A WARNING TO FAMILIES

I received the following message. If anyone has facts related to this story or to anything similar to it, please contact the Apostolic Delegate immediately. You may also contact me and I will see that the information is forwarded to the Delegate.

There is a family on Guam. The father died and was survived by his wife. Fr. Pius pressured the wife to give him her land assets. He arranged the changing of the will and the wife signed. When the wife died the couple's children found that their parents property had been willed to Pius. According to one of the children, Pius had told the mother that if she failed to will him the property she was going against God. He told her that her kids were evil in not following the way. There were big fights between the mother and daughter before the mother died. Now the daughter is in emotional pain. There are other families being pressured by Pius to do the same. Pius even gives them the language to use in the will. People who are old and lonely need to be warned. There is a pattern to Pius' pressuring of the elderly and the sick.

  1. Psychological coercion being used by Pius, targeting the vulnerable elderly, sick, and other individuals unable to escape his grasp. He's telling people they have no need for their worldly goods...but he does!! What a vile, despicable, poor excuse for humanity!!
People, survivors of people victimized by Pius, must act NOW and get a good lawyer.

    1. Psychological coercion standard operation practice.

Targets vulnerable elderly sick those living alone. Those experiencing bereavement in particular dangerous situation. Children of a parent living alone need to be alerted of potential dangers involving this presbyter.

    3. I've also heard of this despicable approach. Preying on the innocent, the weak, the oppressed, the vulnerable. When I hear of this, I feel anger to those who take advantage of these poor souls. Those that do this, YOU are no better than any criminal out there! ANON 4:17, Hearsay????? Fool!

    4. Actually Adrian, no it is not hearsay. A close friend of ours, who walked your way for a while, was told she had to give up her family land to your people. When she refused she was hounded by your kind and caused her a lot of stress. I believe her because she knows how to tell the truth, unlike most of what is coming out of your mouth and Sunday writings. Step into the light, as Father Santiago once told me, and you will see things clearer.

  5. If the major reason that these victims -- of pius' strong-arm tactics and coersive acquisition of the victims' real estate and monies -- cannot pursue a rightful legal action against pius' abuses is because of the victims' lack of funds, couldn't CCOG also set up some way to assist these victims with getting back their properties and monies from the greed of pius and the ncw?

Oh how these pius puppets wish that all the truth and facts about pius and aaa were hearsay!

Anonymous (June 30, 2015 at 5:37 PM), maybe the "victims" — and I enclosed the word in quotation marks because they may not consider themselves as such — don't realize how they have been duped and are not interested in pursuing the rightful legal action. However, if there are families who have come to that realization and want to pursue legal action, maybe they can file a lawsuit together. Of course that would require people to come out of the shadows and reveal themselves. Given the climate of fear that continues to rule the lives of the majority of the commenters on this blog, I seriously doubt that people will shed their anonymity.

As much as CCOG is willing to help address issues that concern us, I don't know if they are in any position to "set up some way to assist" the victims in these matters. I have attended a number of CCOG meetings and, while I'm seeing more new faces and people have been more willing to speak out, the fact of the matter is if there were as many "concerned Catholics" as claimed in the comments in this blog, they're not showing up at the meetings.

Sadly from the beginning of the Fr. Paul Fiasco and continuing to this day, the majority of "concerned Catholics" prefer to remain anonymous and let others — primarily Tim Rohr! — do the fighting. Many claim to "know things" but they don't want to reveal those "things". So we continue to wallow in our misery and cry for Rome to help us while we refuse to help ourselves.

    2. Mary Lou – Can’t agree with you any more! I’ve said it so many times in these comments on JW, and in many of my writings, that we need to shed our anonymity to put more credibility and trust is what we say, write and do. And we can talk and write about this until we are blue in the face, but until such time as people are “ready, willing and able” to shed it, there is no amount of cajoling that will make them do it. It has to come from WITHIN THEM. I can say this from experience because I was anonymous too for the longest while – until it finally dawned on me that if I am afraid (or ashamed) of my words by revealing my identity, I might as well keep quiet.

