THE COST OF KIKO ARGUELLO'S FICTION

As shown on the post about Blockley's lame brain forage into The Diana, the Diana's, the Kiko's, the Neocats, whatever, are prone to swallowing whole, self-constructed fables. 

Be it Kiko's "theology," Pius the Putrid's rants, The Waldo's sickening, self-absorbed, self-stimulating filth, or the fables that are constructed daily by The Diana to assuage the Kiko's ravenous appetite for conjured excrement, it has become - thanks to The Diana - clear to the world that Kiko cannot exist without the base and fallen human propensity for self-aggrandizing fiction, a propensity fanned into flame by an ever-grinning Satan.

For as C.S. Lewis would say (paraphrase), it doesn't matter what we (the devils) get them (the humans) to believe, as long as they don't believe The Truth. 

This is why The Diana MUST persist as a pseudonym. This is why the neocats play cat and mouse with their so-called catechetical directory. This is why they switch liturgies when they are in danger of being outed. This is why they can NEVER produce a document. This is why they default to the "approval" of five popes, blah, blah, blah...some of whom (the popes) had unapologetic praise for the greatest ecclesiastical criminal of modern times, Marcial Maciel.

They will go down in the end. Liars always do. But at what cost to souls? And at what cost to bishops and priests who did nothing about Kiko's crippling heresy, and whose skulls - we are told - will pave the floor of hell.

In my post HELL NO TO THIS FILTHY BISHOP (11/3/16), exposing the Vatican slap down of Apuron's attempt to get rid of Archbishop Hon, I referenced sources that I chose not to publish. Instead I concluded my post with the following:

These words turn my post into a sworn statement. Additionally, I copied the post to a document bearing my signature above my name which you can find here. 

A sworn statement, a declaration under penalty of perjury, means that I understand that my statement can be used in a court of law and that I can go to jail if what I stated isn't true. 

I specifically chose to make such a statement rather than publish the documents because I do not want to compromise the documents should they be requested in a court proceeding nor do I want endanger my sources. 

In fact, a sworn statement authenticates a document even more than the actual publication of the document itself since merely publishing a document creates no legal culpability as does a statement made under penalty of perjury. 

One commenter insisted that I publish the documents. I have published many documents. If I choose not to publish a document then I have good reason not to. This was the case with the referenced post. Knowing that my credibility would be questioned, I offered something even more credible, a statement under penalty of perjury.

I have created a tab above where I will link future statements. I am willing to go to court and prove all I know if and when the time comes. My enemies know this, which is why they can only ridicule me personally from behind their anonymous rocks. 

My challenge to those who visit The Diana is to demand she do the same: declare under penalty of perjury that what she says is true and correct. She won't of course. But then that will tell you who is telling the truth and who isn't. 

It's time to take the gloves off and call liars liars. Tim Rohr is willing to stand before a court of law and testify under penalty of perjury to everything I have ever posted on this blog. Let's see if The Diana will do the same. 

HELL NO TO THIS FILTHY BISHOP

On July 23, Apuron sent a letter to Cardinal Filoni requesting Hon's removal as Apostolic Administrator of the Archdiocese of Agana. Apuron complained that Hon had exceeded his authority by:

• Rescinding the decrees against the CCOG and Deacon Martinez 
• Requiring the resignation of all officials, pastors and vicars of the Archdiocese
• Requesting the presbyteral council to write to Rome calling for Apuron's resignation
• Interfering with the investigation by collecting the testimonies from his accusers (which were forwarded to Rome), and retaining a civil law firm to defend the archdiocese

Puffed with Neocatechumenal power and firm belief in the power of their "Red Pope" (Filoni), The Diana and the Neocats were certain that Hon would soon be gotten rid of. Apuron assured them this would happen by November. 

What Apuron did not tell them is that the response from Pope Francis on September 30, was HELL NO.  Specifically, Apuron was told that Pope Francis' appointment of Hon was "per mandatum speciale Summi Pontificus, and therefore in the name of the Holy Father, against Whose decision there is no recourse." In other words, Tony, SHUT UP AND SIT DOWN.

Apuron's attempt to get rid of Hon appears to have sent Francis over the top because not only did he tell Tony to shut up and sit down, he underscored his intent to finally get rid of this pathetic pedophile (who he had already asked to resign on May 28) by appointing a bishop who not only now has the immediate right of succession to Apuron's episcopal seat (sorry Adrian), but was given special faculties by the pope himself to immediately administer all aspects of the diocese "without exception."

So this is why Tricky Dick and Dingbat Diana are rushing to frame Byrne's appointment as a victory. They think Apuron's attempt at hierarchical recourse actually worked when the truth is that Apuron the Molester just got a major slap down that he didn't tell them about. (LOL Tricky Dick and Dingbat Diana!)

