THE ULTIMATE TREACHERY - THE FINAL INSTALLMENT

A full and augmented version for all four installments can be read here. A PDF of the same can be accessed here. Feel free to distribute.

Continued from Part 3

Let's review the key points.

On November 22, 2011, Archbishop Apuron, without the approval or knowledge of the archdiocesan finance council, the college of consultors, or the Holy See, filed a Declaration of Deed Restriction with the Department of Land Management of the Government of Guam, restricting the former Accion Hotel property for the sole use of the Redemptoris Mater Seminary and the Blessed Diego Institute, in perpetuity.

On January 12, 2012, Archbishop Apuron terminated the service of the four members of the archdiocesan finance council who had previously voted against the conveyance of title of said property to RMS.

In late 2013, JungleWatch began a series of posts questioning the status of said property.

In January of 2015, the Deed Restriction was discovered and made public.

In the same month, a Vatican delegation arrived on Guam to conduct an Apostolic Visit. The former members of the finance council met with the delegation and provided them with a copy of the Deed Restriction as well as the history of the archbishop's attempt to convey the title to RMS outright and their subsequent termination from the council when they refused to do so.

JungleWatch does not know if the Visitators confronted Archbishop Apuron on the matter, or, if they did, what they advised him to do. But it seems that something happened because Archbishop Apuron suddenly got busy trying to cover his tracks.

On December 18, 2014, Archbishop Apuron released a statement to the press "welcoming" an upcoming "pastoral visit" from the Vatican. While it was made to appear as simply "pastoral" and as "fostering communion", it was quite clear, both from the names and positions of the people who were coming, and what they did when they actually got here, that the nature of the visit was investigatory.

Since the statement to the press was made on December 18, 2014, Archbishop Apuron, no doubt, had received word at least a day or two before. Apparently he knew he was in trouble and he wasted no time because on December 17, 2014, the day before the statement to the press, Apuron shot off a letter to TDR*.

*TDR is the acronym we will use to designate The Donor's Representative. The donor is the person or persons who anonymously gave the approximately 2 million dollars to the Archdiocese of Agana "for the purchase of a defunct hotel, for the purpose of a seminary" (exact words of the donor's note).  The donor, who wanted to remain anonymous, made the donation through an intermediary whose identity we choose to protect. So we will simply designate that person as TDR.

In his December 17, 2014 letter to TDR, Apuron, aware of the impending visitation from Rome, writes:
"I am writing this letter to assure you...and your very generous benefactors who will always remain anonymous that the donation given to the Archdiocese of Agana when the former Accion Hotel in Yona, previously owned by a Japanese Company was bought by the Archdiocese of Agana in which the Redemptoris Mater Archdiocesan Seminary of Guam has, is and continues to be used as a seminary, but, in title belongs to the Archdiocese of Agana."
Obviously there is no reason for Apuron, 12 years later, to be writing TDR to assure him/her that the property still belongs to the Archdiocese of Agana...unless of course, it doesn't and he is actually setting up TDR for something else.

That "something else" came on January 29, 2015, when Apuron again wrote to TDR:

"May I ask a favor...send me a letter of support for the donation made by your donors and benefactors to the Archdiocese of Agana in 2003 for the purchase of the Accion Hotel for the Archdiocese of Agana for the purpose of housing the Redemptoris Mater Seminary and the Theological Institute for the formation of priests."

Apuron had obviously gotten spanked by the Roman visitators and now was so desperate to exonerate himself that he asked TDR to lie for him (as we shall see). In fact, he was so desperate that he not only asked TDR to lie for him, he actually wrote out the lie for him/her to sign and simply send back. We know this because in TDR's February 2, 2015 reply to Apuron, TDR writes:

"In conclusion dear Archbishop Apuron, I cannot sign the letter you drafted for me because it would not be in fact truthful."

We are tempted to say "amazing" in relation to Apuron's audacity to ask TDR to lie for him - and if you knew who TDR was you would not be just amazed, you'd be aghast! But because we have grown so used to Apuron's lies this appears to be just one more. But it is not just "one more". It is the Ultimate Treachery! We will come back to that in a minute. For now, let us read what else TDR told Apuron:

Dear Archbishop Apuron, in 2003 when the said "funds" were donated, we had absolutely no knowledge of these entities (like Redemptoris Mater Seminary, the Neo-catechumenal Way, or the Theological Institute for the formation of priests), not to speak of any specific intention whatsoever to relate this donation to them. In fact, we did not even know of these lay organizations, so naturally we could not direct anything to them by name. It was our sole intention to help the people of Guam to provide a property for a seminary for the formation of priests for the Church in Guam. At that time, in 2003, we were made aware of the burden you were carrying in regard to the purchase of this property for a seminary. It was our desire to help relieve you of this concern and enable the Archdiocese to conduct a seminary in the former hotel. This was our intent. It was not our intent that the Archdiocese place on the hotel property, purchased with our donation, a deed restriction, in perpetuity, whereby the property is now dedicated to be used only for the Redemptoris Mater Seminary and Theological Institute. As a result, we felt "very ill at ease" when we came to know about the "Deed Restriction" which gives the Redemptoris Mater Seminary control of the said Property in "perpetuity". The phrase, "in perpetuity" implies that the seminary now belongs to the Neocatechumenal Way Christians, which is the only group permitted to use the property now or in the future.

