THE DEVIL IN THE DIOCESE

The account in the following comment is why we need to record at every opportunity. Record every homily from these guys. This is the kind of thing that has to be sent to the Nuncio so he can hear for himself the grave abuse from the pulpit.

  1. ...the preacher man talked about the DEVIL! "The devil is present today. Just look at what is happening our diocese. Just look at ISIS!" Was he comparing the problems of our diocese to ISIS? I think so! Talk about beheading....who is beheading whom...preacher man?
So WHAT is happening in our diocese? Here's what's happening in our diocese. People, long abused by this archbishop, are standing up and saying ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. The office of the bishop does not give him the authority to cheat, lie, slander and malign. And people have had enough.

Obviously the "preacher man" is trying to whip up a frenzy by comparing our opposition to what is happening in Iraq and Syria. That is truly pathetic and a grave abuse of both pulpit and people. Real persecution is occurring in the Middle East.

The only "persecution" happening here is the "arduous and painful closure" to his own assignment that the Archbishop has brought onto himself. We have only had to expose his own words and actions. So to compare the Archbishop's self-imposed troubles to the real suffering in the Middle East???? VOMIT!

The "preacher man" and his ilk know that the archbishop is a bully and a liar, but they must prop him up. Without him they don't have power. Without him they would be wiped away and they know it. So they are desperate to turn the people against our efforts to hold the Archbishop accountable.

So record, record, record. We must expose these charlatans who use our pulpits to spread their invective and try to turn the good people of Guam on each other.

But speaking of the "devil in our diocese", now would be a good time to show Archbishop Apuron's true legacy, a legacy of letting the devil in. After thirty years of his reign, here's what Guam has come to:

  • Guam has the most liberal abortion laws in the nation which allow for the termination of nearly one out of ten pregnancies with more than 60% being Chamorro. (2013 Guam Medical Records)
  • Guam has the highest divorce rate in the world (4.7 divorces per 1000 population, 2010 Guam Statistical Yearbook vs Russia 4.5 per 1000, 2011 United Nations Demographic Yearbook)
  • Guam has the 14th highest suicide rate in the world and a rate 1.2 times the national average. (2011 World Health Organization and A Profile of Suicide on Guam, September 2011)
  • Guam has a 20% higher out of wedlock birth rate (60%) compared to the rest of the nation. (40.8%, CDC 2010) Note: Guam stopped reporting “illegitimate” births in 2005. 60% is based on the average between 2000 and 2005)
  • Guam has double the teen birthrate compared to the rest of the nation. (Guam PDN, Editorial, 6/25/13)
  • Guam’s rape rate is 94.4 per 100,000 (2011 Yearbook: 151 reported rapes). This is nearly triple the national average of 29.8. (U.S. Census Bureau, Statistical Abstract of the United States: 2013, Table 314)
  • AND WORST OF ALL: Guam abuses and neglects its children at nearly double the national average . (Guam child maltreatment rate of 76.81 per 1000 children based on 2012 CPS report and 2010 census vs 41.2 per 1000 children national average as per Table 3-2, Child Maltreatment 2011, Children’s Bureau, U.S. DPHHS)

And all this while he jets around the world singing "no one can get me" and hobnobbing with the Kiko's...as he is even now.

Meanwhile, everyone else, record, record, record.

  1. What the hell. Why are the non neos portrayed as the devil and the neo as the righteous saved by obeying the bishop.

  2. Let me further comment on my posting about the DEVIL! The preacher man also talked about many, many youths who are in trouble and need help. This help is through the scripture reading. He continued to give catechetical lessons on one's journey through Baptism. This portion to me is the teaching of NEO. One must once again go through lessons until they reach the so called "water of baptism" again. The devil is in all of you including me. It doesn't matter what title you have, what position you hold, or who you are, the devil is within/ amongst us.

If I had known that it was the " the preacher man" who was to conduct services, I would have bought in my cell phone to record his so called homily. Now I know that I must carry my cell phone to record.

  3. "They will be working together for the downfall of the Church. These are not and have never been true Cardinals who believed in the truths of the Church. They have been false leaders all along and were planted in the Church many years ago with the purpose of destroying the Church."

    3. On bickering and complaining, the preacher man again focused on bickering, complaining, obedience and the devil! he further went on to state about marital problems, and other adult problems not meant for the ears of little children.

Mind you me I said preacher man not priest!

    4. New word for the NEOS "bicker". Heard it also in a sermon by a Neo deacon.

    5. You got it. The preacher man is a deacon!

    6. I recorded the homily today. It was 20 minutes long. Twenty minutes of explaining bickering, complaining, the devil and obedience. 2o minutes where he would go from preaching to the ears of little ones and then switching to preaching to adults. It was so incoherent. His sermon did not flow at all.