But don't expect Apuron to go away. He intends to defy the Holy Father and return to Guam. (He's probably banking on Filoni becoming the next pope in a very short period of time. Watch your back, Papa Francesco!)

Here's a quote directly from Apuron's letter:

"(Hon's action) gravely jeopardizes my ability to defend myself and resume the stable governance of the diocese."

This should send shivers up your spine for you know exactly what sort of sick narcissistic vengeance Apuron would wreak if he ever did return.

TRICKY DICK AND HIS IRRESPONSIBLE RESPONSE - PART 4 - AND WHY IS HON RUNNING OUT THE CLOCK?

4. Tricky Dicks says: "...the Articles of Incorporation, Art. XII(iii), (sic - no need for comma) state that the Archbishop is the sole administrator of all the temporalities of the RMS."

LOL. Tricky Dick is tricky. He doesn't expect you to actually read the Articles of Incorporation. Actually Article XII(iii) does NOT mention RMS at all:

This kind of thing kind of makes you wonder if Tricky Dick is just plain Dirty Dick. He's either really stupid or an outright dirty liar (i.e. a "Kiko"). You decide.

By the way, the original articles (recorded in 2002 and amended in 2004) did not have a section enumerating the powers of the sole incorporator. The version of the articles Tricky Dick references here was frantically slapped together and recorded at Rev & Tax on January 29, 2015.

Why, after more than ten years of no amendments to the original articles, was it suddenly necessary to completely overhaul the articles in January of 2015? Answer: a frantic attempt to cover their asses.

Three weeks earlier, on January 6, 2015, we unearthed and published the deceptively titled and clandestinely recorded Declaration of Deed of Restriction (DDR), which in 2011 conveyed title to the Yona property to RMS, Inc.

There was no denying the truth about this document. The only possible defense was that "Apuron was still in control." But per the then-current RMS Articles of Incorporation (2004), HE WASN'T. Thus the Gennarini-Pius-Eusebio machine sprang into action, manufacturing a whole new set of Articles - not just amending - and recorded them at Rev & Tax on January 29, 2015.

The most notable section of this new set of Articles is the section Tricky Dick references here: Article XII, (Article XI in the 2004 version) wherein there is an overt attempt to prop up the idea that Apuron is still in control. Let's compare here the 2004 amended Articles and the 2015 version:

As you can see, the INCORPORATOR article is greatly expanded.

Let's review. While The Diana and the other idiots (like Tricky Dick) continued to argue that there was no alienation, Gennarini and his smart boys knew better. They knew exactly how a court would view the document. (This is why Jackie Terlaje "worked something out" behind the scenes with the AG to keep the certificate of title issue from going to court.)

The DDR was not supposed to have been discovered - at least until after the statute of limitation ran out (see counter in upper right). But once discovered, there was no defense other than to try to show that Apuron was still in control. Thus, the frantic slapping together of the new set of articles with the new and improved INCORPORATOR section in the 2015 version.

However, Gennarini and Tricky Dick's problem is Guam law. While the Incorporator has authority to appoint and replace board members or even dissolve the corporation, the Incorporator cannot directly govern the corporation. Only the board can. And while Apuron is chairman of the board, he is, as legal counsel Ed Terlaje advised the AFC in September 2011, only "one of six votes."

Thus, once again, Tricky Dick is either stupid or a liar (i.e. a "kiko"). You decide.

5. Tricky Dick says: "...the opinion of the Lewis-Roca law firm, specialized (sic - should say "specializing") in corporation sole laws, stating (sic - should say "stated") that the ordinary (sic - "Ordinary" should be capitalized) has never lost control of the property or of the Corporation..."

It would have been so easy for Tricky Dick to attach this opinion. But he didn't. Why not? For the same reason Apuron did not publish the opinion when he supposedly received it. We were told that if we wanted to see it we would have to go to the chancery. 

The only person who got to see this opinion was Attorney Bronze, who when he paid the chancery a surprise visit, was only permitted to read the opinion, standing up, at a counter, supervised by someone at the chancery, and could take no pictures, make no copies, and take no notes. And after Bronze's surprise visit, it was withdrawn from public view altogether.

Now why would that be?

I'll tell you why. If in fact the property was legally alienated, Apuron would be guilty of an ecclesial crime since he did NOT get the canonically required approvals from the AFC and the Holy See. Being guilty of an ecclesial crime would be easy grounds for his official removal.

Now note! The Lewis-Roca opinion does NOT claim that title to the property was NOT transferred to RMS, Inc. (i.e. "alienated"). READ THAT AGAIN. Lewis-Roca does NOT claim that title to the property was NOT alienated. It does not claim this because title to the property WAS ALIENATED and conveyed to RMS, which is exactly the central claim of the Bronze Opinion. Instead, Lewis-Roca only claims that Apuron has "never lost control."

