DAVID THE VG: NOW YOU SEE IT, NOW YOU DON'T - PART 4

Continued from Part 3

Here's another angle to consider that I'll flesh out later.

If the Certificate of Title was all that was needed to prove that ARCHBISHOP OF AGANA, A CORPORATION SOLE, ANTHONY SABLAN APURON OFM CAP. D.D. INCUMBENT was still the "owner," of the former Accion Hotel property, then what was the purpose of hiring that big time Denver law firm last year and doing all that hoop-dee-doo in the U Matuna?

A copy of a Certificate of Title from Land Management costs $15.00. The legal opinion of a major U.S. law firm? Tens of thousands of dollars.

The truth is that the Denver opinion did not do what Apuron, David, and The Adrian said it did, which is why a copy of it was never made publicly available.

Having failed to fool us with that fake opinion, they obtained a false copy of the Certificate of Title and published it in the U Matuna, and tried to fool us again.

It is up to you, people of Guam, whether or not you want to remain the fools they are playing you for. Join the Laity Forward Movement for their Fat Tuesday Fundraiser (see info top right), and join them this Sunday to handbill another parish. (Call to find out more - see contact info in Fundraiser note.)

David, are you paying attention? I'll be back. LOL

Here is Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3 of this investigative story.

Continued on Part 5

    1. I agree. Lol. Throw them in jail for deceptive fraud. What a black mark to Rome and the catholic faith.

  2. Cuff them up already!!! At this point we the laity are beyond disgusted by the Agana Church leadership and their failure to reconcile with the Archdiocese. Arrogant bastards who know nothing about caring for their sheep! After all their lies and deceptions, we can no longer trust these false shepherds. I feel sadness in saying this but how long do we have to wait until we restore integrity to this local Church!!!

    1. How long? As long as AAA stays at the helm, and until the shy and "respectful" Catholics decide to shed their anonymity, rise up in massive, open, and public protests, and let the whole island know that YOU want to be a part of the solution - not just a "strong anonymous supporter, cheering on from the sidelines" - not much will happen. STATUS QUO! I'm not advocating rebellion or insurrection; I'm just advocating for OPEN, PUBLIC, and MASSIVE DEMONSTRATION! Canon Law is on our side! Rise up, Jerusalem; your redemption is at hand! That's my take!

No offence against those who submit well thought-out comments to Tim's blogs. Many actually are good - and to the point (KUDOS TO THEM) - but neither your comments, Tim, Chuck, CCOG, LFM, village units, or writing letters to Rome ALONE will do it. It has to be CPP -- Catholic People Power!

It took People Power in the PI to topple Marcos. It will probably take no less than that for us to rid ourselves of AAA - and with him NCW. Call me "radical" if you will, but credit me with "maybe practical" - if only to humor me. The up-coming archdiocesan appeal might be an occasion to make a statement - if we can't see your name and face! St Michael, the Archangel, defend us in the day of battle! -jrsa (2/5/16).

  3. “Put simply: if an entity has nothing to hide, then why not produce the documents? The reasonable inference is that the documents would be bad for the entity,” the commission’s decision stated.

This quote from the Feb. 4 issue of the PDN was made by the Civil Service Commission regarding a case involving GVB where GVB refused to cooperate and provide documents.
Applies as well to the archbishop and his inability to find the document permitting the NCW to receive the Holy Eucharist as they do.
If a document is produced, there are problems.
    Either way, we are tricked.

  4. Please do not cuff the Joker, he might enjoy that way too much

  5. No need to worry but jokers wild enjoying himself. The cuffs waiting for him will not come with leather. But there is a bunch of flames waiting for them all if they don't repent and change.

  6. The pastor of New Covenant Life was taken to court for alleged wrongdoing. Why can't we take the VG and AAA to court and have them prove us all wrong? Just saying.

  7. The contributors to this thread (and by now probably to hundreds of threads in the Junglewatch) are indignant and outraged about what has happened to the Church on Guam, and justifiably so. However, when the smoke of this battle has settled, the faith that we cherish asks us to forgive (e.g. “Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us”). I pray we are up to the task.

    1. The Church has always forgiven heretics...who repent. As for most of us who are actually in this "battle," forgiveness is not an issue. There is only a matter of wanting things to be set right.

    2. Why mention heresy and repentance at all? Unless, of course, the people being complained about are thought to be heretics. I understand that statements like Jesus was a sinner clearly qualify as heresy, and contradict Holy Scripture itself. The person in the Way who uttered that statement should repent of it. What else qualifies as heresy in the doings or sayings of the archbishop, his VG, Mr. Kiko, NCW presbyters? Is, for instance, the archbishop’s rejection (January, 2006) of Pope Benedict’s instruction to bring the neocatechumenal celebration of the eucharist in line with the rest of the church heretical?

    3. Yes they are. Thought to be heretics. The priest who taught Jesus is a sinner has nothing to repent for. He is teaching Kiko's theology. I recommend a thorough study of all the evidence Chuck White has presented on his blog - especially where Kiko negates the Trinity.

      Delete
    4. The most fundamental doctrines to our Christian faith is the teaching that God is Trinity. All other truths flow from this teaching, such as the divinity of Christ, and his sinlessness, The Holy Euchrarist, etc. If Kiko missed the meaning of who or what the Trinity is, this is all that Christianity is about. He missed it all. There is no worse heretical teaching against what God has revealed about himself through Christ.

    Dear Anonymous at 11:54 am,

The Pacific American Title conducted a title search AND an encumbrance report. Their encumbrance report showed that the Declaration of Deed Restriction was NOT an encumbrance at all, which is the reason why it was not listed in the Certificate of Titles.

Tim Rohr deceived you. Why do you think he focused your attention on the Denver law firm and said nothing about the Pacific American Title report? However, if Rohr feels that a crime has been committed, why is he not reporting the information to the police?

    1. LOL. You don't report things like this to the police. LOL. And more LOL. I said "nothing" about the PATICO report? LOL It's all over my blog for the last several days. I even uploaded a full copy of it for all to see. Something Apuron and The Diana never did. LOL.

    2. By the way, obviously The Diana doesn't know what an encumbrance is. LOL. She's working against her own side by saying this. Apuron's specific intent was to "encumber" the property so no one else could use it but RMS. If it is not an "encumbrance" as Diana says, that means that the property is NOT restricted for use by RMS. YAAAAAH! We can no turn it into a casino. LOL! These people are so much fun!!!!

  9. I am posting this comment here as the original post to which this comment belonged is currently being rewritten.

GovGuam should investigate if an employee at Land Management was also involve with he/she releasing those certificates. Now with all this tumbling out where are them smart mouths from the other side. I guess they have someone taking the fall from the caught up lies that was uncovered. For all the hard working people from the Jungle that have made these lies come clearly for us to understand.....THANK YOU!!! This fight has only just begun. There are still a whole lot of our elders who are scared or embarrass on coming out. BIBA KATOLIKO!! Flo B.