    7. I'm wondering if this is the same neo deacon who performed a recent baptism in which he said we are to be like Jesus Christ....priest, prophet & King. I thought I heard it wrong, but he said it again. I and the lady next to me just shook our heads.

    8. Actually, there is nothing errant about referring to Jesus as priest, prophet, and king, nor is the exhortation to be like him. Perhaps there was more to it. Feel free to explain further.

    9. It came across like we should also be like priests, prophets and kings. It didn't sound right.

  5. Tim your not building bridges but evidently you are burning bridges. Nuncio suggested this but your the cause of this. I really hope you don't receive the sacraments seriously.

    1. You are right. I am not building bridges. I am burning them. I am burning them because I am doing exactly what the archbishop is doing. Within 10 days of the being told by the delegate to “build bridges”, AAA publicly trashes Monsignor James. Why? Because Giuseppe showed up and told him to. So who does the archbishop respect and obey, the delegate from Rome or Giuseppe, that is to say the Roman Catholic Church or the Neocatechumenal Way?

      And the sacraments? Typical Kiko-kook.

    2. BTW, Adrian. I know that's you.

    3. Why would anyone hope that someone does not take the sacraments seriously? I pray for yo that you start receiving the sacraments with all seriousness.

    4. Alarming statement for any priest to make about the sacraments. If Fr.Adrian is wishing to be like Isis than a clear indication that he is evil.

    5. Father Adrian -- You were present at that clergy meeting with the Nuncio. It was to the clergy that he directed the building of bridges to.

  6. Archbishop Apuron is under some kind of demonic influence. Exactly what is hard to determine so we should seek the help of a priest trained to respond to evil. Guam community may have to bring in a trained priest from Italy to assist.

    6. 10:31 PM Priest noted that people who experience severe stress can sometimes think they are possessed. Most of his experience at the time was with people from Transylvania, which is now modern day Romania, it had been part of Hungary. I am not sure but there may have been an influx of migrants at that time. Sadly those people have experienced continuous conflict and oppression through out their history up until the late 80's since the Roman Empire. This type of conflict is now known to contribute to generations of historical trauma.

I recently read that 200 priests were trained during May in Rome this year. Italy and Spain increased their number of Catholic Priests trained as Exorcists because the archbishops in those countries are saying possession is on the rise.

More importantly for us to know is that a Vatican-certified practicing exorcist in San Jose California Fr. Gary Thomas, in an interview said "to pray the Hail Mary, it can be more powerful than the prayers of the rite of exorcism." She’s the first disciple, the first to say “yes” in the Gospels, she’s the first vocation in the Church, she’s the carrier of the Word. http://www.catholic.com/magazine/articles/interview-with-an-exorcist.

What a true blessing of the Roman Catholic church is our Blessed Lady the Mother of God. After reading that I think we could all do well to fully embrace her more fully with our whole heart and mind for her great power to overcome our tribulations and bring us personal peace and peace with in the church on Guam

  7. If the Heavenly Father were to ask: " Okay my child, you have two choices: HELL or THE WAY." I would reply: "No disrespect my Father, but aren't the two the same?" He would then say, "You are right, my child. My Son didn't say WALK with me, but FOLLOW me. To WALK with my Son is to imply equality with Him, but to FOLLOW implies that He shall lead. My Son is not only the WAY, but the TRUTH and the LIFE.

  8. Very serious comment . Certainly evil in the archdiocese. Certainly ISIS is evil. However is the commenter saying the evil manifested by Apuron amounts to same as evil by ISIS? Organization Isis works for an independent Islamic state. Are we to assume Apuron wants an independent Catholic Church? To create this independent church is Apuron to use evil ways to create the independent Church? Why Apuron cannot behead people in the literal sense of Isis he can in ways throw out priests like Monsignor James Fr. Paul. Four years ago Apuron in a letter made reference to the Islamic Faith. Question becomes is Apuron now attacking the Islamic Faith. We need to study this.

    1. No. The commenter is noting that the "preacher man" compared this blog to ISIS.

    2. The "preacher man" never mentioned Apuron in his so called homily. I rarely and I mean rarely do I attend a Mass celebrated by a Neo presider. Within the last few months I had to attend a few mass said by these Neo Presiders and their homily is always the same, Disobedience, evil, and the devil.