Lewis-Roca is a reputable firm, and not likely to throw that reputation away on some two-bit prelate from an obscure diocese. Thus it could NOT opine that the title to the property was not conveyed to RMS, Inc. because IT WAS. Thus, it opined on all that it could opine on: that Apuron "never lost control."

Now watch! This is very sly. Lewis-Roca found a hole. As the Incorporator, Apuron still maintained control of the property in that he could dissolve the corporation, upon which, the property would revert back to the Archdiocese of Agana. However, he certainly did LOSE control of the property insofar as its remaining part of the patrimony of the Archdiocese of Agana.

And this is of course why, little Preston could tell the LFM ladies to get the hell off his porch, that this was a "private residence."

Now one more thing. Look at Article XII(iv):

In their haste to appear to be legit, Gennarini et. al. has handed Hon all the authority he needs to get the property back WITHOUT litigation (which he says he doesn't want) and WITHOUT Gennarini or Eusebio's approval.

Per the Articles of Incorporation for the Archbishop of Agana, and now per the 2015 RMS version of its Articles, Hon is the "successor of the corporate sole" even if he is the temporary successor. He thus has, within his authority, ALL THE POWER (Hon's words) to immediately dissolve RMS, Inc, upon which the Yona property will automatically revert back to the Archdiocese of Agana.

Even if he doesn't want to immediately dissolve RMS (which he should), he can, as he recently did with the Cemetery board, simply fire the current RMS board and replace them with people who have pre-agreed to convey title to the property back to the Archdiocese.

Yet, Hon appears to want to run out the clock.

WHO ARE YOU STRUGGLING AGAINST, KIKO?

As you know, Kiko starts every "new" year with a must convivence for any neocatechumenal of the world. That first convivence of the year is to tell his people the last news on NCW and to expose what does the NCW say about an specific matter, trying to cook a mix between the teachings of the catholic Church and the teachings of Kiko and Carmen and their 12 Kephas and the 72 Wise. For example, past years it was about sexual morality, education of children, Purgatory and Hell, etc.

The matter depends on current facts. This year, Kiko could have focused on Amoris Laetitia by Pope Francis, but as it seems it is quite boring to talk about ecology and things like that. Apparently, God sent Kiko the event of Carmen's death and, to seize the moment, Kiko has focused this 2016/17 convivence only for neocatechumenal propaganda.

THE NEOCATECHUMENAL DISCOURSE OF FEAR

After reading The Stinking Monk's answers to reporter Krystal Paco's (KUAM) questions, my first impulse was to do my usual "LOL" and have some fun mocking the lying, green-toothed Samnut. But it's time to get serious here. Pius is no ordinary liar. He is an evil, rancid, vile, pervert of a man - if he can even be thought of as a man.

But more importantly, he is a window into the rotten core of Neocat methodology, and as such, he is our best weapon to expose and explode this money laundering, power usurping, property grabbing international Marxist-Communist syndicate, masquerading as a benign itinerary of adult faith formation.

The Neocat modus operandi so parallels Marxist-Communism that it is tempting to just label the likes of Gennarini and Pius as such. However, it is much worse than that. Marxist-Communism held the Church and Christ himself in open contempt. The Neocommunists drape themselves in the garments of the Church and advance their agenda to "abolish the present state of things" (Marx), 'neath the mantle of the Gospel and the skirts of bishops.

KIKO, HON, AND SACRILEGE

A priest friend of mine in the States is one of the exorcists in his diocese, and not long ago in a conversation, I asked him about a story I’d heard that the demons are in fact TERRIFIED by the Blessed Mother. “Oh yes, “ Father said, “you wouldn’t believe the reaction. In fact, one of the practical ways you can tell a person isn’t possessed is if they blaspheme or insult the Blessed Mother. Only a deranged person or someone who hates the Faith or willingly under the evil one’s inspiration does that. The demons won’t. They’re too afraid of her and her purity.”

With that in mind, Diana’s new disclosure [see below] that the Kiko teaches that Marian devotion is intrinsically not Christ-centered and therefore idolatrous in some way should give us a whole new breath of life. It’s the same Protestant spiritual feces that’s been hurled at the Blessed Mother and those who stand under her loving protection for the last 500 years. I for one won’t let this go, and neither should anyone else. I have been asked to be patient about the liturgy and all that. But on the Mother of God, we will not bend.

Call me Junior.

Really. I want to make sure the Lutherans-who-call-themselves-Catholics across the hall get the name right.

