ORCHESTRATED? - PART 5

Continued from Part 4

On July 1, 2016, at 11:43AM, the law firm of Lujan & Wolff, filed  Civil Case No. CV 0552-16 in behalf of Roy T. Quinatnilla, Walter G. Denton, Roland P.L. Sondia, and Edith Doris Concepcion against Archbishop of Agana, a Corporation Sole; Anthony Sablan Apuron, an individual’ and DOES 1-50 Inclusive.

Here's how it happened.

In short, my plan worked. Once I learned that a certain neocat presbyter (Edivaldo) had been "promoted" to Apuron's spokesperson, I saw my opportunity.

Of course Eddie the Waldo, as he was nicknamed, wasn't really promoted. He simply barged in and took over. And even though his near-Academy Award winning role as the fist pumping director of "The Deacon goes Dakon," starring the inimitable Deacon Frank Tenorio, the Waldo's real success (which was ours) came when he began releasing unsigned media statements.

But I'm getting ahead of myself.

I had already arranged for Apuron's victims to come forward and even found them legal protection. But because the statute of limitations had passed, I knew that the most they would have would be an opportunity to make their story public and that's it. Apuron would deny the charges like he did with Toves, and go on doing what he does best: ruining people's lives.

I needed a way to get around the statute of limitations and get Apuron into court where he could be deposed under penalty of perjury. I knew once we could do that, not only could we learn more about the pervert that is Apuron, but that he might spill the beans about the other clergy in his network of cover-ups - including a priest we nicknamed "Rude-ee" who allegedly had been siphoning off local parish funds and sending said funds to the Philippines.

There was another priest whose girlfriend's husband killed himself, and the other priest who raped the teenager in the rectory. And there was much more.

Once the Edivaldo became the "spokes-monkey," I saw my chance. I arranged for ads to be printed in both local papers (Pacific Daily News and Guam Daily Post), showing specific dates and places where Apuron had been assigned. The idea was not so much to find more victims, but to get the spokes-monkey to do something stupid.

It worked.

On May 13, the spokes-monkey spit out two pages of vomit and threatened to sue me and the Concerned Catholics of Guam. I went on record saying "Bring it on." I did that to enrage the spokes-monkey. I knew what was coming on May 17 (Roy Quintanilla) and I wanted him worked into a white-hot lather.

I couldn't believe my luck when the spokesmonkey was caught fist-pumping in the reflection off the glass in the Dakon Tenorio video. And then he was stupid enough to reshoot the thing and release it to the media, covering up the glass with a picture of the Blessed Mother. LOL. As if we didn't already have the first one.

But I didn't have what I wanted yet. To sue Apuron, I needed the spokemonkey to call Roy a liar. You see, I knew the spokes-monkey would not sign his press releases, so as long as they were on Apuron's letterhead, we could make the spokes-monkey's words, Apuron's.

Then on May 31, I got what I was waiting for.

Doris Concepcion had gone national, telling of her son's last moments during which he told his mother that Apuron had molested him. The spokes-monkey went ballistic, accusing Doris of spreading "malicious and calumnious accusations against the Archbishop." PERFECT!

But still, to get to Apuron, I needed something more. I needed the statement to be on Apuron's letterhead and unsigned. Had the Edivaldo signed it, we could only go after the Edivaldo. However, if it was unsigned, we could go after the, Apuron, Cristobal, Quitugua and the whole rotten bunch.

And sure enough, right on cue, the spokes-monkey came through: an unsigned statement calling the victims liars -  and on Apuron's letterhead.

By not signing the statement, Lujan & Wolff can now name everyone and anyone as a defendant who may have had access to or even influence over someone who had access to Apuron's letterhead. In layman's terms, Edivaldo opened the door for the Plaintiffs to pretty much name everybody in the Chancery and even RMS (which I will explain another time.)

So thanks to the ambitious Edivaldo, Apuron's victims now have an opportunity to finally bring their perp to justice...and as we shall see: Edivaldo, too. And given that Edivaldo is Apuron's "fave".... It's hard not to believe in Karma.

LOL.

Orchestrated? You bet.