The "preacher man" did not have a parallel homily to the gospel read. Everything was on the presence of the Devil. I was trying to make sense of what he was getting at. Was he directing his homily to us personally? Maybe? As he spoke of the Devil and said " Look at what is happening in our Diocese", his eyes were fixed on "us." When he spoke about no matter what title you have, what position you hold, or who you are the Devil is present and again his eyes were fixed on "us."

Does the "preacher man" know "us" personally, no! Does the "preacher man" know of "us" probably. Does the "preacher man" know "we" are not believers of the NCW, you can bet your dollar that he does!

    3. Only evil in archdiocese is the evil inflicted upon the People by Arcbishop Apuron and his cult. This is the pure evil attacking the catholic church. He is the cause of the evil. There can be no unity in the church of Guam why he remains as Arcbishop. Yes he can remain but he is no longer a sign of church unity on island.

  9. In my many years of attending the cathedral, never have I felt so uncomfortable until the new administration took over the cathedral. At the 6pm Saturday mass, the aircons inside the St. Therese chapel did not turn until mass started at exactly 6pm. It was like walking into a car on a hot day. The heat was unbearable, exhausting, and uncomfortable. People were complaining about it yet nothing changed. Only when mass start did the aircons go on. I wonder, has this become the norm of the new administration to "save money"?! More important is, do they do the same thing for the neo gatherings on Saturday night? And guess what? Guess who has to pay for their aircon? Yes, that's right, we parishioners. Do the Neos turn on the aircons just prior to their neo gatherings or right when they start? Is it because we are "devils" that we must suffer like this? It's funny for how 20 years this never happened until now. This is a reflection of David Quitugua's new administration that is managed by Rectora Coreen LG who really is running the cathedral. Good move Anthony Apuron. You couldn't have chosen a more incompetent rector to run your cathedral. I'm told the parishioners of Tamuning are happy to have Msgr James there. I'm also told he's looking very young and stress free. David Hypochondriac Quitugua I'm told will end up looking like Moses by the end of the year.

  11. David Quitugua cold priest not in tune with his people. Insensitive to the pastoral needs of cathedral. Monsignor James is a deeply pastoral priest serving the spiritual needs of Guam and the community. Surprised David can even get out of bed in the morning for Holy Mass.

  12. Well said Cathedral under the administration of an incompetent rector

  13. You mean to tell readers Agana Cathedral is now run by a lay woman with no theological or Pastoral training. Unacceptable to have anyone without theological or pastoral training governing the cathedral . No problem with anyone administering the cathedral, as obviously David does not have the skill for the position. At least make sure the one who assists David has pastoral experience. We have a cathedral now where no one has pastoral knowledge to serve the needs of the community. A complete mess.

  14. Problem is archbishop unable to connect with the People of the archdiocese. No pastoral contact and lives like a king beyond the reach of people. Unfortunately the two at his side are the same. No pastoral outreach or desire to be servant leaders.

  15. the dioceses is under the power of Satan and will remain so until the appointment of a new non neo bishop.

  16. Reality is Guam and Saipan now need new shepherds who have the spiritual and pastoral depth to amend the grave and serious dysfunction existing in the local church. Observations of bishop camacho and archbishop apuron manifest that both have failed in the spiritual leadership of priests and people. New leadership is now required and the desire of all is to heal the tragic past of both leaders.

  17. It appears that Guam does need a bishop who is in contact with the priests and people. Evident to the catholic community in Guam that the present archbishop due to his failing mental and physical health is no longer able to administer the archdiocese. In fairness to the archbishop he should retire and spend the remainder of his years serving his neo family community. I mean this in all sincerity. Serving his neo community will bring him the peace and happiness in his later years of ministry. But it demands great humility to retire and I'm not so sure he has prayed for the gift of humility.

    1. I'm not sure the archbishop would enjoy retirement after he finds out that without the power to funnel Guam's land, money and churches to the NCW leadership they are a lot less interested in him. He may realized too late how he has been used.

      Delete
    2. Well, 8.55pm. Detect you are in the know circle. If he did retirement of cors he would not be able to funnel funds between international banks and empower his cult further with the assets of the Archdiocese. One good reason why he would not want to retire. In fact I was thinking if there is any dignified way for him to leave but sadly this may not be possible now. Unfortunately, with the substantial abuse of finances by the archbishop he needs to stay and face the music.

  18. "the church needs shepherds of souls, bishops who are servants" We do not want men like Apuron who is self interested wanting financial gain from the people. Nor do we need men like his two friends who want only to gain power and wealth for self. We want servant leasership a bishop who is with his people . Not driving around in his Lexus, flying first class around the world, paying himself a huge salary to buy property , on our money. This is not the kind of bishop we want leading our community.