This is my first post, so I decided to state clearly what my intention is here, now, and in the future. After some brief experience at the NeoCat blogs and their need for monosyllabic soundbites to grasp more than Kiko song lyrics, allow me the few minutes to make everything perfectly clear: Junglewatch is not defunct and never was going to be. It is now the next crop of wheat that will spread the truth of Christ Jesus, further and further, every day, despite these weeds that would choke the life out those who proclaim the Faith. 

ORCHESTRATED? PART 1

I heard again today that some think the coming forward of the victims was "orchestrated." Of course it was orchestrated. 

I had to be terribly careful with said victims. I knew what (Archbishop) Apuron would do to them. I knew he'd threaten them just like he did when he molested and raped their tender souls and bodies. We knew he'd say "no one will believe you." And in fact, that is exactly what he said in a different way 40 years later, except this time he accused them of spreading "malicious lies and calumnies" and threatened to sue them into silence. 

I knew he would do this. So I had to work long and hard. I had to find money. I had to find an attorney who would protect them. I had to gain their trust. l had to organize, organize, organize. Even now, I have to see to their care and protection SINCE THE CHURCH STILL WON'T. 

These were horribly damaged boys who had carried their long nightmare into a tormented adulthood, a suffering that was deeply visible on the faces and in the voices of those who stood before us, including the mother of a now dead boy. A boy whose life might have been very different but for what Apuron did to him when he was nine years old. A boy who might be alive today, and a mother who instead of caving into tears at the mere thought of what she unknowingly permitted, might break into a great smile at the thought of a very much alive son who blessed her with grandchildren. 

You don't just throw people who have suffered so long and so hard out there and say go for it. Months of conversations and care had to happen first. And right up to the last minute, it was still up to them if they wanted to go public or not. I was quite willing to assist them. For all they wanted to do at the time was to simply deliver their statements to Apuron and to the appropriate Roman authorities. In fact, that was the plan. 

But then something changed. Something happened. 

Someone in the chancery released a statement on May 13, 2016 listing two pages of accusations against the laity who had been speaking up against Apuron's offenses. The statement said that in response to our speaking up, the Archbishop would be seeking legal action against us. Of specific interest to the victims was this:

These ads were paid for by the Concerned Catholics of Guam (CCOG) according to media statements by Gregory Perez and, as admitted by Tim Rohr, with the intent to target specifically the Archbishop. This demonstrates that they have no proof to substantiate any allegations and that their purpose is to confuse and mislead the people or, even, to induce some to bring false testimony.

The "ads" of course was this one:

READ THAT AGAIN: "...they have no proof to substantiate any allegations and that their purpose is to confuse and mislead the people or, even, to induce some to bring false testimony."

Well these men had "proof," and 40 years of it. And any thought of keeping this a private matter disappeared. It was time to call out this horrible man who had mutilated them, body and soul. It was time to present THE TRUTH.

Four days later, Roy Quintanilla came forward. 

But I'm getting ahead of myself. I wanted to present the back story to this. Because, you see, I never intended to find these victims of Anthony S. Apuron. Instead, they found me. And little did I know, that this was what Apuron feared when he went to Rome to try to shut me up. Yes. Went to Rome. 

Here's what happened.

Beginning in July of 2013, I began following and posting about Apuron's sadistic treatment of Fr. Paul Gofigan. The story quickly descending into a horror story and my posts rapidly drew a crowd. 

The page-views and comments were beginning to pile up. It was a combination of both Apuron's sadistic treatment of Fr. Paul and the disturbing fact that someone was actually willing to go public about the evil acts of one, Archbishop Anthony S. Apuron. 

At the time I didn't know that Apuron had been (and maybe still was/is) a serial child molester. * I had heard rumors for several years, but paid little attention to them. The Father Paul story continued to get more horrific and my page-views began to climb and climb. Apparently Apuron had never had anyone call him out in public before, and, in hindsight, I can see that he foresaw THE DANGER.

* Later, clinically speaking, it can be said that Apuron was not molesting "children." Legally "children" are persons under 18 years of age, But biologically and clinically, "children" are prepubescent persons. All of Apuron's reported victims were post-pubescent, i.e. adolescents (biological adults), which makes Apuron's alleged acts against these legal minors, homosexual acts, not pedophilia. (Note: Ephebophilia is the clinical name.) 

And here it is:

Apuron knew that his perverted past had to be known. But he counted on the same "no one will believe you" he used on those boys to keep adults quiet as well. As long as his evil acts remained only whispered, he could continue to prance and flutter about, pretending to be the pope of Guam, singing "No one can touch me, No one can touch me. Nah, nah nah, nah, nah, ...!

But then came JungleWatch, and someone who wasn't afraid of his High and Mighty-ness.

Apuron hadn't counted on that.

