keeping them front and center in their employ! WTH!

Even more embarrassing is not just that these clowns screwed up to begin with, they screwed up when they wrote the DECREE rescinding the DECREES (they are co-signers), one of which no one was supposed to know about. And then they tell us it is NONE OF OUR BUSINESS when we ask about it.

This is not just an honest mistake by an administration which has only been here seven days. They were NOT unaware of the problems caused by David and Adrian. And now they are paying the price. They are finding out what we have known for many years: David and Adrian are at the root of Apuron's Reign of Terror and destruction of the Catholic Church in Guam.

Pretty soon, this war is going to get much bigger than me. And I'm just going to just sit back and watch. Sadly, it is the laity who will have to pay the ultimate price for what is at least incompetence, and very probably, part of an even larger cover up.

  1. I agree Tim that a decree is an order having the force of law. If we don't know the order how are we to obey the law. If the secret decree is more rightly a letter of censure to Deacon Martinez for his statements on the sexual abuse policy then apparently the responsible(s)of the decree have no sense of the right course of action and wronged us again. Its like having slot machines, already headed to GMH, in the church as well. I think that will be allowed too eventually.

  2. Was this secret decree a "whispered gag order" and was that why we're being told that it is now none of our business? And it was co-signed by the same David and Adrian that facilitated the first botch? Can you not see why we are still enraged? We still see the same orientation team at work and signs that Apuron could still return to run business as usual!

    1. From all the comments shared I only read once that the assigned Archbishop Hon mentioned (after his call to pray for "our beloved archbishop") that he would be working with the group named by aaa. We all know who these are. Never a good start to begin a cleaning job with the very people who are the problem/dirt. Who he is kidding? Himself and his working team. They think they are up against peasants. Wrong. spn2

  3. Really Archbishop Hon? You ask for patience while you violate the trust you ask of the faithful! Where is the transparency? Your decree nullifying the former decree(s) had the tone of "regret", like a frustrated parent who finally gives in to the plea's of their children saying " All right already".
It's laughable that you rescinded a decree that was never made public! And then tell the media that the decree was of a private matter that will not be made public! The Hill is having a profound effect on your administrative abilities. Have you blessed the Chancery!

  4. It's over a week since Hon arrived and it seems nothing much has changed. Rescinding the Decrees (which had no effect on us, anyway) was like throwing
a bone to a hungry dog. Really, Hon, do you expect us to be satisfied with that? Do something concrete, like throwing the rascals (Adrian & David VG) out!

  5. The decrees should have never been issued in the first place. Hon is merely resetting. Thus, nothing to be grateful for. Hon needs to show us that he is overhauling a corrupted and crimbling house and not here to do just touch up painting.

  6. You better believe this holy war of ours is going to get bigger if things don't change very soon. Not that we want it to, but we are left with very little choice here. Every minute that Archbishop Hon employs and administers with the consultation and advice of Adrianne and Quitugua, the "natives" get more and more restless. (Notice that Pius and Edgy have been very quiet as of late; Hmm, I wonder what's up with that)? Archbishop Hon, we are watching you very carefully and so far you have made some major mistakes and missteps. There is still hope for you yet, sir. My advice to you is to get out of that chancery or wherever you're staying and free yourself from the influence of the NCW that you are surrounding yourself with. Reach out to the real Catholics by calling meetings with the CCOG and the LFM and listen to their concerns with an open heart and mind. Stop going to all these social and political functions that may compromise your objectivity. Say masses at the other parishes besides the Cathedral-Basilica and St. Anthony and then meet with their parish councils. And please don't bring Adrianne, Quitugua, or Pius with you. As a matter of fact, come alone- we won't bite, I promise!

  7. Amen, Amen, Amen, F. Leon Guerrero.

If Archbishop Hon doesn't BEGIN to do things that are transparently and objectively toward the HEALING OF THE SUFFERING CHURCH IN GUAM, TO RIGHT THE WRONGS THAT HAVE BEEN DONE BY HIS PREDECESSOR, AND TO ADDRESS THE REAL PROBLEMS PLAGUING THE CHURCH AND ITS PEOPLE (to date he hasn't done any thing other than cosmetic and band-aide "solutions") he is going to regret ever having been appointed Apostolic Delegate for the archdiocese.

If indeed he is the theologian that he is reputed to be, he must see what is ailing the People of God in the exercise of their Catholic Faith. If he doesn't see it, then he is just being "politically correct" to his boss, Cardinal Filoni.

Caution: Where there is smoke, there is fire! A word to the wise is sufficient..
