  1. Lets not kid ourselves. This is not a "threat." It is a promise! This lawsuit will occur should the RMS not be given back.

  2. So after many denials by the mouth pieces of the neos? What we have claimed for over 2 years turns out to be officialy recognized by the Church.

What we predicted as the only way to regain this property to its lawful owners (the Catholic faithful) looks more and more like a reality.
We better get mentally ready for that fight

  3. My bet is that the Gennarini's will NOT comply. They will tell Hon to go screw himself. This was the plan all along.

  4. From the beginning Apuron (et al) maintained that the property was never given away or transferred. So there should be no trouble signing a deed transferring it back to the archdiocese just in case a "mistake" was made in the deed restriction document and the property was "inadvertently" transferred. If it was never theirs to begin with they should be happy to restore it to the rightful owner. Why do I have the feeling there are four board of guarantors who are not smiling at the moment?

    1. Actually Andrew, they ARE smiling. Very big smiles. This was part of their plan. They are not going to give it back.

    2. In that case I will reprise something from a while back:

The neos were once full of glee
But now they are ready to flee.
      Please be a good sport
      As we head into court.
      Be ware of the CCOG.

  5. I would prefer that the Neos do not give back the Yona RMS property. And that the CCOG takes them to court. Then, no matter the outcome, we would have won! Think about it and I'm sure you will agree.

  6. Tim is right. Gennarini is never returning that property except under extreme duress.
That means through the judiciary and a public media campaign to shame them. Even then they shall use every trick in the book to continue the fraud. We took them by surprise because they totally underestimated the will and the ire of the faithful out of a misplaced inherent sense of superiority. But lets not underestimate them in return, they did not build their machine of lies and corruption without being extremely ruthless, and knowing how to use distortion and intimidation when their corruption is unveiled.

    1. Could it be that they will ask for concessions?

  7. However the RMS Board of Directors chooses action in light of Archbishop Hon's mild rhetoric to renounce use of the illicitly deeded Archdiocesan property will exhibit NCW's real intent. RMS and BDI are not viable for financial and formational purposes so the logical solution is to close it down. When this happens, the stipulation of using the property as an Archdiocesan Seminary will cease, leaving a new archbishop, his consultors and the Faithful to determine best use for the asset. NCW's refusal to surrender use will provoke global condemnation of their intent, however, their willingness to return the property will earn goodwill and respect in the spirit of the greater good of the Church. We will have to watch closely the upcoming series of events because the vigilance of the Laity has tremendous value to protect the interests if the Church from callous and greedy leaders.

    1. That's just it. There is no stipulation that it be used as a seminary. Only that it be used by a corporation with the word seminary in its name. That corporation can amend its articles to run any business it wants to. That was the trick a la Gennarini. Via the stupidity of Apuron.

    2. Earn the goodwill and respect. Should a robber who steal your house earn goodwill and respect because he returns it to you? Just asking.

    3. As ludicrous as the visual provides, houses have been stolen (not the carry-on-the-thief's-back variety) in many creative ways. Maybe not a house per se, but silver candlestands - think Jean Valjean and the kindly cure' incident in Les Miserables - can generate goodwill. The Grand Theft of the NCW leadership exhibited shameless callousness and fraudulent intent but they still have a chance to redeem themselves, and not a moment too soon. The longer they delay action, the lower their estimation will be in the eyes of the world.

  8. Apuron is just one of the four guarantors. The other three are the Genarinnis and another Neo cronie and according to the articles, we will need at least three guarantors to agree to give it back. Those three will never sign over the property back to the archdiocese. It was the plan from the beginning and they are taking that to the bank.

  9. If they don't return the property--they are disobeying the Pope, and therefore THEY ARE NOT CATHOLIC, and cannot operate under the Church!! They will be exposed!