Things got out of hand quickly. If there was a public forum for all the people he had hurt over so many years, especially a forum where people could comment without being known...then Apuron knew he was in trouble.

I didn't know it at the time, but those initial postings about what he did to Fr. Paul were the beginning of the end for 'Tony' (Apuron). In fact, it was just the beginning of his own "arduous and painful closure to his assignment" - words he had used to threaten Fr. Paul only a few months before. 

Tony had to do something. So he did. 

On October 10, 2013, I got a "shut up and sit down" letter from a Cardinal Edwin O'Brien. 

Apuron apparently thought that I was like him, that being "important" mattered. The Order into which I had (then) only recently been initiated (Sep. 2012) is an important Order in the Church and it is considered an honor to be a member.

But I wasn't about to sacrifice the truth for a club membership. So in fact, not only did I laugh this off, I bombarded Cardinal O'Brien with two letters full of details about Apuron's horrific reign of terror. You can read more about that here.

You might say that Apuron himself opened up the door, permitting the first details about his evil reign to leak into Rome. By the way, I never heard from O'Brien again. 

I had some fun with this letter, showing it to friends over beer many nights down at The Mermaid Tavern. I mean, who else gets a letter from Vatican City? But the more I thought about it, the more I began to suspect that something was up. This was way over the top. This was way out of proportion to what I was doing. I mean, really? He went to Rome to take me - a nobody with a little blog - down? What?

Hmmmmm. 

The Fr. Paul affair descended into an absolute nightmare, climaxing with Tony's (Apuron's) sick, run-off-at-the-mouth, filthy speech to the clergy on retreat at Tagaytay, Philippines (October 2013) wherein he inferred that Fr. Paul had built a secret stairway to his room to facilitate drunken midnight homosexual trysts. You can listen to it here. 

The story continued to get worse and worse. The diocese was coming apart and the war was going public. In fact, one could write a book about it. In fact, I DID write a book about it.

After about January 2014 or so, things began to die down a bit, and I thought the story would go away. I remember one day thinking: "Well that's that!" Nothing more I can do. And lo and behold, the Holy Spirit descended like a dove and gave us THE DIANA! LOL. 

This thing was dead in the water, but "The Diana" (A Neocat Blog), with her absolutely insane pronouncements and perspectives, breathed new life into what was pretty much dead and the war was on again.

The arguments between our two blogs exploded and so did my page-views. Things began to mount and mount, the noise grew louder and louder, and finally Rome took note, sending Archbishop Martin Krebs, the Apostolic Nuncio to this region, to Guam in mid July 2014 to see what all the ruckus was about. 

This is when Fr. John Wadeson decided to come out of the closet. Poor Fr. Wadeson, he had no idea I was waiting for him. 

I had gotten a recording of the clergy meeting with Archbishop Krebs. And the recording revealed some pretty horrid things. I published the recording and Wadeson decided to slap me down for my publishing of the recording. I then blasted Wadeson with a ten year old report showing that he was twice credibly accused for molesting minors in Los Angeles. 

All hell broke loose and Apuron (attempting to save his own ...) threw Wadeson under the bus. You can read all the posts related to The Wandering Wadeson here. 

And then came the Msgr. James thing. 

On July 25, 2014, Msgr. James Benavente was called to Apuron's office where he was read a list of charges against him. No warning. No sit down let's work this out. No attempt to paternally correct. Just the accusations, the accusations, the accusations, and no opportunity for Msgr. James to even engage said accusations or even get a copy of them. The next day, the evil stepsisters, Msgr. David C. Quitugua and then-Fr. Adrian Cristobal, showed up on Msgr. James' door step and handed him his "get the hell out of here" decrees. 

Apparently that was the final straw. People blew up, including someone over in San Francisco named John Toves.

I remember the morning John left a comment on my blog accusing Apuron of molesting his "relative." 

I didn't publish it because he didn't leave his name. I posted back that I needed his name to publish the comment. He posted back: "My name is John Charles Ada Toves." I realized that this was too important for just a series of comments on the blog. I struck up an ongoing conversation with John Toves over the next few months - a conversation that led to John's coming to Guam to take his accusations directly to "Tony" (Archbishop Apuron) himself. 

John Toves was adamant about what Apuron did to his "relative." After I learned his relative's name, I remembered that I had heard the rumors many times. John's "relative" still prefers to let the past be the past so we are not going to go there. Apuron probably messed his pants when John Toves showed up. Nevertheless, Apuron probably figured he was still safe so long as the actual victim never came forward...and Apuron knew he wouldn't - and he was right.

But John Toves was dangerous in another way. 

Toves was an altar boy...an altar boy in Agat, an altar boy who had been one of the altar boys during Apuron's days in Agat in the 1970's. 