The letter then concludes:

In conclusion, dear Archbishop Apuron, I cannot sign the letter your drafted for me because it would not in fact be truthful. We are keeping you, the seminarians and all the people of Guam very much in our prayers. May the Spirit of love bring peace and unity to all. Sincerely in Christ, TDR.

We have labeled this series of posts THE ULTIMATE TREACHERY because this is not just another Apuron-concocted lie. This is an attempt by Archbishop Anthony Sablan Apuron, Ofm, Cap. DD Metropolitan Archbishop of Agana to LIE directly to the Holy Father.

In 2012, Apuron had been warned by then Apostolic Delegate to Oceania, Archbishop Charles Balvo, that he was NOT free to do as he wished in the matter of this property. Church law protects the faithful from the actions of rogue and ruthless bishops by requiring, when it is a matter of harming the "patrimony" of a diocese, consent from a series of governing bodies, in this case, the archdiocesan finance council (which he fired), the college of consultors (who were never consulted), and the Holy See (whose approval he never sought).

Apuron has bragged for months that "no can touch" him and he has scoffed and sneered at our efforts, be they blog posts, letters from the CCOG, or the now more visible public demonstrations. He felt safe in treating us this way because he knows that only the pope can remove him, and there has to be SERIOUS reason for a pope to remove a bishop.

Brazenly violating canon law and intentionally harming the patrimony of this diocese to the tune of tens of millions of dollars is SERIOUS reason. Thus Apuron's only hope was to get TDR to say that he/she gave him the money for RMS in the first place. And as you can see TDR did NOT go along with Apuron's vile ruse, concluding his/her reply with the words: "because in fact it would not be truthful."

Failing this, Apuron got even more desperate which is why he got the Denver law firm to render what he tries to make look like a favorable opinion. But when the CCOG sent their attorney to look at the actual opinion, every effort was made to make it difficult for him (no notes, no copies, no pictures, and he had to stand and read the whole 20-page document in the presence of chancery staff), and then it was immediately withdrawn from public inspection.

I cannot release the actual copy of the letter from TDR, but Archbishop Apuron knows that every word of this is true, and so does Rome. And they know where to get the letter.

Holy Father, Archbishop Apuron has attempted to treat you like he treats us. We suggest you find out why...and soon.

P.S. I don't plan to do any new posts for several days. I want to let this one sit at the top of the blog for all the world to see. And thank you for your support.

P.P.S. You will know that what I said is true because you will see vengeance from Apuron against a certain group of nuns.

He does none of this treachery on his own but he is still held responsible for letting himself become their puppet in the first place. They can't outsmart the Lord. We will win in the end but we must be steadfast in our faith!

The proverbial "other shoe" has finally dropped with this post and now that AAA's lies are exposed for the world to see, I really do not know how Rome can continue to do nothing unless it is more important to protect AAA as a member of the "Old Boys' Club" than to protect the Catholic Faithful on Guam from continued scandal. It is crystal clear to me that two things have happened — violation of Canon Law and harm to the patrimony of the Archdiocese of Agana. What else is Rome waiting for?

In the meantime, since "The Diana" has asserted in the Other Blog that "The money for the purchase of the Hotel was donated to the Archdiocese by an off island benefactor who offered it with the explicit intention of erecting the Seminary and the Theological Institute …" it will be interesting to see how "The Diana" will spin TDR's words (with my emphasis) "… when the said 'funds' were donated, we had absolutely no knowledge of these entities (like Redemptoris Mater Seminary, the Neo-catechumenal Way, or the Theological Institute for the formation of priests), not to speak of any specific intention whatsoever to relate this donation to them."
Let the spinning of more lies begin!!!

He had no moral ability to lead and certainly is no longer a voice of the church in the pacific.

One lie leads to another, then another, and then yet another. Where does it all end?

    In one of two ways.

Either the liar suddenly gets a serious sense of remorse and bares all and comes clean with all the truth, no holds barred. This will not happen with Tony because he is now completely devoid of any integrity whatsoever.

OR, the liar is removed so his lies will no longer be heard by the people he was supposed to bring closer to God.

Clearly this is the only course of action that the people of Guam now find acceptable. His lies and deceit have hurt so many. And now he even lies to the Holy Father trying to save his butt. For what?

