WHO IS ATTORNEY J. TERLAJE TRULY REPRESENTING? APURON OR THE NCW? (Part II)

Posted by Webster.

And so we continue with the wondering....

Another salient fact: THE BOGUS CERTIFICATE OF TITLE

It was Attorney Jacqueline Terlaje who, behind closed doors, negotiated and had the Department of Land Management reissue several Certificate of Titles in an attempt to prove that the title of the seminary property is still under the Archdiocese, not the RMS Neo seminary corporation.

Through the tireless and courageous work of former Senator, Judge, and still Attorney, Robert Klitzke, he exposed that the Certificate of Title printed on the front page of the November 29 issue of the Umatuna, the local Catholic newspaper owned by the archdiocese, was bogus---a false Certificate of Title.

It was Attorney Jacqueline Terlaje who personally paid the fee for the issuance of the bogus Certificate of Title.

As former Senator Klizke also pointed out, the proper and only way to resolve the dispute over the tile and ownership of the property was for the DLM to file a petition in the Superior Court. It was not done. Why?

What was Attorney Jacqueline Terlaje's role in this fiasco?

We now know through Attorney Klitzke, Mr. Tim Rohr, Mr. David Sablan and the CCOG, and particularly the Bronze Opinion, that the title of the seminary property has indeed been given to the RMS Neo seminary corporation, and thus is not owned by this Archdiocese anymore.

In all of this, we see Attorney Jacqueline Terlaje's zeal in defending the NCW/RMS corporation.

Hmm...all this may make one wonder where her loyalty lies? Apuron or the NCW?

More to come.

Next up: Part III.

  2. What law fim is handling Hon's legal issues? I am sure he has plenty on his plate to contend with over several matters.

    1. The latest is that Jeff Cook is representing archdiocese in defamation suit. John Terlaje, Ed's son, was representing Hon previously.