Toves knew Walter, Roy, Roland, Sonny, and many more. If news got out that John Toves was in town and making noise about Apuron molesting boys, Apuron had to know that this was not good. Old skeletons might come alive. And the old skeletons did start to shake, but they would not put flesh on for several months. 

Meanwhile, though, the pressure on Apuron - brought on by John Toves - once again shook Rome awake, and they paid us a visit the following month in January 2015. 

It took a few months for that to happen. Meanwhile, Diana kept things lively and drove the blog bigger and bigger, louder and louder.

This whole thing was a conspiracy to remove the Archbishop at whatever cost. Just listen to Tim Rohr's interview today in the weblink below:

Tim Rohr himself stated that he was involved in the letter that Walter Denton wrote to the Vatican. In that interview, he also admitted that it was him who decided which victim should go out publicly first and which would go second. Tim also corrected Denton's interview by stating that it was in August, 2015 that the letter was sent, not August, 2014. As you can see, Tim Rohr knew more about when the letter was sent to the Vatican while Walter Denton was confused about it. Why do you think that is?

If a person is truly a victim, they do not allow someone to dictate to them WHEN they should come out publicly. They come out on their own time when they feel comfortable and ready. Therefore, this whole thing was all staged. They have been planning this for a year since Monsignor James was removed. In his pride for wanting to take credit for everything, Tim Rohr has now revealed that he was behind the letter that was sent to the Vatican under Walter Denton's name.

LOL. They still don't believe that I know what I'm doing. So let's help them out. I was involved with Walter Denton because Walter came to me for help through John Toves. At the time I began communications with Walter, Walter had already sent his letter to Rome. I followed up with "Rome" for Walter and could tell by the reply that there were two concerns: 1) a need to identify other victims, and 2) they weren't going to tell me anything else. 

I understood this. Let's start with #2. The Vatican has the whole world to care for. The eternal destiny of souls is at stake, even those of the most egregious sinners, like a bishop who is a serial rapist of children. 

I did not once believe that Walter's case was being ignored. However, I was concerned that Kiko's bagged bishops and cooked cardinals could sink Walter's grievance. I believe my Rome contacts knew this to be true as well, which is why I think (they never actually instructed me) they wanted me to find more victims. They were needed to strengthen Walter's case. 

Through Walter and John, I was able to locate another victim. And through the second victim, a third was found. And through all three, more are now coming forward, including Doris Concepcion, who already has. 

It is not Rome's duty to care for the victims of sex abuse directly, it is the duty of the bishop of the diocese. However, Rome did not neglect Walter. Rome, through the bishop of the diocese where Walter now lives, reached out to him to offer him help and as far as I know, Walter has accepted the offer. I am not involved in that aspect of it. 

Now follow me here. It was NOT the accusations of sex abuse against Apuron that prompted emergency action by Rome. It was Apuron's response to those allegations which prompted emergency action by Rome. Apuron's public mistreatment of a 52 year old man (Roy) and a 70-plus year old woman of a dead son, and even of a dead man, was the proverbial last straw. 

I am sure that after watching the Archdiocese of Agana descend into a literal zoo (though zoos normally keep their animals caged) for the 16 months since the January 2015 Visitation,  Rome had already determined that Apuron was incapacitated and was not in control of this diocese. The horrid media statements by Edi the Waldo was what sealed the deal though. Edi, in Apuron's name accused Roy and poor Mrs. Concepcion of spreading calumnies and malicious lies and threatened to sue them into oblivion  with the help of some stupid "big stateside legal firm!"

Had Edi the Waldo NOT done those statements and had not launched his movie director career with that Daffy Deacon cartoon starring Deacon Tenorio, Apuron might be here yet. So thank you Edi, Adrian, and Putrid. You sunk the archbishop, and now you're probably trying to save your sorry asses by blaming everything on him. LOL. 

Now back to the conspiracy to topple the Archbishop. Absolutely. I have been openly conspiring on this blog to take down Apuron since he penned those ugly words "resign or face a more arduous and painful closure to your assignment" on July 16, 2013. There was something about those words that showed me the face of Satan. Something exploded inside me. Regardless of the merits or lack of them relative to demanding Fr. Paul's resignation, this mafioso threat by a spiritual father to his spiritual son told me something else was at work here. 

This was more than just "mean." This was the face of evil. And then I learned that while Apuron was meeting with Fr. Paul, he had arranged to have the locks changed on Fr. Paul's office so when Fr. Paul arrived home after his devastating meeting, he additionally found himself locked out of his own life! 

I made my decision at that moment. Apuron was going to GO, and not just GO, but GO DOWN IN DISGRACE, and his STINKING MONK with him. 

