  1. I wonder if things would have turned out differently had the other person involved not been of the age of consent.

  2. Vatican investigation just Like Apuron's rape DEEP AND THOROUGH

  3. So if he was exonerated, why doesn't he get sent back to Guam?

  4. Will Louie be coming back to Guam with this permission slip?

  5. Pure garbage! Archbishop the only thing that save Louis' ass was the girl was of age. The act of a Priest, rather a presbyter caught with "his tongue in the cookie jar" is reprehensible. Louis why use the towels to cover the windows? it would have naturally been fogged up with your panting. Another sad example of a Neo coverup. God help us.

    2. Girl was not of age. The Church policy is very clear, a child is any person under 18 years of age. No language in the Church policy about age of consent-period.

    3. In Arabia girls for marriage 10, 11, 12. Just read one of these girls said she loves to play with her little boy; because she is also a child. Oh, btw, this lovely family is now in the US of A. But, no worries Luis is a good boy, a very good boy.

  6. WHAT THE F@*K IS THIS? He was caught in the act by the cops, and he's exonerated? Shameful doesn't begin to touch this. Ballin himself ought to be disciplined for this. If the Vatican did in fact exonerate him, then Francis is an out and out liar. There's nothing magisterial there--just filth, corruption, and (if I dare say so) the effects of the devil alive and well in his puppets in the Curia.

What a tragic, tragic day for the poor Church. We should be praying for Ballin's soul. That son of a bitch is in greater spiritual peril than I can imagine.

    2. Addendum: I understand that at best this is an attempt to take the heat off of Catholic on the Arabian peninsula. What needs to be understood is that it makes it completely acceptable for a priest to commit whatever sexual acts--provided the person is legal--and it's a-ok.

Someone really needs to run this story and get it in every paper they can.

And for the record, I'm not saying laicize him. I'm saying surely there's a priestly ministry somewhere that doesn't involve promote the image of scandal.

  7. If I were a parishoner in the Vicariate of Northern Arabia, I would be very worried that a Bishop like Ballin is your spiritual leader. You are being deceived. Lied to. Wool pulled over your eyes. That is the kind of Shepherd you have leading you.
Ask yourselves what exactly was Louis Exonerated for? There's no doubt for those of us here on Guam that he was engaged in a sexual act. Is that now the standard that Rome is sending back to your parishes? A priest who engages in sexual acts? Disgusting and disingenuous for Ballin to fool you all like that! He isnt even specific in what he was exonerated for. Priest's having sex have no business being priests! Period!

  8. Hang on a second. The letter is coming from Ballin. Where is the official document from Rome? Likewise, there is still a charge of Custodial Interference on Guam, isn't there? What gives with that investigation?

  10. Bishop Baltin,You are an utter embarrassment to our Church. Google the PDN news story on Louis, before you declare him a martyr. Are you living in the same world as we do???? UNBELIEVABLE,

  11. Ultimately, THIS IS ON ARCHBISHOP HON. Luis is still incardinated in this diocese and thus subject to Hon as his new acting bishop. It is Hon who has to tell us the truth about Luis. Was he secretly excardinated? By whom? When? For what reason - since he is innocent? Luis spent 10 years in our seminary and cost us at least $200,000 to house, feed, and educate. We have a right to know. And we better be told the truth or the signs will soon read DEFROCK HON.

  12. I have to say that based on Ballin's declaration Apuron screwed up for firing cunniLuis, and not to mention tells the Church in Guam that his faculties are suspended and he is under investigation for something. The GPD officers must also been dreaming when they caught Luis in action. Then there are the parents who say they gave permission for Luis to take the young lady out of school for some auto service by Luis, and the stipulation that the act was consensual, as the young lady was 17 years. I gather these are all coincidental details are of one who is innocent. There is a saying that "Every Truth passes through three stages before is recognized. First - it is ridiculed, second - It is opposed, Third - It is regarded as self evident." We are on stage 2 Ballin.

  13. The presbyters of the NCW will surely produce the fruits of their "formation". They will, by their actions show the world the "fruits" of the NCW. Here it is for all of us to see, the true "fruits" of the NCW.