For kiko glory? Is this then the true fruit of the NCW? You can lie, and cheat, and make no effort to amend your ways and resist repeating the same offense. It is ok as long as you make a public confession to the brothers and sisters in your community...God loves you no matter what, so go ahead and sin, and lie, and grab money, and have sex with minors, and do all kinds of foul acts. Just make sure to tell everyone that the NCW has saved your life.

Truly a demented cult that has so far been tolerated by the Church. Let no one think they condone these actions. But soon, Holy Mother Church must act against these thugs for the protection of souls.

ROME - we are done with this man Tony. You may do with him as you wish, but for our sake, we must now demand that you do something to remove this man and his cancer from our Church.

We had such grand plans for you. If you had just stuck with the simple lies we fed to you, you would have been saved from all this embarrassment. But instead, you had to listen to those off-island bastards from NJ, Malta, and Spain/Italy.
Now we are all made to suffer a more arduous and painful closure to our affiliation to the Way. We tried on several occasions to get you to just back off and give the people at least a little of what they wanted. But you insisted on lying to them by telling them your hands were tied because Rome told you you couldn't undo anything while it was in their hands. Then we found out you never even submitted Fr Pauls case to Rome. It was a reasonable sounding lie for idiots in Denver and NJ and Malta and Spain, but everyone here on Guam saw right through it. But you persisted on listening to them instead of your own brothers in Agana 2.
Now we have no choice but to disavow any relationship to you in order to preserve what little chance we have to survive after your crash. Please do not come around anymore on Saturday or Wednesday. We will no longer be needing the use of your home for our gatherings so you can suffer in silence. We will move our celebrations to another undisclosed location, so don't even bother asking. Sorry it had to come to this. I have sent this to my parish priest and plead for my fellow Faithful Catholic members from all the other Catholic parishes of our Archdiocese to send a similar letter and request to their parish priest or use the same letter, below.

    To (my Parish Priest):

The latest revelation and documentation of Archbishop Apuron’s scandalous acts of committing not just another lie, but a major lie and fraud -- especially his attempt to persuade another to be his accomplice in his hideously scandalous plan for a cover up of his lie and fraud (which could also possibly be legally construed as a civil offense and fraud) -- compels me to write you and request as a Catholic faithful and a member (of Nuestra Senora de las Aguas in Mongmong) that the funds collected in our parish be withheld completely and totally from being turned over to the Archdiocese until this documented lie and fraud against this Catholic Church of Guam is addressed and corrected.

We have been deceived! The trust we placed on of the leader of our Church has been abused and taken advantage of!

Archbishop Apuron compromised his integrity and “sold” his dignity! I believe a possible crime has been attempted here and based on our God-given intellect and reasoning I don’t believe it would be wrong of the faithful members of our Church to propose to our Parish Priests in all the Parishes of our island to do what I suggest: request to withhold our monies from being released to our Archdiocese as of today and until such time that Archbishop Apuron addresses his scandalous actions and a full investigation by an independent, nonarchdiocese-affiliated auditor and a committee.

This is neither a request nor an idea planted nor advised by any of our parish priests, but by us -- the Church! I remain a committed and supportive member of my parish, my Catholic Faith and Church.

All for the Greater Honor and Glory of God,

In the memo portion of the check write: for the benefit of (parish name). I doubt if the pastor can withhold the percentage due to the Chancery from the Sunday collections. We are doing this at Santa Barbara. Parishioners can also choose other ways to help the the church by helping to pay for flowers, candles, or other things needed by the church. This is the only way to avoid your money going to the Chancery. I give quite a bit to support my parish and I refuse to have even a penny of
my money go the arch and his neo cronies. If it goes in the Sunday collections, the chancery gets a percentage. None of my money goes in the Sunday collection.

    1. Can a bishop close a Carmelite monastery? I thought that they were independent of the archdiocese, thus it would be the sisters decision to close if they saw no new vocations or for financial reasons. Yes, they are not seeing new vocations due to the shuffling to New Jersey and this is a problem. Do they own the building they relocated to or does the archdiocese? A bishop could not just kick out a group of older nuns that have dedicated their lives to pray and penance, could he?

