ALL THE WAY UP TO FILONI-BALONEY

Posted by Tim

Note: be sure to read Webster's important entry.

Make no mistake, JTT is backed into a corner and is lashing out like a trapped cat. She has no choice. Even without a public statement by Wayne Santos, it is very clear from JTT's press conference, at which Wayne Santos was not present, and Wayne's missing signature on JTT's "Final Report," that JTT lied about the vote to report Msgr. James to the police and the AG being "unanimous."

Full document here

For a practicing attorney to engage in a public lie, let alone use the lie to encourage legal action against another individual, is a serious breach of the ethical standards of her profession whether or not she was in fact presenting herself as an attorney, and JTT knows this. Thus we can expect her to do everything within her power to try to distract from what she did.

We'll come back to that. Meanwhile, let's take a look at the main point of her report.
"Deloitte and Touche Review Findings dated January 8, 2014 made certain recommendations...the following was instituted to address each of the problem areas identified..."
JTT goes on to detail the things her Board did to address the findings and conveniently fails to mention all that the Board under Msgr. James had already addressed.

First, let's point out that D&T did not do an audit. They did a Review. A Review is just that: a review of the organization's financial statements to see what corrections or modifications might be necessary.

D&T presented its Review Findings on January 8, 2014, noting several matters that needed to be corrected. Even before the completion of the Review, the Board under Msgr. James had already begun to address the matters. The corrective action taken by Msgr. James and the Board was noted in a June 26, 2014 letter from Apuron to Msgr. James, wherein, in addition to noting the corrective action taken, asks Msgr. James to ready the 2014 financial statements for review.

The corrective action already taken was made public at a press conference (See PDN story here) on the morning of August 6, 2014 by two financial professionals, Mr. Joseph Rivera and Mr. Art Ilagan, who had been working with Msgr. James and the Board to address the outstanding issues. (See Mr. Rivera's full statement here.)

Like Apuron before her, JTT completely ignores the corrective action already taken and proceeds to trash Msgr. James, and surely for the same reason Apuron did (since both have the same boss: Gennarini-Pius).

Why is it necessary for them to discredit Msgr. James?

Clearly there was the threat that upon Apuron's required resignation at age 75, a likely candidate for his replacement was the not-so-neo-friendly Msgr. James. We must keep in mind that Guam was to be the model to the world of a completely Neo-diocese, which in turn would be used to sell more of the world's bishops on Kiko's vision for a new church.

Msgr. James was a major stumbling block to this grand KAKA vision and he had to be gotten rid of. But they knew they could not do so legitimately. The only way forward would be to take the recommendations from D&T and trump the whole thing up into a "audit" which had uncovered deliberate criminal activity.

Since this was NOT true, it was absolutely necessary that Msgr. James NOT be given an opportunity to address the charges. This was accomplished by immediately removing Msgr. James from both the Cemeteries and the Cathedral where he could no longer have access to the evidence which he could use to exonerate himself, and as insurance, Msgr. James was NEVER to be given a copy of the allegations against him. And up until June of 2016, this worked.

However, JTT did not foresee Apuron's removal a move which left her completely exposed to the JungleWatch drumbeat of LIAR, LIAR, LIAR.

Then, with the discovery of the secretly recorded Declaration of Deed Restriction in January 2015, things began to unravel quickly. The conveyance of title to the Yona property was tied directly to the Neo-plot to take over the diocese and ultimately to protect even itself should Apuron fall.

JTT played a major role in the subsequent scramble to cover up this truth, even going so far as to procure and pay for a false certificate of title for the Yona property.

But she did not count on the entrance of a major player: Mr. Robert Klitzkie. Klitzkie knew where to look and who to hold accountable. Almost immediately Klitzkie discovered that all roads led to JTT. Read the CERTIFICATE OF TITLE FIASCO for more. (By the way JTT, we're not done with you on that. More to come!)

The recent invalidation of allegations against Msgr. James was a major setback for JTT, but his appointment to a position overseeing the patrimony (assets) of the archdiocese, had to be the last straw.

From this new perch, Msgr. James could expose JTT's role in the squandering and cover-up of the Yona property, which then would expose the Neo-cult's vicious money-laundering, land-grabbing, power-usurping international syndicate, along with their Vatican comrades, all the way up to Filoni-Baloney.