I didn't know I would later run into such sufferings souls like Roy, Walter, and Mrs. Concepcion. But when I did, I wasn't surprised. The evil I had uncovered in my three year crusade against this ABOMINATION IN THE TEMPLE was absolutely unfathomable. 

And after reading about what Apuron did to Walter in Walter's letter to Rome, I knew why God had set me on this path three year ago. And if you need some help in understanding that, then just watch the video from yesterday, where Walter stands in front of the house where Apuron raped him, points to the bedroom, and says through his tears: 

THAT'S THE ROOM, RIGHT THERE! THAT'S WHERE EVERYTHING HAPPENED. 

So go to hell, Diana.

* And for the record, as far as when Walter wanted to come forward, Walter wanted to come forward ever since Apuron raped him when he was the tender age of 13. He had no means to do so then and he had no means to do so until now. He came forward privately when he sent his letter to Rome, but he had no means of coming forward publicly because he knew Apuron would just call him a liar and threaten to sue him. For all the victims we have had to put legal protection for them in place. This was time consuming and expensive. And even with Atty David Lujan standing by the side of the first victim, Apuron (via Edi the Waldo) immediately attacked Roy. Imagine what Apuron would have done had Roy had no attorney or support system. Roy and Walter came forward on our schedule because we cared enough to make sure they were cared for and protected. But both came forward because THEY wanted to. We have several other victims who don't want to. We are respecting their decision.

The Special Mass With The Cardinal

The Mass last night was beautiful. We arrived 45 minutes early, and the front rows were already taken. There were so many people already there, and the church was filling up fast. We quickly had to find a seat, but I did not like sitting in the way back. We found a couple of brothers from our community we knew, and we squeezed into the pews with them. The church was packed. Although the Mass was opened to the public, I saw only the brothers in the Way. 

The Gennarinis and Father Mario were there, and they did the admonitions and the readings. Father Julio sang the Gospel. Because the crowd was too large, there were no echoes. The NCW on Guam has approximately 1, 200 brothers. There were many people taking photos of the catechists of the U.S. and of the Cardinal. At the end of the celebration after the priests have all walked off the altar, the brothers formed a circle and danced around the pews. 

One of the amazing things we learned that night was that Cardinal Paul Josef Cordes is NOT a "Neo Cardinal" as the jungle claimed. He was never walking in the Way nor a member of the Neocatechumenal Way. What a surprise! And all along, the jungle claimed that he was a "Neo Cardinal." The Cardinal was assigned by Pope John Paul II to follow and guide the Charismatic Catholic Renewal in 1985 and then to also follow and guide the Neocatechumenal Way in 1986. He was only there to follow and guide us, but he was never part of us. 

We celebrated the Eucharist the way we had always celebrated it with the exception of the echoes......and lo and behold......this Cardinal who is NOT a "Neo" did not object to the way we celebrate it. This Cardinal who was assigned to GUIDE the Neocatechumenal Way since 1986 did not say that we are committing liturgical abuse.

First, as to DIANA'S breathless account implying that the church was packed. The following picture shows that the Cathedral was maybe half full and there was no need to "squeeze in.":

Second, the number "1,200 brothers" is laughable. And if there are then it looks like they aren't very faithful since maybe half of those attended this "special Mass" which was not a Mass of course (Kiko hates that word). Also, after twenty years all you can produce is 1,200 brothers  - even if we accept that number? Yet, the Masturbating Primatologist masquerading as a Catholic priest wants us to believe that WE are the minority? LOL. 

Third, I never said that Cordes was a "Neo cardinal." I've been very clear that there is only one bishop in the world (a Cardinal is a bishop) STUPID enough to do that and that is Apuron. In THE STINKING MONK RAMPS IT UP posted on April 12, I made it clear that Cordes is a KIKO CARDINAL - he is one of the bought and paid for Vatican primates who is part of the "powerful lobby established thirty years ago in the Vatican," described by Archbishop Athanasius Schneider, which is responsible for advancing what Archbishop Schneider calls a "Protestant-Jewish heresy with a Catholic decoration."

Fourth, what they are doing above is distributing what is supposed to be Holy Communion. You can be sure that Mass goers this morning are not aware that the floor they are walking on is littered with pieces of our Lord.

