GO TO HELL, PIUS.

Posted by Tim Rohr

The following is in reference to the KUAM news story "Seminary's rector says Archdiocese of Agana is rightful owner."
http://www.kuam.com/story/32837056/2016/08/Thursday/seminarys-rector-says-archdiocese-of-agana-is-rightful-owner

After reading The Stinking Monk's answers to reporter Krystal Paco's (KUAM) questions, my first impulse was to do my usual "LOL" and have some fun mocking the lying, green-toothed Samnut. But it's time to get serious here. Pius is no ordinary liar. He is an evil, rancid, vile, pervert of a man - if he can even be thought of as a man.

But more importantly, he is a window into the rotten core of Neocat methodology, and as such, he is our best weapon to expose and explode this money laundering, power usurping, property grabbing international Marxist-Communist syndicate, masquerading as a benign itinerary of adult faith formation.

The Neocat modus operandi so parallels Marxist-Communism that it is tempting to just label the likes of Gennarini and Pius as such. However, it is much worse than that. Marxist-Communism held the Church and Christ himself in open contempt. The Neocommunists drape themselves in the garments of the Church and advance their agenda to "abolish the present state of things" (Marx), 'neath the mantle of the Gospel and the skirts of bishops.

Marx wrote in German Ideology: “Communism is for us not a state of affairs which is to be established, [but]an ideal to which reality [will] have to adjust itself." This is why in the world of Pius, Gennarini, Adrian, David, Apuron, The Zoltan and The Diana, lies are not lies. The "ends justifies the means" and "reality will have to adjust itself."

Thus David the Villain could publish a bogus certificate of title with impunity. Thus "the trained lawyer," Jackie T., could stand in front of the Rotary Club and spout a fable. Thus Adrian Crystalnoballs could confront a man who hoped to be a diocesan priest and tell him "the diocesan priesthood is no more, there is only the Neocatechumenal Way," and lie to another that there was no money to send him to a seminary. Thus Apuron the Fondler could stand in front of St. Peter's itself and tell us that it was he who told the Pope to send Hon. And thus Pius the Putrid, aka The Stinking Monk, can vomit lies with a straight face and swallow them like a dog which eats its own excrement.

To these bags of filth, lies are not lies. Rather, it is the "ideal to which reality will have to adjust itself." This is "ends justifies the means." And the "ends" (as Marx said) is to "abolish the present state of things" the Roman Catholic Church) so that Kiko's "ideal" will become the new reality.

I once spoke to a neocat priest for several hours about this. Finally, when we got right down to it, he admitted "the Church is dead," the Neocatechumenal Way is the new reality." I had spoken to him nearly twelve years ago because I foresaw the coming explosion and hoped to avert it.

He was unconcerned because like Marx and Lenin, the Neocommunists believe in the necessity of warfare and struggle, in the inevitable role of tension, antagonism, and conflict, the blowback from which they market to their cowed zombies as the necessary "persecutions." It's simply the unavoidable process by which their utopia (Kiko's church) is to be obtained.

Maybe with this in mind you can see how easy it is for Pius, in the KUAM interview, to manufacture facts in support of his "ideal," the "ideal to which reality (the rest of us) will have to adjust itself," even if it means beatifying Apuron as a local hero-martyr beside Blessed Diego:
"When all this has passed, they will rediscover the valor of this archbishop and the historians will add a chapter to the evangelization of this island," his response stated.
Let's look at what Pius says in this interview and let Hon and Gennarini make him a liar.

I. PIUS VS HON
PIUS: "The deed restriction is simply an act according to canon law that allows the archdiocesan RM seminary to use that Yona property."
HON: "Such an act of concession was not done in a usual way by an internal Ecclesiastical agreement, but by the Declaration of Deed Restriction filed in the local Government of Guam in November 2011. (Announcement, Aug 18, 2016)
An "Ecclesiastical agreement" would have been an "act according to canon law." Hon clearly says this did NOT happen. Rather it was an act executed under civil law.
PIUS: "The building is not ours, we have permission to use it until the archbishop wants, and only the archbishop or his successor can decide on this building."
HON: "I request that community (RMS) which now enjoys in perpetuity the use of the 'property' to spontaneously and effectively renounce, without any litigation, such a benefit obtained from the Archdiocese of Agaña." (Announcement, Aug 18, 2016)
Hon has all the authority of the Archbishop of Agana. If Pius is correct, then Hon has no need to ask RMS to "renounce (the) benefit obtained from the Archdiocese of Agana." But of course Pius is NOT correct. He is lying, or rather, he is telling us the "ideal to which reality will have to adjust."