  14. 10 presbyters off island.... For instance, we'll never see that Pedro again, Adios....

  15. you mean to tell me, Fr Luis was doing the most intimate nasty on that young girl, forget age of consent, he's a priest and had his mouth where? in a car with towels on the windows for privacy?
    and that's OK. hmm...

Pigs. The whole entire lot of them. Disgusting filthy perverted pigs.

    1. In Ballin's book this is perfectly ok. As long as he gets some also, and his brothers got his back to deny, deflect and detract the truth. What a circus these clowns belong to.

  16. This makes me sick. Absolutely sick. He was arrested. How do they know there is no truth to this? Clearly there was a basis for arrest.

    ReplyDelete
  17. At the very least, there should have been an admission of the "custodial interference" charge, shouldn't there? Its not as if he was arrested for nothing, resigned for nothing and re-located for nothing, surely? And is it true that the charge was eventually "expunged" without explanation?

  18. Exonerated? of what? Besides, we only have Ballin's word on that. Nothing official from the Vatican. And don't forget: after he was caught he submitted his resignation as pastor of two parishes to apuron who promptly shipped him off-island.

    1. That's right. There's only his word! You shouldn't just take this letter seriously. Similar to the words of the ab in exile, "...what's his (replace Cardinal Arinze name here with Ballin) credentials?" Vile man.spn2

  19. The tone of this is blatantly and drastically lacking in neutrality throughout. Then like Abp Hon, a specific entity is not mentioned (Holy See is a political entity) nor the date of referral to it. Also, "exonerated" isn't the usual vocabulary of these entities - it would be something like "didn't decide to take action" or something like that. Does custodial interference and seduction by way of imbalance of power not count for an "Apostolic" Vicar nor for "Catholics" of the Gulf region? Hasn't a person expert in "cooking up" heard of "over-egging the pudding"?

The speech made to eucharistic congress goers in 2013 evidently lays bare the current phase of "formation" of RMSs. Earlier milder manifestations of NCW (in some especially de-Christianised countries) were a reputation-building alibi.

The phrase used by the sweet talkers in my diocese (on another continent) 30 years ago, that we outsiders would be "inserted" into our parishes (which didn't happen of course) takes on as sinister innuendo as it had all along.

    2. Let's trace how NCW (the NCW praised by so many popes). Pulled off spiriting Luis away to the Middle East and then exonerated....and so easily!!! An Archdiocesan priest, mind you. This story is bizarre !!!!!! To our priests who are meeting with Hon moving forward some of your 'brothers' RMS were part of this wicked plan. Why don't you ask them at the coffee break!! Just keep it down, ok?

    1. Neo Presbyters can't be tainted. It is fine for them to suck oranges and eat peach pusse. They have the backing of Puntin's KGBs in the Vatican. They consider themselves the untouchable group.

Simple people such as Roy, Walter, Roland and +Sonny are made to look like dirt bags in the eyes of the church. They don't have backers like the Mafia group who would fork out meeelleeons of dollars to buy off Archbishops, Cardinals, and anyone associated with ties to the hierarchy in the Vatican.

Wasn't Archbishop Hon sent here due to the fact that Apuron was put on time out because of the sexual abuse scandals against him?

I pray that Archbishop Hon will see that there will be NO UNITY whatsoever unless Apuron is REMOVED.

Did Adrian, Quitugua, and Alberto turn in their resignations for their perspective positions?

The church in our Archdiocese needs to be revamped and it needs to start at the top.

  22. Major cover up! When are these bishops going to learn, their job is to comfort, console, and teach their flock and thus lead souls to God and Heaven! This is a ZERO Tolerance matter and must be dealt with. By the way, someone should tell that girl from Merizo and her parents that when Bill 326-33 passes into law, they can send Luis Camacho to jail, and make some money!! They literally can have justice served!! And the Guam police officer who caught Luis in the act of cunnilingus on the 15 year old girl can testify on her behalf! She has a strong case for both criminal and civil courts!