    3. As part of the Liturgy of the Eucharist, we have been praying for our Spiritual Leaders, the Pope, Bishop and Priests during every mass ...For many years Archbishop Apuron's (AAA's) mentality of "You can't touch me" has defied our prayers (said during the Liturgy of the Eucharist at every daily mass) for his spiritual guidance set by word and deed. Instead of being a true shepherd he was called to be, he unjustly used his office and became disingenuous and hostile to the priests and lambs he was appointed to spiritually lead. It was AAA's choice to have our prayers unanswered by his continuous lies and deception. Many of our True Priests (Holy, Righteous and Outstanding men of the cloth) have been unjustly crucified in a public forum without due process under Cannon Law.... Their only crime was that they chose to not follow the NEO/NCW Agenda because their conscious foretold the rift/divide this NEO/NCW Cult would bring to the Catholic and Apostolic Church in Guam. Instead of healing the divide promised during the recent Chrism Mass (mass that ties the Priests and the lambs to him as our spiritual leader) homily, he insults us by publishing more deceptive lies in both the Catholic News Paper and the Guam Pacific Daily News. And now I hear he is going to shut down the Carmelite Monastery....What a travesty and insult to our island this would be as these religious women continue to give us hope by their prayers and deeds. Our prayers now is for a new leader to be chosen, as this shepherd has lost our respect by his misdeeds. It was his choice to disregard our daily prayers for him by his continuous web of lies and deception which resulted in our distrust on his ability to lead us. Time is now for him to retire and have someone appointed who can heal this divide. We pray that the Vatican Leadership hear our prayers and not appoint a NEO Cult presbyter, to include the two NEO leaders in the Chancery who covered up these lies by continually misleading us) to take his place as this will further increase the divide. My continued prayers from a distance, as Guam is my home and I plan on retiring there. From a former sacristan of the Agana Cathedral Basilica (1986-1989) currently living in San Jose, CA.

  48. BREAKING NEWS JUST IN!

It has just been confirmed, and we now know why the shepherd of Guam has been acting so insane for the past 16 years. It is now known that he suffers from demonic possession. While we are not certain when specifically his darkened heart first invited satan within him, Vatican experts theorize that he most likely drank excessive amounts of KAKA (Kiko Arguello Kool Aid). This KAKA has been known to cause physical, emotional, and mental illness. But in the confirmed case of demonic possession of Bishop Tony Apuwrong, it is also the first case of demonic possession attributed directly to KAKA.
Exorcists have long suspected a link between the KAKA and demonic tendencies, but it was not until an unrelenting group of super-heroes from Guam delved deeply into the inner darkness of the NeoCatechu Mental Way that overwhelming evidence convinced Rome of the source of this horrid condition. It has caused the downfall of one of their brother bishops.
In a further development, it was long believed that Kiko Arguello, the founder of the NeoDemonic Way, and later the NeoCatechu Mental Way, was the only person on earth holding the secret formula for this KAKA. However, in an examination of the global records of the NC-Mental Way, it was discovered that Kiko has franchised the secret formula to trusted allies, netting the Kiko conglomeration untold wealth. It is feared that even after his death, Kiko's dangerous cocktail of lies, deceit, and KAKA will continue through franchisees such as NJ mafioso Giuseppi “The Puppet Master” Gennarini, Fr Pius “The Maltese Maniac” Samnut, and others.
In a startling release, the Vatican now fears that Kiko is no mere human, but most likely the anti-Christ himself. This would certainly explain how he has held such power over Vatican officials who have merely sipped the KAKA, and extreme control over highly gullable clerics, such as Guam's bishop, who have freely drunken and even over-indulged in the KAKA.
Some of the most frightening side-effects of KAKA's demonic power can be found in the possession of former Capucchin, and recently disgraced bishop Tony Apuwrong. While his demonic possession has lasted for well over a decade, it appears that his closer ties with the New Jersey mafia and the anti-christ Kiko himself have accelerated his irrational and bizarre behavior in just the past few years.
During that time he has blatantly violated Canon law in dismissing holy priests who refused to drink the KAKA. He demonically refuses to address the situation, blaming Rome for all the problems. He has also been accused of abusing former seminarians, but has used his demonic powers to convince the victims to remain silent. The most recent revelation shows that he has given away a property valued at over $40 Million to Kiko and his cult, supposedly agreeing to the transfer of property after binge drinking KAKA with the devil himself! To cover his tracks he fired his financial advisors who were steadfastly against transferring the property, and then tried to coerce holy people to lie so that he would appear innocent.
This case is an excellent example of how cunning the devil is when he has completely possessed individuals. Fortunately for the church on Guam, bishop Tony, in a lapse of stupidity, turned out to be a really horrible liar, which may help save this small but holy diocese.
We will have updates on this appalling and sordid story as they become available. But for now, until the Vatican can sort through who else involved in the Apuwrong scandal may also be possessed, Rome is encouraging all good Catholics on Guam to restrict any donations which may find their way into the devil’s bank account.
For the Neo Catechu Mental Way, this is Diana Adriana Crystalballs reminding you to avoid the KAKA, especially that which has been extracted from male bovine.

First and foremost, I would like to thank Tim for exposing the treachery, lies, deceit and evildoings that the man who calls himself the Archbishop has committed on his flock, his brothers and sisters in Christ. I am appalled at the depth and breadth of his evil deeds- "servus tuus", my a--! If this doesn't get Rome and the Apostolic hierarchy to act, then there's nothing left to do but to stand up, protest, boycott, rebel, shout, and act out our frustrations, indignation and disgust in our parish meetings, fiesta celebrations, village gatherings, church activities and anywhere people meet. Tim and the CCOG can't continue to be the only mouthpieces and the defenders of our Catholic faith on Guam, people! This treachery needs to be shared to all of Guam and the world to see and hear. May I ask that this series be published in all the major publications? I might add that the silence from the government leaders of Guam is deafening, and I don't buy the "separation of Church and State" excuse that they may use to excuse themselves from their response to this very real division/problem that is happening to their constituents. I'm sorry, but I don't totally buy that our religious leaders can't say anything, either. There must be some sort of protest that they can act on, however small, silent, or indirect it may be. Please, everyone, find some way to fight this evil that is taking over our Catholic church and faith on Guam.