    1. When the book is finally written, you will see a incredible series of "coincidences," which, if you are a believer, cannot be coincidences. I believe God simply said enough is enough with Apuron, and poured out his grace upon those who were willing to stop him.

The revelations in this portion of the post "Orchestrated" is sure to send the Delusional Dingbat Diana and other KikoBots into another frenzy of "Jungle Cleaning" even as they prepare for their World Youth Day excursion.

I admit I occasionally drop in to see what the Topic of the Day is over there. From previous experience I know I can't handle the mental gymnastics it takes to follow the form of KAKA-laden logic that permeates the posts and comments, so I don't bother trying. But as I skim through the contents, it's clear that DDD and followers are obsessed with what is being revealed in "The Jungle." It seems that just about every time I check in — which is when something more "interesting" than usual is posted in JungleWatch — the label reads "Jungle Cleaning." I can't help wondering "What happened to all the exhortations of obedience? Weren't the communities instructed by Pius to stay out of The Jungle? Why are they disobeying?"

Then I realized the root of the "disobedience." Clearly the "Insider's View" into the NCW wasn't enough to generate or maintain readership. Just as the NCW started as a parasite on — and developed into a Cancer in — our One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church, DDD realized the need to justify the existence of its blog and started to feed off the contents of JungleWatch by claiming the need to do Jungle Cleaning. Although DDD won't admit it I'm positive that, thanks to its obsession with JungleWatch, the readership on its blog has been revived.

This series of "Orchestrated" posts follows two previous series "The Removal of Father Paul" and "The Ultimate Treachery" and
will provide newcomers to the battle — like those who are venturing out to join the picketing — the insight as to why some of us who have been following this blog (some for as long as 3 years) are now mobilized into letting the Church Hierarchy and the rest of the world know:
We're mad as hell and we're not going to take it anymore. We will keep demanding that the Pope DEFROCK Anthony Sablan Apuron.

Let YOUR "voice" be heard and join the Laity Forward Movement on Sunday mornings as we picket in front of the Cathedral-Basilica from 0900-0945.

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle …
    St. Athanasius, pray for us!

    1. I'll be posting about that soon. The case has been filed but the summons has not yet been delivered. That will happen soon. Then Hon and Apuron will have 20 days to respond. Then there will be a hearing. The fun is about to begin.

"The prelate, who was accused of a sexual relationship with an 18-year-old male, was also under investigation by a local prosecutor for alleged “connivance” in the sexual exploitation of minors. In 2015, following an apostolic visitation, he was forbidden to ordain new priests and deacons, according to Brazilian media reports."

Waldo the weirdo, is a prime example of the fruits of Neo RSM Seminary. All Kiko wants his production and massive output of Neo presbyters. He is trying to infiltrate and destroy the Catholic Church. Guam to Kiko, the uneducated natives have demonstrated that they are not as dumb and gullible after all. You and your Sect will suffer the consequences from your exposure of your heretical cult on Guam.

  11. Remember: Archbishop Anthony urged the faithful not to be afraid, and we are not. Further he stated for us to stand for the truth and he asked for prayers. We are standing for the truth and seek justice.

  12. Will the sex abuse victims of apuron be willing to drop their lawsuit in return for a financial settlement out of court: One condition being that aside from keeping the terms of settlement quiet, apuron (and the 1-50 john does) will not have to testify in court or in any public forum?

    1. From the beginning, this has never been about money for Apuron’s victims. It has been about justice. And until Eddy the Waldo made his stupid accusations, there was never even any possibility of the victim’s pursuing a law suit.

In addition, there was never any intent on the part of the victims to pursue lifting the statute of limitations. However, I can tell you that it was Deacon Tenorio’s video that changed their minds…and ours.

And even then, there was never any intent to pursue anyone other than Apuron personally, leaving aside institutional liability for the archdiocese. But it was Hon’s haughty and dismissive attitude towards them that has led to the push for going after the archdiocese, since that is the only way at this point to hold Hon accountable.

The victims only wanted to tell their story, face their perpetrator, and have him acknowledge what he did to them. Instead, he attacked them. No amount of money is going to make them go away now.

This is about sending a message to the whole Catholic Church hierarchy. And it will be an arrow shot directly into the heart of the Vatican - with Apuron’s and Hon's faces on it.