But let’s be patient with these folks, Mary Lou. For whatever reason (and we must respect each of those reasons – real or perceived), their time hasn’t come yet. And when it does, and they come forth, let us just pray that it will come in droves! As the popular hymn goes: “In His time, in His time; He makes all things beautiful – in His time!” As we pray to the Holy Spirit often “Send forth Thy Spirit, and they shall be created; and Thou shall renew the face of the earth!” In the meantime, let’s count our blessings for those who are supporting us 100%, 75%, 50% or even 10%.

Thank you all. – JR San Agustin.

    3. i would expect that this will reach critical mass or a tipping point at some point rather quickly. maybe all it will take is one willing person or family to step up. maybe it'll take two or three individuals or families. but after that, it will build up momentum. have courage!

Anonymous (June 30, 2015 at 10:45 PM), while it's good to know that the "Apostolic Delegate [is] very much aware" and you claim "We know" what good is all that if NOBODY is willing to step up to provide the required names, dates and other relevant details?

    2. yes, if people don't step forward and document this to the people that apuron has to answer to, all these stories will just be tales that people will whisper to each other after rosaries. and that's what the neocat puppet masters are counting on.

    1. Interesting comment. It was in today's PDN that a group of nuns in California are at odds with the archdiocese over property that belongs to them.

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Katy Perry is caught in a property dispute between a group of elderly nuns and the Los Angeles Archdiocese over who owns a hilltop convent overlooking Hollywood. The singer is named in a recent lawsuit over the scenic property in the Los Feliz neighborhood.

The dispute centers on who is authorized to sell the convent. The Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary say the building is theirs, and they've sold it to a local restaurateur, Dana Hollister, who has already moved in.

In a June 19 lawsuit, the archdiocese claims it is responsible for selling the property, and plans a $14.5 million deal with another buyer. The defendants in the suit say that buyer is Perry. A spokeswoman for the entertainer did not respond to inquiries from The Associated Press.

The archdiocese released a statement Monday saying it has taken legal action to prevent Hollister from assuming control of the property, claiming the sale was unauthorized. A spokeswoman for the archdiocese declined to name its proposed buyer.

Hollister's attorney, Randy Snyder, says the dispute has nothing to do with Perry, but rather is a battle between the diocese and the nuns.

Now crawl back under the rock that you slithered from and when you grow some balls print your real name with your comments. Otherwise you remain the anonymous scumbag coward that you are. Hell is waiting for you, do us a favor make it sooner than later!

    2. Speaking of justice, families of victims must get the wheel of justice turning by filing complaints at the Attorney General's office. Also, families can pool their resources and file a class action suit against Pius. His mob-like tactics raise a lot of red flags, AND people need to know what he's done with his ill-gotten wealth. Investigation into who else were involved in Pius' scheme should be very interesting.

    3. Justice is very slow but we will see justice for those who lived and those relatives who died in pain because of the actions of these evil men. I saw people die with anger to the catholic church because of this man. For this I will get justice.

Anonymous (July 1, 2015 at 9:23 AM), I concur with the comment by Joseph A Santos at 10:19 AMI would rather be a "stupid Rohr follower" than an evil Pius pawn … or even a coward like you who can do no more than insult people under the Veil of Anonymity.

For going on two years now, you and your fellow Haters of Truth persist in coming to this blog to insult, demean and threaten those of us who are fighting to keep the One, True, Catholic and Apostolic Church alive despite the efforts of KAKA-infused anonymous cowards to spread the heresies of your cult. You insist on coming here to demonstrate the mindless repetition of what you are fed in your catechesis and the potty-mouth vocabulary that are the FRUITS of your brainwashing.

Run along now to "The Diana" and tell all the disciples of that blog how badly treated you were here in The Jungle.

BTW: If you really believe in what you are saying in your comment(s), post your name for a change so we will know that you are saying what you mean and that you mean what you are saying.

This is common practice for neo cultists not only here but all over the world.
This is what this archbishop has brought to our island. this time its not the islanders who are the "ladrones"

    ReplyDelete
  18. also, i imagine it's possible (though i'm not sure how easy) to just look for all the possible victims. conveyance of property is public record, isn't it? but it's not to "out" them publicly for the purpose of embarrassing them, but quietly to contact them behind the scenes and to ask what were the circumstances of their granting properties to the rms and other neocat interests. if it's shady circumstances, then they might be willing to report it to the church authorities, through an advocate if they don't want to report it themselves.