Obviously, this past weekend's "CON-vivence" was the cover for a major strategy meeting and trumped any possible deal with Jeff to deal with this quietly. It's not just Apuron who is at risk here. It is not just Kiko's vision of a model Neo-diocese which is at risk here. It is not just the mega-million dollar Yona property which is at risk here. It is Filoni-Baloney who is at risk here, and with him the whole Vatican apparatus which has given cover to Kiko for decades.

This is why the order came straight from Filoni NOT to let the LFM ladies into the seminary. You might have wondered what some big shot Vatican prelate is doing intervening in a visit by a few elderly ladies to a seminary on the other side of the world. It was a matter of both WHAT they might see there as well as WHO, though to be sure Pius and Apuron would have been carefully hidden in the men's room.

Now, back to JTT's FINAL REPORT.

At the beginning of the Report, JTT states, once again, that the Board is acting "unanimously":

However, at the end of the report, there are only four of the five members of the Board who signed it (the Administrator is technically not a member of the Board). Wayne Santos is again missing. Even if he is still off-island, his consent could have been attached even if it was an email. But it was not.

Now, there's one more thing. One more thing about Filoni-Baloney. You might be wondering WHY it is so important for the Kiko's to protect him. Don't they have other friends in the Vatican? Yes they do. Many. However, Filoni-Baloney is different. In the lead up to the last papal election, he was considered to be "papable," a major candidate for the papacy.

Francis has already given an indication that he does not intend to die in office, that he might even follow Benedict into retirement at some date in the near future. The election of Filoni to the Chair of Peter would be the FINAL VICTORY for Kiko Arguello, the culmination of his life's work. And everything boils down to what is happening on Guam, RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW.

STAY STRONG, PEOPLE!

  1. That would be this past weekend's CON-vivence, with an “e” after the second “v” rather than an “a”.

    https://en.m.wiktionary.org/wiki/convivence

Don’t worry, Diana can’t spell it either, regularly using an “ie” in the final syllable. (!)

And “she” is supposed to be a spokesperson for or provide insight into the Guam NCW Cult. :-)

See generally https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neocatechumenal_Way (no mention of convivences).

  2. Jackass Jackie Taitano Terlaje, the would-be lawyer, tells the world where she and her board "unanimously" stand: they refuse to recognize the authority of the Papal Delegate. Now that they are gone, perhaps an audit of the Catholic Cemetery finances during her administration would be in order.

    2. That should be SOP to know where it ends and where it is starting again with the new board. That is to establish accountability. Definitely, a review or audit is in order. It is a given.

  3. Is there anyway Guam can be removed from the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples? We have already been evangelized and have loyal to the Church for over 300 years. Also, someone please tell Filoni we don't speak Chinese here.

    2. When was the Metropolitan Province of the Archdiocese of Agaña (including its suffragan dioceses) transferred from the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB)? 1990? Upon its creation in 1984?

The Episcopal Conference of the Pacific (CEPAC) was founded in 1968. Abp. Apuron was its president from 1991-96 and 2003-2010.

      https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Episcopal_Conference_of_the_Pacific

Since the transfer from the USCCB to CEPAC happened before the NCW Cult infestation of Guam in the mid-1990s, they were likely not behind it. Yet the NCW has certainly taken full advantage of the situation!

Interestingly, the NCW Cult “chain of command” nevertheless continues to run through the United States (New Jersey).

  8. Tim, I wonder if you would indulge a question that comes from a comment made by the Diana team? They say:

"They resigned. The only one who can legally fire them would be the corporation sole. That would be Archbishop Apuron. Bear in mind.....there IS an Archbishop of Agana. Archbishop Hon is NOT the Archbishop of Agana. He is NOT the corporation sole. "

Can you correct this? My recollection was that the decree of appointment gave Hon total administrative and pastoral authority, which I would have thought included the ecclesial authority of the Corporation Sole with respect to the Cemeteries Board?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Tell them to sue Hon and then we'll find out. But regardless of the legal interpretations, the members of the board are obliged to obey Hon as the current competent ecclesial authority. But then these are Kikos, aren't they.

  12. So did Monsignor use cemetery funds to fund his party and then pay it back later?

    1. No. The Board authorized cemetery funds for his anniversary party the same way any company might authorize the use of funds for a part for one of its employees or anyone else associated with the company. Msgr. signed the check because he is the authorized signatory. This was not an "advance." The family only decided to pay back the money with interest in order to say "Here, Apuron. Shove it up your __!" after he trashed Msgr. James only one week later.