Just got back from the demonstration outside what used to be the Cathedral Basilica of Guam. The visiting Cardinal and our lost shepherd authorized the Neo mass in our basilica. The distribution of "communion" was given at the pews as was the grape juice. The former shepherd of the 1% that does not matter has shown his true colors. He "performs" Masses for the money you give him but his heart is with his Neo brethren. Wake up Catholics!!! We have lost the Mother Church of Guam, albeit temporarily, and you go about your faith business as usual. If you let this continue you are going to go into what was a Catholic church and you won't know what the hell is going on. What I witnessed was disgusting and to know that our church leadership not only condones this but revels in it makes it that much more disgusting! If people wonder why we 1% are so vocal then come out and join us and you will see. Thank you to those who joined for the first time. We need more and we need you fast. Break out of your anonymous mode and stand up and be counted. BTW, wherever the former shepherd of Guam is presiding, my advice is to run away. He no longer believes in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, it's just a meal so therefore the "consecrated" bread is just that, bread. When you pass around bread like you are at a fiesta then that is not the Body of Christ. I am glad the Neos have their protestant worship services in private, because I really don't want to see it again. Now if they would only build their own temples and leave our churches alone that would be great. However, it means replacing the lost shepherd and that we need your help with.

JOSHUA AGLUBAT'S CHANCE TO BE A HERO

Joshua Aglubat has given us quite a "testimony" of what the NCW has done for himself and his family. Of course, he prefaced said testimony with a wonderful greeting. Dear Joshua, let's make this easy. The Catechism of the Catholic Church states that the Eucharist is a SACRIFICE:

1366 The Eucharist is thus a sacrifice because it re-presents (makes present) the sacrifice of the cross.

Bishop Schneider says that Kiko and his NCW "reject  the idea and the teaching of the Eucharist as a true sacrifice." 

Our rejection of the NCW has nothing to do with all the goody-goody things that happened to you. Our rejection of the NCW has only to do with the NCW rejection of the central truth of our Faith: that the Celebration of the Eucharist is "a sacrifice because it re-presents (makes present) the sacrifice of the cross.”

This rejection of the central truth of our faith places you outside the Catholic Church and validates Bishop’s Schneider’s claim that you are a member of “Protestant-Jewish heresy with a Catholic decoration.” 

You only have to show us that Bishop Schneider is wrong and that Kiko teaches exactly what the Catechism of the Catholic Church teaches. Here, let me copy it again direct from the Catechism:

1366 The Eucharist is thus a sacrifice because it re-presents (makes present) the sacrifice of the cross.

Now, this should be easy for you, Joshua. 

Kiko has his own Catechetical Directory which is a SUMMA of his teachings. You have only to provide here a copy of a direct quote from Kiko's Catechetical Directory which states that Kiko believes and teaches that "The Eucharist is thus a sacrifice because it re-presents (makes present) the sacrifice of the cross."

If that is what Kiko teaches then Bishop Schneider is wrong, we are wrong, and you are right. And we will withdraw all our criticisms and go home. 

You can end this, Joshua. You can do it. You can be the Neo-hero. Ready? Okay. One, two, three, GO!

Oh, one more thing. Please don't take as long as the Archbishop to find the document permitting your different reception of the Eucharist, which is now at One Year and 133 Days, or Diana's finding the corporate documents showing that RMS is a corporation sole, which is now at 196 days. And you don't want us to put a counter on you too, would you. I mean, really, I'm running out of room in my sidebar! Hurry now. 

KIKO CAME TO GUAM TO EVANGELIZE THE PAGANS

Diana is the gift that keeps on giving, exposing all that is supposed to be secret in the Neocatechumenal Way. It's supposed to be secret because the Kiko leaders KNOW that they have no permission to do what they do but have convinced their followers that the pope has given them said permission - convinced them by consistently lying to them.    So there it is - after all this time referring to some supposed verbal permission granted to the NCW by the pope, we can see that "she" is referring to a period of time immediately after the letter of Cardinal Arinze, and some two years prior to the promulgation of the final Statutes. If anyone needs reminding what those Statutes state, suffice it to say there is no permission for sitting down at the distribution and consumption of the Eucharist. In fact Cardinal Arinze's letter is referenced in the Statutes - but, you guessed it - Kiko's reply is not.

This little diatribe permits us to examine EXACTLY what was said. Upon the occasion of the letter from Kiko to the Pope to which Diana refers, the veteran Vatican blogger Sandro Magister had this to say (my comments in italics):

THE DIVISION STARTS THERE

As you can see from many of the comments, especially today, I am being accused of being the source of division in this diocese. However, I can only be accused because I have a name and I use it. I could have chosen to remain anonymous like many of you, and like "Diana" I could have hidden behind a pseudonym. But I saw no reason to hide behind anything. I saw a man unjustly harmed (Fr. Paul Gofigan) and I decided to stick up for him. 

Allow me to clarify what I mean by "unjustly." Let us leave aside any defense of Fr. Paul for now. Let us assume that Fr. Paul actually did disobey the Archbishop's orders. Let's say that he is guilty of everything the Archbishop has charged him with. Let's say that he deserved to be removed as pastor of Santa Barbara. And let's say the Archbishop was fully justified in removing him.