    2. So you claim that the so called "victims" never wanted money? Yet, it is about the money now? Seeking half a million dollars per victim, in total of 2 million. So if the diocese and the bishop or the 50 other names. Whose money will the diocese use? Are you getting paid for anything Tim? Are you helping the so called victims get paid? Whose money did Denton, Quintanilla, Concepcion, Sondia use to come Guam? Did you contribute to any of these meaning the planning and how and when to come out? I would believe their story would be creditable if: 1. You (Tim) were not involved with them. 2. They came out when the statute of limitation was lifted years ago. 3. Did not have the same Attorney. 4. Not use the media to explain their written statements. 5. That Tim did not ask John Toves for a list of names of those who used to be altar boys in agat. 6. Most of their stories are similar in nature of being a the priest house and being molested by apuron. For Denton who stated he felt something go in his ass and his ass was wet. Even a person who is gay knows that it is hard to put something/penis in someone's ass.
All these comments are just of those who follow you Tim and the accusers of apuron. Its all about the money now, not unity and peace.

    6. Anonymous July 7, 2016 at 8:28 PM - What is it that you do not understand? It is NOT ABOUT THE MONEY! But, if that is the only way we can get apuron to admit his wrongdoings, then I say - GO FOR IT! What simple words can we, who believe the Victims, use so that you can understand? The Basic English Language has been used time and time again and you still do not get it! The Diocese is not going to pay out - apuron is! By now, he should be the "Richest Bishop" in the World after all that he has done. If he, through his spokespersons, call me a "LIAR" when I accuse him of molesting me, he needs to prove me wrong! But so far, he has been ignoring his victims! Where is he? How come you NEOs and those protecting him are the only ones accusing the Victims and Tim of lying and asking questions? Ask Your Hero apuron!

You make it so easy to believe when they say you are so dumb....what part of the definition of the word "orchestrated" do you not understand? I'd venture to say if Tim hadn't played 'conductor', none of these men would've come out public. And you wouldn't have to worry about the creditability of any stories....but then again, that's how you'd like it?
And your comment referring to Denton---nice try, but I'm sure you realize now that it was a weak try at feigning ignorance.

    3. For those of you who frequent her blog, start taking screenshots of her posts and comments where slander or libel is possible. If there is enough to warrant it, a deposition could force Pius, under penalty of perjury, to reveal her identity (though we already know it). She then could be herself deposed and added to the "DOES."

Now is the time to be proactive. No need to come here complaining about her being a dingbat or whatever. This is real. Become detectives. Screenshot her lies and her libel. It will soon be useful.

Get busy. She has no clue what will happen in a deposition. And believe me, these cowards will throw her under the bus to save their own sorry kiko-asses.

  16. Fr. Joseph Ratzinger (pope emeritus: “The church will become small and will have to start afresh more or less from the beginning.
She will no longer be able to inhabit many of the edifices she built in prosperity. As the number of her adherents diminishes . . . she will lose many of her social privileges. . . As a small society, [the Church] will make much bigger demands on the initiative of her individual members….

It will be hard-going for the Church, for the process of crystallization and clarification will cost her much valuable energy. It will make her poor and cause her to become the Church of the meek . . . The process will be long and wearisome as was the road from the false progressivism on the eve of the French Revolution — when a bishop might be thought smart if he made fun of dogmas and even insinuated that the existence of God was by no means certain . . . But when the trial of this sifting is past, a great power will flow from a more spiritualized and simplified Church. Men in a totally planned world will find themselves unspeakably lonely. If they have completely lost sight of God, they will feel the whole horror of their poverty. Then they will discover the little flock of believers as something wholly new. They will discover it as a hope that is meant for them, an answer for which they have always been searching in secret.

And so it seems certain to me that the Church is facing very hard times. The real crisis has scarcely begun. We will have to count on terrific upheavals. But I am equally certain about what will remain at the end: not the Church of the political cult, which is dead already, but the Church of faith. She may well no longer be the dominant social power to the extent that she was until recently; but she will enjoy a fresh blossoming and be seen as man’s home, where he will find life and hope beyond death.”