  53. We're praying for the Archbishop, but it’s hard not to see him in a very bad light. It’s the reality about people’s view of despicable actions from those in power and authority. It's not "kicking" someone who is already down!

Certainly we pray for him because we, too are sinners but, there are laws and consequences to breaking laws. When one lies and steals it is against God's and our civil laws. Would you also say it’s “kicking a person who is down” when that person burglarizes, is caught and taken to court, judged guilty and imprisoned? We pray for prisoners and criminals too, but still expect that they pay or make up for their infractions. Our view of the criminal in a bad light is only because we are human although we try. So, don’t point your fingers too long against Catholics angered over the actions of one given a higher level of responsibility and therefore needing to show better example and having higher moral expectations.

I can only say this the way I know how:

    PEOPLE!

Wake up and see what is happening! Tony the villian is counting on nice to carry him through. We will be nice and respectful, and we will eventually forget all the bad he has done. So let's be nice and not kick him when he is down.

    BULL SHIT!

If he wants nice then he should set the example. There is much that he could do to be nice, but he never will. Therefore we should feel no compulsion to be nice to him. We need to call him out for what he is.

He has become an evil and mean spirited scum bag. Many of you are ashamed at my language, but if everyone expressed their true feelings of outrage and indignation we would rid ourselves of the kiko scourge and Tony as well.

Our silence over the years has only emboldened the evil within him to surface in all its ugliness. We need to see him for what he is, and we need to let him and his cult know exactly how we feel, and that we ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT TOLERATE either, any longer.

AND - our angry words need to be followed by angry action. No, I am not talking violence. I'm talking about actions that are legal and completely effective. Money is what drives the kiko machine. They do not go on mission, they go where the money smells best. And apparently, it smelled pretty good here on Guam. Well, NO MORE.

Why did they steal our Yona property? Money!
Why did they take over the largest parish of Santa Barbara? Money!
Why did they take over the Cathedral? Money!
Why do they have their scrutinies every two years? Big money!

Cut off the money and they go. That simple. Keep the money line open, and they will continue to suck the sweet juice from us until we are all dried up, then they will leave. (Thanks Fr Egivaldo for giving away that little secret!)

When the money stops the kikos stop. Come on people, let's put this cult out of business on Guam. The solution has always been within our power. Let's end this once and for all. Because if we don't, if we wait for Rome to do something, the face of evil from Tony only grows stronger.

We were all so happy when Rome came to visit, thinking that our troubles would get better.
    Did they? NO
    Will they? No.
But wil it get better if we take control? YES!

This Sunday, take all the cash out of your pursue or wallet before you go to Church, and write a check to GPA, or GWA, or to the priest. Next Sunday, ask the priest what absolutely needs to get paid, and write a check for that. But nothing more.

And if you are at a parish with even one neo presbyter, then give them absolutely nothing. Find another church to go to until our nightmare is over. Follow these words and our nightmare will be over sooner than if we wait for Rome to ride up in a big white steed to save the day.

We can end it now, or we can wait until who knows when. As for me and my family, we choose life, and life in abundance without the neo-nitwit way.

PS - if you need courage or convincing before mass on Sunday, repeat with me three times:
Tony is a scumbag, Tony is a scumbag. Tony is a scumbag.

Dan has made it easy for parishioners to give money to support the parish in a way that does have any of it going to the chancery. Most people put only a dollar in the Sunday collection basket. Those of us who want our money to benefit just our own parish, write our checks to GPA, GWA, or a church vendor and submit them to the parish office. Those who give only a dollar continue to do so via the collection basket. I used to be a big donor to the archbishop's appeal but NO MORE. Not one penny of my money to the chancery.

Here is my list of parishes to avoid at all costs because they have at least one neo-nitwit presbyter. If I am wrong please correct me.
Parishes to be avoided at all cost, (and with no cost!)
    Yigo and Agafa Gumas
    Tamuning
    Agana Cathedral
    Barrigada
    Chalan Pago
    Asan
    Merizo and Umatac
    Agat and Santa Rita

Completely cut these parishes out of money and go to a real parish with a real priest. I realize there are real priests in Yigo and Tamuning, but they cannot be used as human shields by Tony. Those good priests know they can reach out to friends for financial help, so do not give in to the urge because they are only used as ransom by Tony.

