THE TIME BOMB AND THE BOMB SQUAD

Posted by Bob
Check the count down on the right side of this blog. It's marked
"TIME LEFT BEFORE WE LOSE YONA PROPERTY FOREVER."
Apuron and Quitugua The Other activated the time bomb on November 22, 2011. They stealthily embedded it in such a way that they thought it wouldn't be discovered until it was too late.....

Image result for TIME BOMBAfter years of apuron's chicanery it was discovered but of course apuron's presence thwarted any action to defuse the bomb. AA Hon took over with more than six months still remaining on the clock but he dilly dallied till now so  time is really, really short. Enter the bomb squad:

The nine Catholics listed above now have the opportunity to be seen as heroes (heroines in the case of Mary and Toni) for the rest of their lives. They can use their good offices, powers of persuasion and what ever else high powered [deliberate choice of words here] business folks bring to the table to see that AA Hon causes suit to be filed to recovered our realty that apuron so cavalierly gave away. There is no other way.

Sonny, John, Champ, Rick, Art, Mary, Toni, Joe and Richard, thousands of Catholics have their eyes locked on you. They're rooting for you and really want you to succeed so that forevermore you'll be known as the:

    1. Don't hold your breath as Champ Calvo will only do something if it 1. Benefits him or his family financially and 2. Hurts David Lujan.

  2. I humbly add my personal kudos and encouragement to the new AFC members. Please do what you need to do to recover that RMS property back into the patrimony of the Arhdiocese of Agana - regardless of your own personal persuasion re the Neocatechumenal Way. Put that aside, and concentrate only on the legal ramifications of the Deed of Restriction in 2011, and the good of the patrimony of the Church. Supposedly, you have limited time, so I urge you to act FAST. The Catholic Faithful of the Church is counting on you. Act on their behalf - not yours. (jrsa: 10/8/16)

Give me the right people and I don’t much care what organization you give me. Good things will happen.
Give me the wrong people and it doesn’t matter what you do with the organization. Bad things will happen.

  7. There are at least 2 people on that squad who don't want the property to come back.

  8. Yes Tim I worked out 2 people possibly 3 supporting ncw to keep the property.
And these are the folks Fr
Jeff believes can best re construct this Archdiocese. Yes they will give the property to neo. Time to get out shout down Lyin Jeff.

  10. Seven heroes then and two losers. NB losers, it's long term, like the rest of your life.

  11. don't say: "propert lost forever".

say instead: "created a huge precedent allowing anyone (e.g. Neo's) to steal Church properties".

  12. $onny Ada is a Neo who kisses the ground where Apuron walks, , I suspect he will do all in his power to derail the effort to get the property that Boss Man Apuron gave away. Come On Man, we saw first hand how Apuron's minions Dick Eusebio, and jackass Terlaje prop up their man, and will go out of their way to commit dastardly acts preserve Apuron's reign. Having Sonny in the AFC, will only further attempt to uphold Apuron's influence. Good Bye Acion property...

    1. Each of the nine can be either a hero or a loser. Are you saying that Sonny will opt to be a loser?

    2. $onny is already a loser, being a NEO, His only objective will be to uplift his Achhie bishop apuron. This Guy is Apuron's Money man, fund raising officer. I do not expect him to want the property returned. its against his NEO principals, Its not proper NCW indoctrination protocols.

    3. Bob, please elaborate on this...

And correct me where I'm wrong...
I'm under the impression that when the civil lawsuit is file against the archdiocese, all assets are frozen in place, meaning everything needs to be accounted for; you cannot liquidate monetary assets, nor sell off property...

david, diana and most recently dr dick along with the entire neo choir has been singing the same tired song, that being the rms belongs to the archdiocese of agana...

So, if the rms is an asset of the archdiocese, it too will be frozen, regardless of the "in perpetuity" clause, or is the clause a sticking point, if it's not, then the neo collaborators on the board become moot ...

I guess my concern is, will the ticking time bomb still be in effect/play, should the lawsuit be filed before the bomb deadline, or does/will it even matter?...

Bob, unlike the trained jacki, you're educated and practiced in law, as for me I watch a lot of TV, big time Perry Mason fan...

    4. If Sonny is the only obstructionist among the nine it could be be somewhat embarrassing for him. Are you sure, 8:15 PM, that Sonny will try to "derail" the effort to get the property back?

    5. D. ANTHONY Filing a lawsuit doesn't "freeze" assets. You may be thinking of filing a ch. 11 bankruptcy. Check out the PDN column post ed on the blog for an explanation.

  13. It has been a long-term goal of the CCOG to wrest away the Yoña property from the NCW Cult and return it to the patrimony of the Archdiocese of Agaña.

Does anyone have a draft legal Complaint they might share with any heroes on the Finance Council, to help expedite things?

    1. Yes, the draft legal docs were prepared and paid for by the CCOG many months ago. They have been made available to Hon and only need a slight dusting off. I'm fairly sure that Hon simply does not know what to do, but this is mixed with his orders - probably from Filoni - to not touch RMS. Presenting the docs to the finance council, the new one, would be the first test to see where each member stands.

  14. The immediate thought that comes to mind is to have a "Save the schools. Save the church buildings". petition at church and school AGAIN. Because if the property is sold it's money that could be used for the child sex abuse victims. That money would not affect the rest of the church. It would get the neo's out of there and hopefully off the island or money for their own church. We don't need a seminary we are NOT a mission. Padre Diego Luis de San Vitores led missionaries to Guam in 1668. The Jesuits built the first Catholic Church on Guam in 1669. It was given the name of Dulce Nombre de Maria (Sweet Name of Mary), Cathedral Basilica. How long have theses Neo missionaries been here and they still haven't built their own church.