  15. I just posted this on the Dingbats website knowing that she'll never post it just to save the NEO flock from questioning these facts.

Fact: Monies collected in the convivence trash bags goes to pay for NEO leaderships wages and first class accommodations on airfare and hotels.

Fact: Properties donated to the NEO leadership is sold and the monies made from the sale of these properties are divided to the NEO leadership, presbyters, community leaders as lots.

Fact: The NEO leadership does not account any of these monies towards their non-profit status because the money is divided to fill the leaderships pockets to include Father Pius, Archbishop Apuron, Community leaders and presbyters pockets to spend it as they please.

Fact: Diana will never post this on her website.

Thank you, Tim, for the recap on the Filoni-Kiko-Apuron-JTT (the trained lawyer) relationship. It’s great that the facts of the storyline of the current events on the local Church all in one writing. At the center of the the mess in local Church on Guam is the NCW led by Kiko’s and Pius’, the compromised child molester Abp Apuron’s, and the NCW supporter from the Curia, Filoni’s plan to make the island entirely Kiko Catholics. Thank you also to Frenchie, Lapaz, Chuck White, and Bob who have written about this topic. To effect this grand scheme of making Guam an entirely Kiko Catholic diocese, overtime as I’ve written before, the NCW, with Abp Apuron leading the way, has replaced key administrative positions in the Archdiocese with NCW practitioners/followers --- the Presbyteral Council, the Finance Council, the Cemetery Board, and even Abp Apuron’s/Archdiocesan counsel (replaced by the infamous JTT-the-trained-lawyer who, as we can all see, has provided terrible legal advice and representation ever since --- even non-lawyers could have done a better job!). Overtime the NCW has also appointed unqualified pastors to head some parishes that have since been strongholds for NCW communities some of which are San Vicente (Barrigada), Nuestra Senora de la Paz (Chalan Pago), and even the Dulce Nombre de Maria (Hagatna) for which Abp Apuron never appointment a pastor so that he can be its pastor which, technically as a bishop, he can’t be a pastor of a parish because he is technically a pastor for the entire diocese (what’s another canon ignored when he has ignored a gazillion already by this time). He wanted to keep his literal control of the Cathedral parish to make it an NCW parish and showcase the NCW and their activities from this blessed place. Thank God for Fr. Paul who protected Santa Barbara Parish from having NCW activities. As its Pastor it was at his discretion to make certain decision about activities in his parish and he imposed conditions on the NCW if they wish to have a community in Santa Barbara. As we know, Fr. Paul paid dearly for enforcing his discretion in the form of another crybaby Neo, Fr. Pius, who tattle told on Fr. Paul so there came the trumped-up charges against Fr. Paul (likely ghost written by JTT-the-trained-lawyer) by Abp Apuron and the getting-locked-out-of-his-own-rectory incident. Then, of course, the grand scheme of having a seminary to serve all of Oceania was part of this grandiose vision. Underhanded illegal means were undertaken to realize that part of the plan, only to produce a sub-par clergy formation and “educational” facility for would-be priests formed in the NCW format, some of whose ways in heretical to the Roman Catholic Church.

There is still a ton of difficult work ahead to jam-shut the Filoni-Kiko-Apuron grand vision of a Kiko Catholic Guam, but there is good news so far amidst this mess. Thanks to the loud-mouth laity for the following steps toward the right direction: (1) the Presbyteral Council has been reorganized and appointments were recently made largely based on qualifications of the Pastors and not based on a priest’s allegiance to the NCW form of pastorship; (2) the Cemetery Board has been rid of JTT-the-trained-lawyer and the recently fired board members who didn’t care about the condition of the cemeteries. Thank God for that recent firing because All Souls Day is coming up in a few weeks and the there is great hope that our dead will be honored in cemeteries that are nicely maintained (as they should have always been!); and (3) a Finance Council has been re-assembled. Even if there is a level of mistrust and trepidation on the make-up of the current Finance Council, the loud-mouth laity are watching closely whether this Council will make decisions that are “for the good of the Archdiocese” or for the good of the NCW. If indications are for the latter, the loud-mouth laity are, with certainty, going to be louder! There is much work ahead to get the local Church back on track and, as Tim, the CCOG, Bob, and others have reminded us --- the laity has to keep the fire lit under the feet of the Archdiocese leadership to keep the work going to straighten out the mess!