Cut out the above Churches and you will see mass panick. But do not give cash to the others, because the panic from the Chancery will start to draw funds directly from these church accounts. Make your payments not to the Church, but to the vendors the Church needs for survival. Oh how I pray you will all follow this lead. Then the problems will go away. God help us!

PS _ in looking at the Archdiocese website, those idiots at the Chancery forgot to list Agat anywhere in the four regions of parishes. Sorry Fr Berto...guess you no longer matter. You have certainly alienated enough of those good parishioners. I bet they are now laughing the tails off that you have now been omitted. Pizza pizza Fr Berto.

The spirit must be strong in me today because I see an end in sight. I want to congratulate all the parishes that are not on my list of parishes to avoid. I was just at the U Matuna website and I found some fantastic news. Under the Arch-evils Annual Appeal, they are really suffering. As of April 29 they had only collected a grand total $33,000 , and their goal is to collect $250,000 Way to go. FANTASTIC!!!!!

Of the parishes not on my avoid at all cost list (the pure Catholic parishes) they have only given $$8,191, and of that $3,801 was from the St Andrew Kim parish, where Deacon Kim of the Chancery is at. So that means that only $4,390 has come from diocesan parishes. This is great news. Do not give any more and your message of anger will be ringing in evil Tony's ears for months.

I would not be at all surprised if even the amount collected from kiko parishes is over-stated. It would be just like the Chancery to lie about the figures to try and get more people involved in donating. Do not give in to their deceptions. Not a penny more please. RMS will soon be broke and gone. They can pack up all the kiko-seminarians with them and go somewhere else. If some of our Chamorro boys want to stay they can go through a rigid period of discernment, and if they still want to become real priests then they can apply after Aaron, Junee, and the others have already been send to real seminaries.

Several tips. For those who have pledges, but have not yet paid ($3020) redirect these funds to religious orders or other Catholic charities off-island, just don't give this to Toni to spread further evil on our island.

Keep strong in the faith. We are at the end of our trial, and the momentum is definitely in our side Let's finish this!

Wow! So much interesting info in the Arch-scumbag-bishop website! I went to the U Matuna link and found great stuff on how miserable the annual arch-villian appeal is doing. Only 2 more weeks until it ends on Pentacost, and so far not even enough money to send all the pampered seminarians off-island for a summer vacay.

Then I got interested in a little note about vocations on the right sidebar. It is entitled "Who to call about Vocations" Here is the link so you can see it for yourselves.
    http://umatuna.org/who-to-call-about-vocations
I guess its true what they say about Fr Adrian spouting off about how there are no more diocesan vocations in Guam.

The notice for vocations only gives email addresses and phone numbers for religious orders for men and women. If you want to be a diocesan priest, forget it. He doesn't even leave his number as a contact point.

What a shame that Rome puts up with this, which is why we have to take to the streets ourselves and get rid of this cancer.

BTW you are all invited to the anniversary mass tomorrow morning for the Archbishop with breakfast to follow at the Chancery. Make sure you have your tambourines and dancing shoes. Most importantly there will be a trash bag at the front entrance of his home for you to drop your envelopes.

    2. The Blessed Sacrament Chapel suffered extensive damage from overuse by the Neo's for their thrice weekly dances around the altar. So I hope that the Neo pays for the renovation. Hmmm, I wonder if they're going to turn it into a Neo facility. The Calvo's paid for the Chapel so they better not mess with that family. Another suit against AAA in the wind.

  61. I Plan to Boycott the Catholic Church

I plan to demonstrate publicly but without violence this coming Sunday against the actions of one Archbishop Anthony Sablan Apuron, Ofm, Cap. DD for inspiring disgust and loathing; repugnant, detestable, hateful, loathsome, despicable, abominable, execrable, repellent, repugnant, repulsive, revolting, disgusting, distasteful, horrible, horrid, horrifying, awful, heinous, reprehensible, obnoxious, odious, nauseating, offensive, AND HIS contemptible TREACHERY ON GUAM

… whatever individual Catholics may do …

Every dollar you put into the church collection plate, every Sunday service you attend, every hour of time and effort you put into volunteering or working for church organizations, is inevitably a show of support for the institutional church and its ABHORRENT mission on GUAM.

When you have no voice, there’s only one thing left to do: BOYCOTT and STOP THE MONEY

Stop supporting the church with your money and your time.

For lifelong Catholics, it’s a drastic step, but it’s more than justified by the wealth of reasons showing that the church as an institution of the ARCHDIOCESE OF AGANA and the archbishop is beyond reform, and the only meaningful response is to NOT FINANCE IT.