II. PIUS VS GENNARINI
KUAM: Father Pius claims the deed of restriction has blocked others from cashing in and selling the property, which is estimated to value up to $75 million. He suggests a private investor could've converted the RMS into a casino, which would attract mafia, prostitution, crime and drugs. And that one day, the church will thank Apuron...Father Pius also claims it was the 2011 finance council who wanted to sell the RMS, but Apuron blocked the sell and was quoted, saying "over my dead body."
There's that same old "they wanted to sell it" or make it a casino fable again. A simple understanding of Guam law would show that no one could sell the property (when it was still in the hands of the archdiocese) but the Archbishop of Agana. The Archbishop of Agana is a a corporate sole, meaning there is only one member and one officer: the incumbent archbishop. Not one other person in the archdiocese has the authority to execute any kind of financial transaction without being authorized by the Archbishop of Agana. (This is also why the story about Msgr. James incurring debt is a lie. Msgr. James had no authority to sign for a single loan. It was Apuron who signed for all of them.)

Let's let Pius' own catechist debunk this casino fable. On May 5, 2016, Giuseppe Gennarini, Pius' immediate "superior" in the Neocatechumenal Way, told Patti Arroyo on K57 that the reason for the deed restriction was to protect the property from law suits:
GENNARINI: "He was asking the seminary and the archbishop that in order to protect the estate of the diocese in case there is lawsuit ... this was five, seven years ago, six or seven years ago. In order to protect the estate, it was better to do what they do in many dioceses of America, which is somehow to assign the property to the different corporations of the diocese."
So while Pius continues to spin his casino fable, his boss and chief catechist says otherwise. Let's take a closer look at what Gennarini actually reveals here.

First, Gennarini was not attempting to come clean about the property. He was cornered on Patti's show by Bob Klitzkie who had called in. Gennarini probably sensed that "the caller" could not be bull-sh*tted with the usual KAKA, so he stumbled into telling the truth while trying to lay the blame on former legal counsel, Ed Terlaje, who is the "he" at the beginning of Gennarini's statement.

Terlaje, who has kept quiet for years about this was not about to let Gennarini get away with this lie when PNC had the presence of mind to contact him. After the Gennarini interview, PNC reported:
"Attorney Terlaje, however, tells PNC that he had objected to the transfer of the RMS property and he says he had already conveyed this message in a letter he wrote to the archdiocesan finance council."
Here is Terlaje's message to the finance council. Since it is dated Nov 27, 2011, it is obvious that neither Terlaje, who was Apuron's legal counsel, nor the finance council, had any knowledge that Apuron had already executed the conveyance of title five days earlier.

Let's review Gennarini's statement again:
GENNARINI: "He was asking the seminary and the archbishop that in order to protect the estate of the diocese in case there is lawsuit ... this was five, seven years ago, six or seven years ago. In order to protect the estate, it was better to do what they do in many dioceses of America, which is somehow to assign the property to the different corporations of the diocese."
There is nothing here about protecting it from investors wanting to turn the property into a casino (a laughable proposition all on its own). The words "many dioceses of America" give it away. The reference is to the well known clergy sex abuse crisis that has forced "many dioceses of America" to cough up billions of dollars or forced them into bankruptcy. Gennarini and Apuron had one thing on their mind in 2011: LAWSUITS. But lawsuits about what? Well, now we know, don't we. But in 2011, Gennarini, Pius, and Apuron ALL KNEW.

Gennarini's statement also tells us two more things: 1) title to the property was in fact transferred to RMS, and 2) the property is NOT part of the Archdiocese of Agana. In order to "protect the estate," from a lawsuit against the Archdiocese of Agana, the "estate" had to be transferred completely out of the control of the Archdiocese of Agana. In order to do that legally, title to the property would have to be conveyed to another owner. Thus, the bottom line in the Bronze Legal Opinion
"...the Instrument…operates to transfer a present interest and is an absolute conveyance in fee simple of the subject real property…”
III. Apuron vs The People

And just for fun, let's visit Pius' non-stop nonsense about a casino. Aside from the fact that the finance council never had the authority to authorize a sale of the property, the notion is as stupid as the people who let Pius get into bed with them. The former Accion Hotel property is puny in comparison to what a real investor would be looking for. And it's on the wrong side of the island. It's why the place went belly-up in the first place.

But Pius uses this myth because he knows that "gambling" is the one word that still frightens most locals and Apuron's perceived opposition to it gives him the appearance of some sort of moral champion. This is why Pius tells us:
"...a private investor could've converted the RMS into a casino, which would attract mafia, prostitution, crime and drugs. And that one day, the church will thank Apuron."
Two years ago, I did a study of what "the church will thank Apuron" for. Here is Apuron's 30 year legacy to the Catholic Church of Guam:

  1. Guam has the most liberal abortion laws in the nation which allow for the termination of nearly one out of ten pregnancies with more than 60% being Chamorro. (2012 Guam Medical Records)
  2. Guam has the highest divorce rate in the world (4.7 divorces per 1000 population, 2010 Guam Statistical Yearbook vs Russia 4.5 per 1000, 2011 United Nations Demographic Yearbook)
  3. Guam has the 14th highest suicide rate in the world and a rate 1.2 times the national average (2011 World Health Organization and A Profile of Suicide on Guam, September 2011)
  4. Guam has a 20% higher out of wedlock birth rate (60%) compared to the rest of the nation (40.8%, CDC 2010) Note: Guam stopped reporting “illegitimate” births in 2005. 60% is based on the average between 2000 and 2005).
  5. Guam has double the teen birthrate compared to the rest of the nation (Guam PDN, 6/25/13)
  6. Guam’s rape rate is 94.4 per 100,000 (2011 Yearbook: 151 reported rapes). This is nearly triple the national average of 29.8. (U.S. Census Bureau, Statistical Abstract of the United States: 2012, Table 314)
  7. AND WORST OF ALL: Guam abuses and neglects its children at nearly double the national average (Guam child maltreatment rate of 76.81 per 1000 children based on 2012 CPS report and 2010 census vs 41.2 per 1000 children national average as per Table 3-2, Child Maltreatment 2011, Children’s Bureau, U.S. DPHHS)

There is also the 60 plus non-Catholic "churches" whereas in 1986 when Apuron took the helm of the diocese there were only 5 to speak of.

This is Apuron's legacy for Guam after thirty years as its bishop and twenty years of the Neocatechumenal Way. And just think, he accomplished all this without one casino.

Go to hell, Pius.

  2. The NeoCommunist Way follows the axiom: "If you tell a lie often enough people will believe it."

What they don't understand is that we Chamorros have been lied to by other occupying forces many times in the past. The Spanish, The Germans, the Americans, the Japanese, and a second dose from the Americans again. And now the Spanish Kiko.

Our noses are pretty good at sniffing out bull-sh!+, but Pius chooses to give it the old Maltese try. Sorry, Pius. Even some of your most ardent neos are starting to question the leadership for your many lies and hypocritical actions.

Only one question remains, when will Hon invite you back to Canada or Malta permanently? Soon we hope!

  4. Glad to be back in Holy Mother ChurchAugust 26, 2016 at 1:41 PM

When I was in community I saw first hand several lies from Fr Pius, and also from my responsibles, who lied to support Fr Pius. On a scale of one to ten on the lie meter, I give Pius a 10 in quantity, and a 1 in quality.

The recent PDN article interviewing Fr Pius is just another example of quantity over quality. In it he says 17 priests and 4 deacons have been ordained through the RMS seminary. And of this 17 priests 14 serve Guam, and all four deacons serve Guam. Lie, lie, lie.

17 priests is a correct number. I will list all 17, but you will see that 14 do not serve Guam. Of the 17 priests, only 9 remain on Guam, the other 8 are serving elsewhere or nowhere at all. The priests serving on Guam are:
    Jose Alberto Rodriguez - Agat
    Kryzstof Szafarski - Santa Rita
    Julius Akenyemi - Merizo/Umatac
    Michael Jucatan - Agana
    Antonino Caminiti - Asan
    Edivaldo Oliviera - Chalan Pago
    Vincenzo Acanpora - Barrigada
    Julio Cesar Sanchez - RMS
    Francesco Asperoni - RMS

The eight priests we paid to go to RMS but do not serve Guam are:
    Arelius Stoia - China
    Fabio Faiola - China ?
    Jason Granado - Saipan
    Edwin Bushu - Nigeria
Miguel Angel Cervantes - Rome - school
Harold Colorado - on mission somewhere ?
Pedro Durango - never seen since he left for Colombia after his ordination
Luis Camacho - Qatar - suspended pending sex abuse allegation 17 months ago

And as for the 4 deacons, I was going to go to their ordination since one was in my community. But the ordination scheduled for June 4 was cancelled at the last moment. The rumor at the time was that Rome told Apuron no more ordinations. So my question is, was there a secret ordination that no one knows about? If so, who did the ordination? Was it Hon? Why wasn't it made public?

And Pius claims that these four serve the Archdiocese. How? They are not listed anywhere on the www.aganaarch.org website in the parishes.

Archbishop Hon and Fr Jeff need to look into this revelation by Pius and let the public know why such an ordination was hidden from the public. Inquiring minds want to know. Is this yet another example of Apuron and the Neos defying Rome?

    5. Fr Santiago was ordained in takamatsu Japan but then came to Guam. Without any of the necessary steps Apurun incardinated him in Guam. Then he sent Fr Santiago to Japan on mission. If he wasn't incardinated here the Bushop would have no right to reassign him.

  5. Hopefully, Hon will start to learn some lessons here. Since he was so wishy-washy with his statement regarding the actual ownership of the RMS facility, he just made it possible for Pius to spin his lies.

Hon should have clearly said that Apurun transferred title to the RMS Corporation without proper approval, and now it will take RMS to agree to give it back. If he had done this there would be no room for Pius to lie.

Or is Hon smarter than we give him credit for. Did he set up Pius, to see if he would tell yet another lie, so Hon can get rid of him once and for all?

If this was his intention, then we should see a new rector announced very soon. Let's hope Hon is brilliant in this matter!
