WRONG PRIEST. WRONG DAY.

Do you remember back when we got hit with by Supertyphoon Pongsona? It was a big one. Prior to Pongsona, everyone use to compare typhoons to "Pamela", but not after Pongsona.

Do you remember the date? December 8. Do you remember the blowback against the government about it? The typhoon was seen as divine retribution for canceling the traditional holiday for that day. Some said Our Lady of Kamalin was sending Guam a message.

Did you know that December 8 is Fr. Paul Gofigan's birthday? Some say that the blowback against the church government is divine retribution for Archbishop Apuron's evil treatment of a priest born on that day.

Divine retribution or not. Treating Fr. Paul in such an evil way has brought retribution nonetheless. It breached a seal, a seal on the minds, hearts, and mouths of many. The seal is gone. The minds, hearts, and mouths are open. And they are pouring forth a supertyphoon of angry truth.

Archbishop Apuron knows this. He knows he had best go. That he had best run for shelter. The wind is getting louder outside his door. He also knows that he cannot fight it with threats and silence. But he won't go. He will stay.

Why?

Because his neo superiors have ordered him to. They need him to ordain their boys out of RMS. Even now Kiko is working to reduce the number of years needed for his RMS boys to become priests to only 4 years. They need Apuron to stay standing. They will prop him up.

But as John Toves said: "Archbishop, you don't have enough shutters."

December 8. Fr. Paul's birthday. The Feast of the Immaculate Conception. The day we honor Our Lady of Kamalin. The day of Supertyphoon Pongona.

Wrong priest. Wrong day.

    2. Anon Dec 7 11:22 AM, what a brave person you are. Cam we have your name so we can spell correctly "in Your grave". Carving it in a headstone would be easier but hey to each his own. Archbishop may have been "Guam born" but most of us "Guam born's" have a lineage from other lands. Since you are "I'am non NCW" maybe you can help us get rid of them. In fact to honor the Archbishop, since he imposed the prayer to "Blessed Diego", how about doing what I do when the announcement is made to pray to Blessed Diego for our intentions. I pray that the Neo's will leave Guam and take the Archbishop with them! Now if that happens then Blessed Diego will surely be canonized. Finally, I would rather be "mentally ill" than brained washed. Even mentally ill people have free will. BTW most of us "Guam Born" speak and write English well. Maybe you could take some of the meeeeelions of dollars and take an English reading, writing and speaking course. Oh and take the fake priest with you. How do spell your name again? Big talker little walker.

    3. Chuck, there are only three seminaries in the world with a papal mandate to ordain a man in four years. Strangely enough in 1991 Bishop Apuron sent Fr.Matthew Blockley to one of those institutions.

    4. Pius, Mother Church Ordains only men not boys.

    1. A picture paints a thousand words, but a recording says it all! There is your evidence that men ordained in the RMS are not properly formed....it shows in their homily!

Anon 2:12 PM, evidence is evidence. Now go and pray!

    3. To anon at 2.12 and 4.23.
Defamation comes from the verb to defame. Or in vernacular against the fame (reputation ) of.
      So it is D E F A M A T I O N. With an A.
      Hardly the case here...lol
As far as your claim that it takes "a decade or two" to ordain a RMS priest.
Who are you kidding? Unless of course you are talking about Msgr David or Fr Edivaldo who are rare notoriously slow learners

    4. it is not true that it takes a decade to ordain RMS priest. I knew one in the island who had a much shorter track in the seminary here and was ordain in less than 5 years. IN short he was fast tracked.

    5. Ah, yes Isaias, could that be the Father Alberto group. Werent they ordained first and then later received their theological degree? I remember this being printed in the Umatuna si Yu'us. If I am not mistaken, lit was published in the PDN also. Always wondered about this!

  5. What about the defecation of Anthony Apuron to the priests and people of Guam. Apuron began this war on the Catholic faithful of the entire pacific region. Peace and order can only be restored when Archbishop Apuron leaves office.

  7. Anon4:23 PM how can this be DEFAMATION? Sounds more like the ABUSE of the SACRAMENT of HOLY ORDERS!

BTW, here is an interesting time line..

Thursday the 4th of December, why did a group of NCW members assemble with the Archbishop, Msgr. David Q., and some other priest at Shrley's in the morning? Was this meeting a pow wow about the visit of JT to the Chancery? HMMM Interesting!

We missed you at the first Saturday morning Mass on the 6th Archbishop! We're you afraid JT was going to attend the 5:45 AM Mass?

Deacon Claros got another promotion! Aside from SARC, he got promoted to the NCW Cathedral in Barrigada. Adrian Cristobal needs to keep an eye on him! Deacon Claros was slipping with the media, so Adrian needs to coach him! How sad!

  8. Poor Claros he has no idea what he is doing and really no idea how he is being used.