Jose ALBERTO Rodriguez took over a year ago (Feb), there has been a DECLINE in parishioner attendance. Moreover, he no longer say mass on the first Saturday of the month -that is, evening mass at Santa Ana chapel. Neo's use the chapel anytime they want to. OLO Mt. Carmel church has been re-arranged to his liking without any input from the parishioners, and NO Parish council to oversee any parish events. Whatever happened to the contract that he signed in agreement with the parishioners when he became the parish priest??... Agat was one of the first parishes that had a capuchin/Franciscan priest. 64. For some people who still think that this particular issue, i.e. coercing Yona property donor to sign a doctored document, still your doubting hearts. It is true, and initial donation facilitated by an entity in the Carmel Community. Thus the invective hurled at the particular messenger and threat towards the community. Apuron believes this messenger failed in her mission to lie on his behalf, and blames her for revealing his maleficent scheme. Apuron, of all people by virtue of his position, ought to have realized in the first place that Truth always surfaces no matter how hard we try to squelch it. Nothing the neo machinery can do will ever bury their evil intent for all time. One day all these will be uncovered, so let us stay always on the side of truth. We cannot afford to minimize or trivialize the scandals in our Church, so Tim is right that we should not make his work that much harder because of our flights of fiction and fancy. This is deathly serious, and our action or non-action today will profoundly impact the kind of church we bequeathe to our children.

Anonymous (May 9. 2015 at 5:40 PM), most of us believe that many NCW members joined as a means of enriching their spiritual lives. We also realize they may be in denial of what is going on. Our quarrel is not with them and we do pray that they, like others, will be able to realize the irregularities and/or questionable practices that are a part of the NCW and have the strength to walk away.

And then there are those to whom I refer as Kikos/Kikobots — the NCW members who post anonymous comments threatening Tim or those of us who dare to use our names. They make themselves "look like demons" as you indicated without any assistance from us. Tim is able to provide proof — in writing or recordings we can listen to — which they are unable to disprove. So they respond in the only way they know — attack the messenger and anyone who agrees with the messages. They use expletives and/or explicit sexual terms to insult Tim or commenters who dare to post ideas in opposition to their beliefs. We pray for these souls as well — their vile comments betray that they are not filled with Joy they outwardly profess but rather with much anger and bitterness.

And then there are the NCW members who merely parrot what they have been told over the years. They are more "refined" than the Kikos/Kikobots — they refrain from using vile language — but, after years of "Listen, obey, do not question," their conditioned responses are predictable, following an all too familiar pattern. We pray that they will dare to think for themselves and ask questions about what they have listened to over the years. I'm not comfortable referring to them as "mindless sheep per the comment made by Anonymous (May 9, 2015 at 7:21 PM) but I do pray that they use their God-given intellect.

    9. Mary Lou @10:01, I have observed that a lot of lonely widows join the NCW apparently for the companionship. And they tend not to be such aggressive recruiters. But, though many do join for good motivations, there are some who are "mindless sheep" echoing back everything they've been told without thinking for themselves. A couple is puzzled why I am keeping them at a distance. It's because they make endless comments against the Concerned Catholics of Guam, say Tim is dangerous, say the archbishop is the vicar of Christ on Guam, say Msgr. Benavente is an embezzler, etc.,etc. They think the NCW is wonderful because it got them married instead of living together. When I tried gently to tell them, "We don't mind that the NCW exists. We just don't want it forced on people," they responded saying, "Oh, it's not forced on people." Their minds are completely closed.

Anonymous (May 10, 2015 at 8:55 AM), you are correct in your observation. The NCW is a sanctuary for Lonely Widows, although not so much the widowers. The members who fit this category join seeking companionship and support during a very painful time of their lives and, as you observe, tend not to be very aggressive as recruiters. They don't have the requisite "dirty laundry" to air during testimonies; their "contributions" to the communities would be the dropping of funds into the infamous trash bags and/or the signing over of assets to the NCW. I have heard about how NCW Teams "visit" recent widows, under the guise of praying for the deceased husband, in an effort to draw them into a community. Luckily these women already had a good network of support AND were knowledgable of the issues addressed in this blog and were able to say "Thanks, but no thanks" to the recruiters. I pray that the Lonely Widows who did join will be able to walk away before they are "persuaded" to sign over their life's assets to the NCW.

I also believe that those experiencing marital difficulties are drawn to the NCW. Couples may join together; but when the just one partner joins, it's usually the wife who does so in an effort to save the marriage. While the Marriage Encounter Program is able to minister to couples in healthy marriages, couples who are struggling are left floundering. The Retrouvaille Program — AKA Lifeline for Marriages — would provide the support for couples who need help in healing and renewing their marriages. However, since none of the parishes have sought to fill that vacuum to assist these couples and/or partners in difficult marriages, the NCW provides the comfort and support, becoming the Be-all and End-all to them — especially for the partners who have been "left behind." These are the ones who have SUPPLANTED their "natural families" with the NCW and tend to be more close-minded and hyper-defensive — even militant — about the movement. After all, the NCW allows them to pick at the scabs of their "broken marriages" — endlessly sharing the pain of despair and hopelessness to a willing "audience" in the NCW community (while families and friends are perceived to be less empathetic). I pray that the Holy Spirit will be able to open their eyes — and minds! — to the reality that continually wallowing in their pain and anger within the communities only serves to keep them stagnating in their condition.

In the meantime, I pray that those who continue to make themselves look like demons without any assistance from Tim or anyone else will experience a conversion of heart and be able to turn away from all the anger, bitterness and vile language — negativity in general — that floods their minds and hearts.

  67. After 48 hours to digest the information in Tim’s latest blog post, the deception of Archbishop Apuron does not surprise me even it if is to deceive the Vatican and our Holy Father. Unfortunately, deception by outright not telling the truth or by omission of information has been par for the course by the Archbishop, chancery, and those in authority in the NCW. The fact that the Archbishop expected someone not within this triad to lie for him who is cloistered nun who was only trying to aid the church is shocking and disheartening.

If Rome decides to act on this information and if recent history in the Church holds true, only the man who penned the letter will suffer any consequences. Archbishop Apuron will be a necessary sacrifice for the progression of the NCW agenda. Anyone who knows about the NCW knows AAA did not act independently. AAA has only been a beneficial “big fish” caught by Kiko to progress the NCW plan.

In conclusion, hopefully there will be some consequences for Archbishop Apuron and perhaps for a change it would be nice if there were some consequences for those who now control him. The time to act is now for all concerned Catholics.

If you want Tony away from your functions there is a very easy solution...

      CONFRONT HIM. CHALLENGE HIM!

Do not remain silent, instead ask him why he gave away the seminary. Ask him why he treats his diocesan priests like crap. Ask him why he remains silent about Fr Louis. Ask him why the kiko liturgy violates Church law. Ask him about the lack of standards at the seminary.

I could go on for 20 more minutes, but you get the point.

We need to start getting into his face and ask him the questions we all have on our minds. That will get him running like nobody's business because he has no good answer for his actions. But unless we ask the questions we give him a pass.

Tony, we are coming after you. We are going start to your heart. I HOPE YOU STILL HAVE ONE!

Stateside, only 14 states have enacted laws that make this kind of elder abuse criminal, otherwise it is a civil matter (restitution plus fines if found guilty).

Do you see the damage disobedience can do tony? It can lead to more sins.

This fiasco surrounding The Redemptoris Mater Seminary started with a VERY and TRULY disobedient priest who quietly recorded a deed restriction on the property

This is JUST one of the MANY actions and inactions that led to a chain of events that hurt and alienated the diocese entrusted to his care.

This act of disobedience is an act of BETRAYAL, it has caused distrust among the faithful, with this inability to trust, it becomes more challenging as to the condition of the diocese" would be "worsened."
And there is fear that our religious Faith, Values, Beliefs, Principles and Morals are included in that DEED

What else does he need to do to convince anyone that he lacks the necessary integrity and ethics required of a Catholic leader and much more, of a Roman Catholic archbishop of an archdiocese. If he was an executive employee in a reputable business or corporation and was caught doing what the archbishop did, he would have been stripped of his title and position, fired in an instant and probably even taken to court and jailed after he was proven guilty!

An opened Letter to Archbishop Apuron

    Dear Archbishop Apuron,

If you are not concerned with what is being said about your leadership, betrayal and abandonment of Guam Catholics, I can tell you that I am along with thousands of other faithful Catholics, that we are extremely embittered by your actions that include trashing of the clergy, alienation of the Yona Property, NCW clergies taking over parishes, etc, etc, etc. In spite of the litany of your abuses, you have not done anything to refute any of the charges. This is obvious, because all the allegations were backed up by documentations and thus made it impossible to refute.

I would like to inform you, that the damage you have caused and continue to inflict has indeed taken a tremendous toll on all of us. I do not like to see this situation continue and only you have the power to resolve this conflict. If however, you feel that you can outlast the concerns, I will tell you that our Faith is under attack, and we are going to do whatever it takes to keep NCW out of our parishes and away from our children. Archbishop, we are fighting for the right to practice our Faith as we know it, and there is equally total resolve on our part to keep our faith free from NCW teachings and practices. Please understand this. We will never compromise of the Faith we Believe and Love.

Archbishop Apuron, there is no way that you would be able to redeem the respect that you once had and the only person that is to blame is yourself. You have allowed Kiko and his cohorts to control you, at the expense of us, your once loyal flock. The trust, respect that you once commanded is lost forever.

I ask for the sake of peace, healing to resign immediately, so that a new Shepherd can begin to rebuilt what you have destroyed by your allegiance to Kiko. I am also sending a message to Kiko, that he underestimated the strength of Faith that Guamanians have. I think that he thought we were pushovers, because of the respect that Guamanians have for their Shepherd. This indeed is true, but only if that Shepherd was not eager to feed us to the wolves.

The only decent thing that is left for you to do is to step down and allow peace and healing to begin.

    Respectfully,

    Thomas Victor Camacho Tanaka Sr.
